Which striker doesn't miss chances, i am not saying he is perfect but he can never grow because of the way we play. Our midfield can't spot runs for quick counter, they have to carry the ball to nowhere and then pass to either chilwell or james, by then opponent have regrouped. Kovacic, cheek and jorg are guilty of this. Havertz is not the type of player that have to carry the ball from midfield to attack all the time before he can score, which is making him tired and become lackadaisical, he is system player.

How many counter passes does he need before he can produce anything
