Good evening all, please I urgently need your help. I just finished filling my ds160 form now only for me to realise there’s a mistake in my month of birth. The person filled March instead of April. Please what do you suggest I do as I cannot make corrections since the form has been submitted. Kindly treat as urgent!

Hope it has not been linked with the visa appointment confirmation, if not you can still fill it again.

A very easy way is to use google. Add the word "ranking" to the name of a school and google it. For example, If you want to find the ranking of Boston university, you'll google Boston university ranking. The very first result will tell you the ranking of the school. If no ranking shows up, it's probably a one building school and should be avoided.

Thanks for your earlier reply please what do you know about Eastern Illinois University, please people should help me out about the school. I was unable to get the school ranking online.

I have been given admission and waiting for my I-20 to arrive so am already planning for my visa interview

Good morning house. I need your urgent attention. I have GRE exam tomorrow, please someone should help on how to get to JKK HOUSE 229 IKORODU ROAD ILUPEJU, LAGOS.

Your feedback would be appreciated.

God bless you all.

Thanks

Depending on where you are coming from, any way if you are coming from the island or Surulere or Yaba and environs board a bus going to ketu, alight at Anthony then cross to the other side if the road and walk backward you can easily ask anyone where JKK House is, it is not far from there but if you are coming from Oshodi board a bus going to Yaba you can tell the driver or conductor that you will alight at JKK house, some might be nice and will drop u at the front of the building but if not, you will have to alight at Palm grove then walk backward and ask.

IMO, I would say you should stick to your dad since your I-20 bears that and that is the document needed for interview. Another thing is that if I were the VO, I won't be so convinced that a company is ready to part with millions of naira to train someone who will be away for two years with no assurance of coming back. They would rather send you on short trainings abroad and have u come back and infect the system with your new knowlegde. I'm only talking from experience anyways. I might be wrong.

Thank you brother, I really appreciate

Thanks bro, msinus.com really scared me back then with the profile of such schools (GRE of 330+). But I Sha just did it anyway. I pray that, in your forthcoming visa interview, The Lord will grace every of your utterances. As soon as it gets to your turn, divine grace and favour shall be activated for you. I'm happy for you. Success!

Good afternoon Gurus in the house, I will like to ask a question. On my i-20 that was issued by my school, my Dad was my sponsor but now my company is ready to sponsor me. How do I go about it because my company just gave me a letter of prove of sponsorship. If I am been asked who will sponsor me am I to reply with my company or my dad or both of them.

If I said both and I was asked why didn't u filled both on my i-20 what can I say to defend my self please.

I don't know where to start thanking God from. After BGSU decided to omit me from their funding list in their MA MATHEMATICS program, the school I applied to with the belief that I was being overly ambitious gave me a surprise offer this evening. Thanks for your response.

My age: 30
University of Bridgeport
Sponsored my in-law, enough cash to sponsor 3 persons,
I have a HND graduated 2015, couldn't go for direct masters so I had to apply for transfer program.

@alayomini was your visa granted the 4th time?

As an Undergraduate students, American give high chances to ages from 18 - 22. I think this is the main reason why you are been denied. Why not go for a Masters degree since you are already a graduate already. If you cant go for Masters directly, there are college you can go for upgrade before your masters. You can make more research online or check www.collegeweek.com the website will really help you.
