The annual Ojude Oba Festival is here again. It is as usual a show of galore as the regberegbe\'s and the cheiftains come out to pay homage to the Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona. The event was sponsored by Globacom Nigeria limited, Maltina and First City Monument Bank.
The present Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona, belongs to Egbe Mafowoku which is for people born between 1932 and 1934 and is one of the groups of the elderly in Ijebuland today. The list has since grown from the last celebration as some new groups including Egbe Maiyegun Akile Ijebu comprising people born between 1st of January 1974 and December 31, 1976 was recently inaugurated.

The city of Zaria hosted Terry G and Reminisce, the Alaga Ibile. They Entertained the students and staff of Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic, Zaria. The event Cliqfest was hosted by Etisalat and has just been concluded.

The heavy downpour of rain didn\'t stop the student from catching their fun as they stood in the rain for hours enjoying songs from different artist.

The host was MC Bash and the artist who rocked the stage best was Terry G who showed up with fingers clutched to his trademark bell and forming an eccentric appearance that has become characteristic of him. He performed several of his popular hits such as Gingah, So High, Run Man, Pass me ur Love, Love affair and Sexy Lady to the admiration of the jubilant crowd who responded to the high-powered performance. In appreciation, he gave out famed gold chains, his footwear and his latest works as mementos.
