A.. be outcome independent/have abundance mentality; whenever you are trying to meet someone new, take your mind of the result, don't care about whether youare going to succeed or fail, see it as a process of learning (just like playing PES/FIFA for the first time). I read about a type of meditation used by ninjas/samurai/assassins during war; before war, they will sit and visualize all the possible types of death that can kill them, this remove the fear of death. use this technique to visualize the different ways you can fail and ACCEPT FAILURE AS A CRUCIAL PART OF LEARNING.

D.. PRACTICE AND PRACTICE. Do it for fun, take your mind off dating, just go out and meet new people...

E.. if you have the chance, hit the gym or do exercises at home.. This help you stay fit, boost your confidence and also boost your testosterone level (the male hormone
