On Nov 4th, I paid 111k to Linkto's account to help with 2 laptops, 1 Nokia Lumia 900 and 1 BB 9930.

He sd he has purchased one laptop and two phones at ebay and he will buy me a HP 2000 at cheaper price at the store.

On Nov 15th, He sd he has shipped One laptop and one BB 9930 since the Nokia Lumia was yet to be delivered to his address. He sd I should call his Partner(Felix) on Monday which I did. On tuesday, his Partner confirmed to me that he has the laptop and BB 9930 with him that I should make arrangement with Linkto for delivery of my items to Ibadan.

On Wednesday(Nov 20th), Linkto claimed to ship the remaining one laptop and the Nokia Lumia 900 and on saturday, I called his Partner and confirmed to me that he has them making two laptops and 2 phones.. On that Saturday or so, I paid 3k into Linkto's account(I have the teller and internet receipt with me) making 114k. so on monday, I was expecting my items to be sent down to Ibadan tru Tranex but his partner sd he was unable to make it that he will send on tuesday.

On Tuesday(Nov 26th), I called his Partner and he told me to chat with Linkto that he cant tell me anything... I chatted with linkto and he sd my laptops were water damaged during shipping(PLS, NOTE THAT THE LAPTOPS WERE NOT SHIPPED THE SAME DAY AND DIDNT ARRIVE TOGETHER. HOW COME BOTH WERE WATER DAMAGED?). I sd no Problem and both of them promised to send my items on that tuesday. His Partner also claimed to have sent my BB 9930 since that tuesday tru tranex(Lagos to Ibadan) and i am yet to receive anything..On that same tuesday, Linkto sd I should give him 7 days to send another laptops to me but as i am typing, I am yet to receive nothing(114k gone, wasted effort and wasted call cards)..No 2 laptops, no bb 9930 and no payment of my nokia lumia(which his partner claimed to sell for 25k)...

had it been this guy didnt mess up, we would have gone a long way in Business..

Yes, we totally disappointed you, I can't deny that which is why I've explained to you via text message and phone call. The immigration routine check-up is a normal thing in China but this time around, it took a different route. Our representative over there is a Nigerian and as such, any immigration check-up includes him. We underplayed the time frame of the check-up this time around and it affected our activities to a major extent and when we got through, the shipment was sent back to China because of the inclusion of battery-powered products by the shippers; this wasn't something we could deal with by foresight, therefore, the shipment was sent back.

There is a reason why I said to call Mr Tochukwu for updates immediately the transaction status changes to 'Shipped To Nigeria' or ChrisLu when your order is still processing, same reason why my number isn't on the first page anymore but ChrisLu's and Mr Tochukwu's. I'm never always on seat or I'm mobile or I'm at the back-end developing what you see at the front-end and as such, I can't be involved in the day-to-day operations of the company except when I come in to fast track response and purchase time. I hope you understand this? If I get text messages or complaints to deal with, I forward it to ChrisLu or Mr Tochukwu to handle. You've to understand this so as not to have communication issues.

Moving forward, we've taken a tight step to handle this immigration check-up bottle-neck by moving into a partnership with people that can't be affected by the check-up. Our time duration is one week max. We'll live up to that.

TYPOP: Your question was about specific documents. They have been answered. You need High court certified PHOTOCOPIES of the documents you mentioned (for direct post to SAQA). If you are sending originals, you should send to individuals you know. They should TAKE (not post) it to SAQA directly and go collect for you when ready.



It's not compulsory the photocopies are colored. Regular black and white is ok.

i know this thread is a "do it yourself" thread....but there re sometimes experts needs to come in. I say this because i try to apply for undergradute into University of Johannesburg, i had only O levels, pre-degree transcript and 100l transcript i applied for uj by myself, they didn't give me admission i was ignored because O level is like a grade 10 or11, and before one can get admission he gotta have a grade 12 thats is A levels.
I met with some expert who are basically into south african study aboard "rainbow education consult", they applied for me and i got admission,and was able to apply for medical insurance. I believe educational consultancy have up hand and in the hostel i stay they give candidate from nigeria under the rainbow consult 10 slots for single room. Am now in uj studying....but if you wanna do it yourself its fine. cheers and best of luck

Mr man the bank won't wanna give you or take the account up for investigation if the money ain't much or if there's no tangible proof. Am talking from experience, i was defrauded 160k for visa, i reported to the bank they were not serious with me but i noticed if one is talking to the customer service calmly or been gently they won't take you serious. The next day i para for them for GTB they ran investigation on the account, in two weeks i got my refund only that i gave one of the officers 10k for is assistance.

(I am applying for a masters degree programme and about sending the following original documents to som1 in SA - stamped Evidence of Degree from my University, WAEC Certificate, Stamped University Transcript.

than of you sending it to someone in SA, send it directly to SAQA via DHL. Get a coloured photocopy of your results all the one you have. Get them stamped and signed by the nigerian highcourt then you good to go for submission to Saqa. The highcourt stamp shows its authentic, its risky sending original certificates they might not return it.
