Job Role: Personal Assistant to CEO Location: Banana Island Lagos Monthly Salary: 150,000 – 200,000 Job Description • Reporting directly to the CEO or COO, the Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO or COO. • The PA will assist the MD/CEO or COO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas etc. • He or she must be able to work independently and with professional discretion, possess excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills. Ability to work with a broad range of people including, Board members Requirement • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline. • 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance • Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. • Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-Level Executives is highly preferred. • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail. • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, employees, and regulators etc. • Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time. • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance. • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. • Excellent judgment is essential.
