Politics / President Buhari Will Neither Be Impeached Nor Die In Office . by z07ion: 11:47pm On Aug 04, 2022
PRESIDENT BUHARI WILL NEITHER BE IMPEACHED NOR DIE IN OFFICE ACCORDING TO PROPHECY!

National Assembly Legislators spearheaded by the Minority Caucus have regretted that they failed to impeach Major General Buhari in the year 2020 when his ineptitude and cluelessness in governance manifested so glaringly through his failure to defeat neither corruption nor insecurity in the polity!
And now that he has only 10 months to departure lounge members of both Chambers are now scampering for signatures to begin a process of impeachment after SIX Weeks of grace terminating on 10th September, 2022, and declare him as unfit to continue as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Legislators began their annual recess which will terminate on 20th September 2022 on Thursday 28 July 2022.
This latest threat to the All Progressives Congress(APC), seven-year administration through an impeachment notice over his failure to tackle/arrest the nation’s escalating insecurity situation which has gradually enveloped Abuja, the seat of power!

HOWEVER THE PRESIDENT CANNOT BE IMPEACHED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

1) Buhari’s two-term Presidency is a product of divine prophecy from the Servant of the Most High God in Zion in 2014, that in spite of all odds, he would serve for EIGHT YEARS AND WILL NOT DIE IN OFFICE.
2) His three failed attempts in 2003, 2007, and 2011, were not unnoticed by God who benevolently granted the opportunity which seemed impossibility to Man but with the caveat that he would work under divine guidance.
3) Although Buhari had not performed optimally in office according to expectations of the citizens, his handlers had capitalised on propaganda to continue to hold onto power from 2015 to date until the nefarious activities of impatient bandits further exposed his government's inadequacies.
4) But his punishment is not in the hand of TERRORISTS, BANDITS OR CITIZENS but in the hand of God whom he also bluntly disrespected by failing to execute divine assignments.

BUHARI’S FAILURES THROUGH DISOBEDIENCE!

In the month of May 2021 the LORD COMMANDED Muhammadu Buhari through the Zion BBC Newsletter twice in editions (404th and 406th of 9th and 23rd respectively), to declare a NATIONAL DAY OF FASTING AND PRAYERS BEFORE THE MONTH ENDED SO THAT GOD MIGHT FORGIVE ALL SINS, HEAL THE LAND OF NIGERIA OF INSECURITY AND STOP INCESSANT BLOODSHED!
THIS IS THE JUDGEMENT OF THE LORD AGAINST BUHARI FOR DISOBEDIENCE AND FAILING TO HONOUR GOD AS HIS CREATOR!

Thus saith the Lord: “When you were frustrated after your third attempt to become democratic president of Nigeria, I your FATHER encouraged you to make one more attempt and gave you the much-coveted seat against all odds.
“ I stood by you in spite of your weakness, incapability, frailty, indisposition, health deficit - and the least I EXPECTED of you was to follow my instructions through my appointed Prophet in Zion.
“ I your FATHER overlooked past errors of commission and omission and your inadvertent sins BUT this deliberate disobedience WILL I NOT FORGIVE!
“From henceforth I have rent the kingdom of Nigeria from you and have given it to your neighbour whom you have so despised but who is far better than you.
“You will remain a mere figure-head and all your surrogates and kitchen cabinet members will disobey and flout your weightless executive orders.
“I am not blind to massive corruption of the past seven years under your watch which has increased crimes, criminalities and bloodshed all over the land. I will require the blood of all the innocent from your hands.
“I have withdrawn my immunity from you and you will continue to suffer several bouts of sickness henceforth. You will travel to foreign lands to seek help but will get none!

BUT YOU WILL NOT DIE IN OFFICE!

“All your cohorts will receive punishment according to the gravity of involvement in the looting and robbery of the National Treasury for their selfish ends and aggrandizement.
“I will definitely not spare anyone found culpable in your administration, your family/ friends or among members of your ruling party in order to save My country and My CHILDREN whose blood cry to me daily from the Earth!”

HARASS BUHARI, KIDNAP BUHARI, IMPEACH BUHARI, BUHARI MUST GO!

Previously, terrorists had sent a signal to Buhari that he was not safe even in his home State Katsina, when his advance motorcade convoy was attacked with servicemen casualties undisclosed on Tuesday 5th July, 2022!
Terrorist who boldly attacked the medium Correctional Centre Kuje in the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria Abuja, on Tuesday 12th July 2022, are yet to be arrested and one of the escaped prisoner who appeared in a videotape at the weekend had not been brought to justice like the others!

In a video clip that was released a week ago the escapee and his terror group boasted that they would kidnap both President Buhari and Kaduna’s Governor El Rufai and ferry them into the forest!

A United States Agency statistics recently released in Nigeria states a total figure of 5,222 (five thousand, two hundred and twenty-two) violent killings were recorded between February and July 2022.

Politicians across party lines including the ruling APC legislators have all condemned Buhari’s Government with one voice that APC has failed Nigerians.

PRESIDENCY MUST AVOID COLLATERAL DAMAGE IN AN EFFORT TO RESCUE KIDNAPPED VICTIMS!

Reacting to all accusations and criticisms, the Presidency denounced terrorist activities in the country and lamented that military attacks on their locations could result in collateral harm on innocent hostages.
It described the threat as a propaganda tool to instill fear in the citizens and force government to submit to their demands adding that terrorism is a global scourge that must be fought by all actors- the military, civilian population and the communication service providers.

The Presidency called on the media to support government against the exploitation of the internet and social media for terrorist purposes and assured citizens that the President and Commander-In-Chief will continue to support the military with equipments to bring INSECURITY to a stop!

WHAT BUHARI MUST DO WITHIN THE SIX WEEKS OF GRACE TO TERMINATE NATIONAL INSECURITY!

He should dust up all the RECOMMENDATIONS BY GOVERNOR EL-RUFAI’S RESTRUCTURING COMMITTEE ON TRUE FEDERALISM which have been lying on his table for over four years, assemble his legal team to draft them into a UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION with which the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), will organise and conduct the 2023 General Elections that will produce a PRIME MINISTER!

Highlights of recommendations include but not limited to STATE POLICE, Derivation Principles, Fiscal Federalism and Revenue Allocation, Devolution of Powers, Resource Control, (exploitation and revenue sharing of resources from oil/minerals), through constitutional amendments, Local Government Autonomy, REFERENDUM to decide serious national or state issues which should be decided by referendum!

Currently Referendum is absent in the Military 1999 Constitution but which insertion in the brand new constitution can be quickly done. INDEPENDENT CANDIDACY which precluded citizens from being forced to join any political party also needs to be inserted!

Legislators can be summoned from their recess by the President to resume and attend to this urgent National issue THIS AUGUST, 2022; discuss, debate and approve the NEW BILL FOR A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION AND ensure that it was concluded and approved for Presidential signature in ONE LEGISLATIVE DAY!
With this bold move, tension will be doused, frayed nerves will be calmed and INSECURITY WILL FRITTER INTO OBLIVION!

Major General Muhammadu Buhari can still save whatever remained of his lost image!

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Must Buhari Also Borrow Money To Commission “nigeria Air” At This Austere Period by z07ion: 10:11pm On Jul 30, 2022
“We will start with domestic flights and then we grow to become International and then we move to become regional and intercontinental.”

The incumbent Nigeria's Minister of Aviation Mr. Hadi Abubakar Sirika was credited with the above statement at the conclusion of the Federal Executive Council Meeting of Wednesday 27th July 2022, when he addressed journalist at the State House, Abuja.
He said that FEC approved the leasing of three aircrafts for the country’s proposed national carrier christened “Nigeria Air”.
Hadi Sirika happens to be one of the Buhari's favorites who had political advantage from Katsina, first as member of the House of Representatives, later a Senator and now two-term Minister of Aviation in the Buhari Administration.

Major General President Muhammadu Buhari has never hidden his agenda of nepotism, despotism and tribalism from his first term in office. He has also surrounded himself with surrogates who would hold allegiance to his oligarchic disposition!
Sirika claimed that the outline of the air business case - an Airbus and Boeings- that would grow the airline within a short period was earlier approved by FEC.
According to him the new airline would start with domestic flights in spite of current challenges in the aviation industry believing that the global phenomenon will not last forever because the aviation industry is a very resilient sector.

HADI SIRIKA PULLED THIS STUNT DURING HIS FIRST TERM IN JULY 2018 BUT FAILED!

While the Nigerian government is saddled with so much debts running into trillions of naira/dollars, Foreign Exchange rate is N710 NAIRA TO ONE DOLLAR, INSECURITY is at its highest and worst peak, and several Airlines across the globe and most especially in Nigeria are being grounded, would it not sound foolhardy for any group of sane persons to believe that the THE FLYING BORROWED KITES IN THE THE AIR SHOULD BE AN ECONOMICALLY VIABLE VENTURE AT THIS AUSTERE PERIOD?
Hadi Sirika, had gullibly deceived President Buhari and FEC that government investment in the contract will be very minimal because private investors will take major shares of the financing.

“NIGERIA AIR” WAS FIRST UNVEILED AT THE UK’S FARNBOROUGH AIR SHOW JULY 2018 WITH THE PLAN TO LAUNCH IT IN DECEMBER OF THE SAME YEAR BY HADI ABUBAKAR SIRIKA!
The over zealous and very ambitious Hadi Sirika who was Minister of State for Aviation unveiled the name “Nigeria Air” while the Deputy Director Media and Public Affairs of the Ministry of Aviation said in that year that the Federal Government chose the name after it engaged over 400,000 people on social media!

The junior minister said on the occasion that a new national air carrier was one of President Buhari's election campaign promise and that the Nigerian government will not own more than 5% because it will be private sector led and driven with the balance of 95% through entrepreneurship investments.

He said at that time that 81 domestic regional and international routes were planned and that the government had been in talks with Airbus SE and Boeing Co about the Nigeria airplanes.
BOOTLICKERS, POLITICAL JOBBERS, SURROGATES AND GOVERNMENT APOLOGISTS ARE COMMONPLACE IN A MILITARY PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM OF NIGERIA BUT NEVER IN A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT LIKE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM!

Hadi Sirika and his ilks have brought Nigeria to its knees economically through dubious but gargantuous non-existent projects that are not beneficial to the masses all in an effort to make illicit gains on the sidelines and keep the masses in perpetual poverty and sufferings!
Was it not high time we all rallied round and recover Nigeria from the evil grips of the enemies of the state by opting for A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT instead of the heavily-monetised and institutionally-corrupt military presidential system?

Please join this campaign for REFERENDUM AND NOT VIOLENT AGITATIONS FOR THE ENACTMENT OF A BRAND NEW UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION THAT WILL INVOLVE GRASSROOT PARLIAMENTARIANS AND PRODUCED A PRIME MINISTER FOR NIGERIA IN THE YEAR 2033 AND NOT A PRESIDENT!

Share on Facebook, Twitter Instagram YouTube Pinterest and other social media and internet facilities. The new Nigeria of our dreams is within our reach!

Politics / Terrorists Also Love Peace And Good Life! by z07ion: 10:38pm On Jul 28, 2022
NINE months into the first term of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Administration in 2015, Major General Muhammadu Buhari worked alone without cabinet ministers but devoted his time to fighting and dislodging Boko Haram terrorist that had taken over 17 Local Government Areas in Borno State North-East Nigeria!

To the credit of the Commander-In-Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces, his highly professional combatants fought gallantly and succeeded in defeating and completely annihilating them in their hundreds of hundreds as sanity and good governance was restored to the region!

Now seven years into his two-term administration the story had completely changed from bad to worse and worse to worst. The reason is not far-fetched because the Major General appointed for himself dubious lieutenants as ministers, secretary to government, head of service, special assistants special advisers and corruption which he promised fight frontally took over his entire government.

It is true that Buhari inherited terrorism and banditry from his first term but nepotism in appointments which birthed inefficiency, lack of cooperation among service chiefs and their subordinates had worsened the situation of insecurity year-on-year!

BOARDROOM NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL MEETINGS HAVE NOT PROVIDED SOLUTION TO THE INCESSANT TERRORISM!

Whenever terrorists struck and high casualty figures were very devastating, boardroom security experts always met with Mr. Commander-in-Chief to proffer, (most of the time), kinetic solutions which had hardly recorded successes.

Violent conflicts could be resolved on two major planks:
1. Kinetic approach and 2. Non-kinetic option which normally translates to negotiations for peace and tranquility to reign in the polity.
While the first option is the most popular because it involves forceful and physical approach to suppress insurrections and insurgencies because the non-state actors were usually armed and ready for battle instead of engaging in peaceful negotiations.
Although the criminals were never poised to win in any confrontation with legimate government institutions, they were always ready to create anarchy, confusion and instability and most especially fear among the citizens who were usually the casualties of criminalities!

The non-kinetic option involves serious dialogues and negotiations which would get parties from both sides to sit at round table conferences with a view to peacefully resolving such unpleasant situations.

GOVERNMENTS WOULD RATHER NOT NEGOTIATE WITH TERRORISTS ACCORDING TO DIPLOMATIC NORMS.

BUT the United States of America which is the most formidable world power would as a matter of policy never negotiate with terrorists but behind the scenes had always brokered peace and gotten tremendous and meaningful results in most negotiations by descending from its high horse!

Major General Buhari initially took such rigid policy at the beginning of his first tenure by militarily crushing these non-state actors but as they gained empathy from criminal associates which supplied them with arms/ammunitions, within and from without Nigeria, PEACE AND TRANQUILITY eluded the Nation from 2009-2022!

But was it not high time Nigerian leaders realised that the second option would pay off and peace would be secured faster than military arsenals and Tucano Jets acquired with borrowed funds?

Terrorism was unleashed on the nation due to lack of basic amenities of life, uneven distribution of social needs, unemployment of able-bodied citizens, deprivation of quality education for children of school age and bastadization of the IVORY TOWER where University Lecturers have been on INDUSTRIAL STRIKE for over 172 days as at 24th July, 2022, over non-implementation of adequate salaries and emoluments by Buhari's APC GOVERNMENT!

TERRORIST ORGANISATIONS NO LONGER FIGHT ON IDEOLOGICAL PLANKS BUT FOR MASSIVE ACQUISITION OF MONIES PAID THROUGH RANSOMS.

Nigeria Federal Government should realise that they have become the underdogs in this terrorist war on Nigeria for the following reasons:
Terrorist have acquired highly sophisticated and modern weapons that have made nonsense of Nigeria’s military artillery when they successfully attacked strategic government institutions – Correctional Centres, Police Force HQ Abuja, Police Stations across the nation, Military Cantonments, Kaduna Air Force Base/Airport, Abuja-Kaduna train attack and even the PRESIDENTIAL CONVOY!

The Nigerian Armed Forces all put together with the Police and other security operatives are not up to 2 million.

This war of attrition had been on for over 13 years and had overstretched the entire military and other security personnel.
1) Buhari should take advantage of individual negotiations by some patriotic Nigerians to find a lasting solution to the imbriglio.
2) The terrorist are also tired of the insecurity situation because they also love good Life and Peace; the life of hide and seek in the forest has become unbearable.
3) Terrorists, bandits and kidnappers will embrace peace with the right leadership in place.
4) Terrorists who were an “army of occupation “ for almost five years under Jonathan's administration, lived large in various local governments of the North East, collected taxes and oppressed the innocent citizens in most of the remote areas are still haunted and would prefer to live normal lives.
5) These enemies of the State also want to partake in the NATIONAL CAKE in order to enjoy better life therefore Nigeria technocrats should enter into dialogue to finally broker the conflict so that PEACE will reign supreme in Nigeria in the long run!

HOW IS DE-RADICALIZATION DIFFERENT FROM AMNESTY WHICH THE BUHARI GOVERNMENT HAD BROKERED SINCE HIS SECOND TERM WITH SURRENDERED BOKO HARAM TERRORISTS?

Not less than ONE MILLION Boko Haram Terrorists and members of their families have surrendered to the Armed Forces in the last three years of the second term of Mr President Buhari and all of them have been profiled, counselled and re-integrated into the society.
Majority of them are doing well because they have repented and now enjoying family life, good working environments having gone through vocational training and dwelling at peace with their neighbours in their various places of domicility.

These New Nigerians had blended and have been accommodated into the societies which now celebrate naming ceremonies, school graduation and vocational apprenticeship convocations together with them!

WHAT IS THE HUE AND CRY IN RESPECT OF HOW ZAMFARA EMIR TURBANED A NOTORIOUS TERRORIST ON SATURDAY 16 JULY 2022?

If terrorists and bandits could frolic with Governors, Emirs and State Cabinet members, what then is the big deal If one of them who was declared wanted by the POLICE as a notorious and ruthless criminal was turbaned as SARKIN FULANI OF YANDOTON EMIRATE IN ZAMFARA STATE, NORTH-WEST NIGERIA?

According to media reports the terrorist kingpin known as Ada Aleru was notorious for his ruthlessness while he operated his militia group in Zamfara State where thousands of people have been killed.
But the Emir was quoted as saying that the terrorist gang leader was turbaned as chief to ensure a lasting peace in his area of authority.

Over 100 terrorists who rode on motorcycles accompanied their leader to the ceremony where money was lavishly spent and over 17 cows and several rams slaughtered to entertain guests on the occasion.
The question is: WERE the policemen or the Commissioner of Police who issued warrant of arrest on the terrorist kingpin on annual leave while the ceremony took place for several hours?

THIS IS GOOD LESSON FOR BUHARI'S GOVERNMENT TO KNOW THAT THE MILITARY PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM HAS WOEFULLY FAILED AND THE ONLY OPTION FOR HIM NOW IS TO THROW IN THE TOWEL BY EMBRACING THE PROPOSED UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION THAT WILL PRODUCED A PRIME MINISTER IN THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION OF FEBRUARY 2023!

The President who is a good soldier should know when the chips are down and accept the new PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT which will give opportunity to everyone to have A STAKE IN GOVERNANCE FROM THE GRASSROOTS up to the Central government as representatives, parliamentarians and even as INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES to guarantee lasting PEACE!
It's not too late for the old General to leave a good legacy behind as he hands over on 29th May 2023, to a PRIME MINISTER of the ELECTORATES' CHOICE!

“ A stitch in time saves nine!”

Politics / Nigerian Judiciary Must Take It's Pride Of Place In Spite Of Executive Wickednes by z07ion: 11:06pm On Jul 21, 2022
THE NIGERIAN JUDICIARY MUST OCCUPY IT'S PRIDE OF PLACE IN SPITE OF EXECUTIVE WICKEDNESS!

The Judiciary in every democracy should rightfully occupy a position of honour, integrity and respect in view of its enormous and uncommon responsibility in the adjudication of law, order, justice, equity and fair play within the polity.

Nigerian administrators claim to carry out all government duties through three structural arms namely the executive, legislature and the judiciary; but visibly negates the importance of maintenance of law and order through the law courts according to its grundnom, the 1999 Constitution!

Most prominent of the three are the first two which deliberately overshadow the judiciary which is constitutionally saddled with all legal jurisprudence which include but not limited to the following:
1) ensuring human rights adjudication,
2) interpretation and application of laws,
3) role in law-making,
4) equity legislation,
5) protection and guardian of the spirit and letters of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999,
6) Power to get its decisions and judgments enforced etc.

The Judiciary as an arbiter between the executive and the legislature and also the protector of Human Rights abuses as often meted to the citizens through maladministration is also rightly described as “THE LAST HOPE OF THE COMMON MAN!”

The roles, functions and powers of the judiciary are exercised through the courts of law, tribunals and judicial officers from the customary (inclusive of “Sharia”), through to the magistrate, high courts and finally to the Supreme Court!

The Judiciary should be the most powerful arm of government because of its arbitration duties but that is not the position in Nigeria!

MEMOIRS ON DELIBERATE BASTARDIZATION OF THE JUDICIARY IN THE PAST 22 YEARS OF NIGERIA'S NASCENT DEMOCRACY!

Beginning from Olusegun Obasanjo's Administration to Muhammadu Buhari the current Major General President of Nigeria, the Judiciary has suffered untold persecutions due to executive intervention in judicial adjudication in areas of sponsored crimes, criminalities and most especially institutional corruption!

The Judges were neither respected nor revered for their impartial role of arbitration in the daily dispensation of justice as members of the Bench but were made subservient and always manipulated to submission especially to the Executive which pays their salaries, allowances and other emoluments.

During President Buhari's first term- October 2016, senior Judges including those of the Supreme Court were humiliated to submission through the instrumentality of the Department of State Security (DSS) in a STING OPERATION which “EXPOSED” them as corrupt officers of the law!

However most of the educated citizenry condemned the humiliation of the learned judges of the LEARNED PROFESSION because Judges Disciplinary Body, the National Judicial Council (NJC), was deliberately sidelined and after all hues and cries, the matter was resolved in favour of the judges who were tried and freed by their colleagues!

Judges Welfare Is Nothing To Extol!

In spite of their enormous responsibilities judges have not been well treated by successive governments in Nigeria. The story was told of a judge who was retired and one week later was evicted from his official quarters by law enforcement agents and his properties thrown out into the streets!

Judges salaries and allowances all put together never totalled One million naira per month and had to be solicited from the Executive as if they were being favoured!
And whereas, the THREE ARMS of government according to the Constitution should work as a team to ensure good governance and sovereignty to the people of Nigeria to whom it rightly belongs.

The Federal Republic of Nigeria is a state based on the principles of democracy and social justice and therefore the security and welfare of the people should always be the primary purpose of a United government of Nigeria.

Retired Chief Justice Tanko Muhammad!

The erstwhile Head of the Judiciary Tanko Mohammed who resigned his position in June 2022 following very serious allegations of maladministration and financial impropriety levelled against him unlike his predecessor Walter onnoghen threw in the towel honorably as he claimed deteriorating health for his departure from the Bench. However it is worthy of note that 14 Justices of the Supreme Court who made the allegations were waiting for disciplinary administrative process through the NJC, but he aborted the move through his resignation.
Justice tanko Mohammed who was appointed 25th January 2019 and was due to retire by the end of the year 2023 which was 18 months early.

Although there is an uneasy calm in the Judiciary for now because the President Major General Buhari nominated the most senior in rank to step in as acting Chief Justice of the Federation while Nigerians wait patiently for all allegations against the retired Çhief Justice to be investigated.

Some of the allegations by the 14 Justices of the Supreme Court include but not limited to the following: lack of accountability, poor work environment, incompetence, lack of IT DATA and electricity to perform their duties in spite of an allocation of NGN120 billion naira to the judiciary in the 2022 budget. Etc.

PROVIDENTIAL INTERVENTION OF NEW SALARY REGIME THROUGH THE NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COURT!

Sequel to the suit earlier filed by a legal practitioner Sebastian Hon, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), to seek a salary increase for Nigerian Judges, Nigerian Judges will remember Friday 15th July 2022 with nostalgia as they reminiscence over the ruling of the Justice of the National Industrial Court (NIC), who ordered the immediate payment of ₦GN10 million Naira monthly to the Chief Justice and NGN9 million to other judges of Supreme Court provided President Buhari would direct immediate compliance to the Court order! The increase embraces the entire Judiciary.
The Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), the Attorney-general of the Federation and Minister of Justice (AGF), and the National Judicial Commission (NJC),were to comply with the directive of the court immediately.
In her judgement the court held that by the combined interpretation of Section 4 (1 (2) of the 1999 Constitution as amended and the First Schedule of 6 (1b) and the RMAFC Act 2004, that the first and second defendants did not have the power to neglect by failing to perform their constitutional and statutory duties of reviewing judges salaries since 2008.

The Judge also ordered and upward review of the salaries of the affected judicial workers every year or at most every two years. She also awarded a NGN500, 000, naira judgement cost in favour of the claimant to be paid by the first second and third respondents.

The honourable Jurist held that there was abundant evidence to support the claims that the current salaries of judges and justices which were last reviewed in the year 2008 no longer reflect modern realities owing to the devaluation of the naira the exchange rate and the general economic downturn.

She also held that such negligence impoverished the judicial officers and subjected them to embarrassment which situation was tantamount a national shame and that efforts by the National Assembly and the National Judicial Council to have an out-of-court settlement failed.

SHOULD TANKO MUHAMMAD BE DECORATED WITH THE SECOND HIGHEST NATIONAL HONOUR OF GRAND COMMANDER OF THE ORDER OF NIGER (GCON), CONSIDERING THE WEIGHTY ALLEGATIONS OF MALADMINISTRATION AND CORRUPTION LEVELLED AGAINST HIM?

Shortly after his retirement as Chief Justice of Nigeria in June 2022, Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad was conferred with the second to the highest honour of Grand Commander of the Order of Niger by President Major General Buhari who showered him lavishly with accolades) encomiums, shortly after the swearing-in of the acting CCJ Justice Olukayode Ariwoola at the Aso Rock Villa Abuja.

Was that show of addicted nepotism and insensitivity to the collective sensibilities of Nigerians necessary? Was retired Chief Justice Walter Onnoghen so honoured? Why was the norm of “what is good for the goose is good for the gander” not applicable to both men who retired under abnormal circumstances?
WE ARE AWARE THAT MAJOR GENERAL BUHARI IS EAGER TO RETURN TO HIS HOME TOWN DAURA, KATSINA STATE BUT HE MUST FULFILL HIS MANIFESTO TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMY, ALLEVIATE POVERTY, CRUSH INSECURITY ETC, WITHIN THE NEXT TEN MONTHS TERMINATING ON 29TH MAY 2023 AND GIVE ACCOUNT OF HIS STEWARDSHIP TO ALL CITIZENS OF NIGERIA AND TO THE ALMIGHTY GOD WHO GAVE TO HIM AND UNDESERVED OPPORTUNITY!

“But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out.” Amen.

Politics / Independent Candidates Must Emerge To Save Nigeria From Crashing To Ground Zero! by z07ion: 10:50pm On Jul 15, 2022
THIS JULY 2022 MUST BIRTH INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES TO SAVE NIGERIA FROM CRASHING TO GROUND ZERO!

It is no longer news that Nigeria has the worst ratings in all international index classifications as regards good governance, economy, human rights protection, compulsory basic education, provision of affordable health facilities, unbridled insecurity, insurgency/terrorism, large-scale institutional corruption, etc, because of the unbroken chain of accursed selfish leadership of 62 years!

What is news is that these last set of evil leaders from 1999 to date discovered that the inherited military constitution was anathema to good governance but deliberately continued to operate the document for their own gain in order to amass illicit wealth and seamlessly siphoned gagantuous sums of monies from the porous financial system with arrogant IMPUNITY! The PANACEA to this dilemma is for the existing PRESIDENCY, GOVERNORSHIP and LEGISLATURE STRUCTURES AT THE NATIONAL, STATES and the GRASSROOTS 774 LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCILS TO BE DISMANTLED FOR A PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT THROUGH THE URGENT CONVOCATION OF REFERENDUM IN REPLACEMENT!
INDEPENDENT CANDIDACY WAS ONE OF THE MAJOR RECOMMENDATIONS OF GOVERNOR EL-RUFAI'S COMMITTEE ON RESTRUCTURING OF NIGERIA AS A TRUE FEDERALISM.

In August 2017 the All Progressives Congress (APC,), set up a 23-Man Committee on True Federalism which was headed by Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El Rufai, which was scheduled to analyse various national conferences especially that of Jonathan’s 2014 and bring up recommendations to restructure the country. According to reports, the Committee engaged 8,014 people across the country and came up which 24 issues which Nigerians indicated interest.

Within FOUR MONTHS on 25th January 2018, a comprehensive report was handed over to former National Chairman of APC Chief John Oyegun who promised that by the middle of February 2018, all structures of the party would meet and consider the report so that the National Executive Council which is the caucus of the party will be able to decide on all salient issues.

At the time of this publication the Committee's report was still gathering dust on the table of Major General Muhammadu Buhari who set up the committee but disagreed with all the lofty recommendations MOST IMPORTANTLY THE ISSUE OF STATE POLICE WHICH SHOULD PROTECT LOCAL INDIGENES AT THE GRASSROOTS!

Between January 2018 and July 2022 a period of four and a half years, not less than 500,000 Nigerians (without exaggeration), have lost their lives to the large scale insecurity perpetrated by Fulani Herdsmen, Boko Haram terrorists, bandits, gunmen, Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), terrorists, Eastern Network Security (a terrorist arm of IPOB)!
Also among the mercenaries are the Islamic State of West Africa (ISWAP), terrorists, kidnappers, assassins etc, who had been on the rampage in Nigeria because of the insensitivity of one man, just one man who happens to be opportuned to become the president of Nigeria from 2015 to date and will not listen to any advice for any quarters.

There are cacophony of Voices calling for the resignation of this senile man to whom the sanctity of life means nothing.

This is the same man who had told the whole world that Nigeria has ANCIENT GRAZING ROUTES through which Fulani Herdsmen MUST continue to ply even when such routes have been overtaken by 21st century global civilisation which operates TRUCKS TRANSPORTATION OF CATTLES! BUT the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT of Nigeria values Cows more than its Citizens and had always defended cattle rearers and the nomadic clan wherever they are domicile all over Nigeria.

In 2018 January fresh massacres of innocent farmers and rural dwellers began in Benue State like wildfire and spread to Plateau and Kaduna State and eventually engulfed virtually all Geo-Political Zones of the country!

GOVERNOR EL RUFAI’S RECOMMENDATION ON INDEPENDENT CANDIDACY!

“We have included in the BIII that no one that wants to run as an INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE should not be a member of any political party six months to the election. We have put enough safeguards in our recommendations to ensure that independent candidacy is not the platform for opportunism.”
This recommendation was sequel to the fact that during the wide consultations, majority of respondents were opposed to independent candidacy but members believed that the APC Government should support INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES as their inclusion would widen the political space.

Governor EL-RUFAI’S four-and-half-years COMMITTEE’S Recommendation on Independent Candidacy is very expedient now to resolve the recalcitrance of BUHARI’S Government to resolve all RESTRUCTURING AGITATIONS through the application of REFERENDUM.

JULY 2022 TO FEBRUARY 2023 IS PRECISELY SEVEN MONTHS TO ANOTHER GENERAL ELECTIONS AND THE FOLLOWING STEPS MUST BE URGENTLY TAKEN WITH THE REFERENDUM’S “YES OR NO” FORMAT TO SAVE NIGERIA FROM FALLING OFF THE PRECIPICE!

1) A Referendum Bill (private or public), should be forwarded immediately to the NATIONAL ASSEMBLY for immediate consideration and passage THIS JULY to prepare for public participation in resolving all restructuring agitations for true federalism without further bloodshed!
2) A brand new UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION should be urgently drafted to suit Nigeria’s Local Environment and handed over to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), to conduct the 2023 General Elections.
3) Independent CANDIDATES who are compliant to the six-month non-political partisanship recommendation should be allowed to join all accredited candidates to vie in all ELECTIVE OFFICES at the 2023 General Elections that will produce Representatives, Parliamentarians and a PRIME MINISTER!

STATE OF THE NATION!

The Nigerian State is experiencing the worst kind of insecurity which kept escalating day by day. Kidnapping offer ministers of God and attack on church congregations have been on the increase since the beginning of 2022. While some were released after payment of ransoms, others were murdered in cold blood.

Some State Governors have encouraged their citizens to apply firearms with which to defend themselves in view of the increasing number of massive attacks on the citizenry across cities, towns and villages in the Northern and Southern parts of the Nation!

Early THIS JULY an attack was carried out on the advance convoy of the President Buhari in his home State, Katsina! Within 24 hours of that attack the medium Correctional Centre in Kuje a suburb of the Federal Capital Territory was also attacked and over 600 inmates including 64 high-profile BOKO HARAM suspects were set free without resistance.

According to reports there were no intelligence information before the attack, CCTV cameras at the facility were inactive, there were no DRONES to detect the approach of the attackers neither were no SATELLITE images of stealthy movement of the ISWAP Terrorists which numbered about 300!

THE PEOPLE ARE ANGRY AND ARE DEMANDING THAT MAJOR GENERAL BUHARI RESIGN!

Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA), is demanding that Mr Buhari should resign or be impeached over his alleged perennial failure to take decisive actions on terrorist.
In a statement, National Coordinator of the body said that Buhari's government is lackadaisical in view of the spate of terrorist attacks in the country and have virtually turned the country into another Afghanistan.

The group also said that Kaduna State farmers have paid ₦GN400 million Naira as protective fees to FULANI TERRORIST in the state in order to be able to farm their lands. According to them since Buhari's Administration from 2015, about 15 jailbreaks have been recorded with over 3,400 inmates released to continue to terrorize the nation. It said Buhari has failed Nigerians and it was time for him resign or be impeached!

NIGERIA HAS UNFORTUNATELY FOUND ITSELF IN THE HANDS OF EVIL LEADERS BUT THE TIME IS RIPE FOR CITIZENS TO STAND UP FOR THEIR RIGHTS AND DEMAND FOR A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT THAT WILL TERMINATE THE CURRENT SPATE OF INSURGENCY, INSURRECTION AND TERRORISM!

“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.
“For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon the.
“And the Gentiles shall come to thy light and kings to the brightness of by rising.
“Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side.
“Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.” (Isaiah. 60: 1-5).

Politics / Boris Johnson Resigned For Maladministration - Can President Buhari Do Same? by z07ion: 9:36pm On Jul 09, 2022
BORIS JOHNSON RESIGNED FOR INCOMPETENCE & MALADMINISTRATION - CAN PRESIDENT BUHARI DO SAME?

The third BREXIT casualty has been recorded through resignation of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson who stepped down as the Conservative Party leader following public outcry in respect of discrepancies in his administration! He was accused of lacking focus, vision, integrity and competence!
David Cameron was the first and Theresa May, the second and to date acceptable terms, conditions and agreements were yet to be concluded for the final severance of Britain's Exit from the European Union (EU), with all his promises during electioneering campaigns.
Tried as he could, he was unable to ward of all the allegations and misconduct leveled against him and a lot of ministers resigned from his cabinet. They all cited the loss of confidence in his leadership.
As at the time of his resignation, over 50 Ministers among the Conservative Party stalwarts and top officials had resigned.
Boris Johnson was said to have been fined along with his merry makers during the first Covid-19 Pandemic Lockdown in 2020 when he held his birthday party while the citizenry died in droves following strict health restrictions which forcefully held the entire population indoors!

The British parliamentary system of government is adjudged to be the best in the world because the founding fathers of the United Kingdom believed in equity, justice, fair play, freedom and equal opportunities for all citizens in spite of ancestral origin or affiliation.
Britain does not boast of a written constitution and yet there had never been any clash of authority in governance because the fundamental rights of the individual are protected by the State through various conventions and treaties.

The British minister elected in 2019 resigned on Thursday 7th July 2022 without much fanfare but with a lot of regrets that he has lost the best office in the world!
In his words, “I want you to know how sad I am giving up the best job in the world, Mr Johnson said in exasperation adding that in politics, NO ONE IS INDISPENSABLE!

JOURNEY TO THE END OF A PRESTIGIOUS APPOINTMENT.

The embattled British Prime Minister was accused of insensitivity for partying with some of his Conservative Party friends at 10 Downing Street, during Covid-19 Pandemic Lockdown in 2020 and also for the current economic hardships faced by Britions.
Inflation rose sharply to almost two digits in 2022 and is currently at over nine per cent which he could not reverse because he injected the wrong palliatives of hikes on petrol pump price and National Insurance Scheme package.

CAN PRESIDENT BUHARI RESIGN LIKE BORIS JOHNSON?

Before the close of his first term in office, public outcry against institutional corruption, impunity in government, wastages in administration, banditry, terrorism, insurgency, massive attacks on public strategic institutions drowned the seat of government in ASO ROCK but President Buhari remained unmoved!
Between Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th July 2022, the advance Presidential Convoy in Katsina, was attaked by terrorists and also the Islamic state of West Africa Province (ISWAP), attacked the Kuje Custodial Centre in Abuja FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY, released over 800 of the 994 inmates and killed at least four persons in the process!
President buhari did not cancel his scheduled visit to Dakar Senegal on the day in question neither has he resigned from office to date.

THE TIME TO EMBRACE THE PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT IN NIGERIA IS NOW!
In a parliamentary system of government there is no hiding place for bad leaders who's only stock-in-trade is self-aggrandizement, corruption, maladministration and impunity!
IN NIGERIA'S KIND OF PRESIDENCY CORRUPT SIT-TIGHT LEADERS KEEP THE CITIZENS IN PERPETUAL SLAVERY WITH FALSE PROMISES AND MANIFESTOES FOR A BETTER LIFE WHICH HAD NEVER BEEN KEPT FROM 1960 2022!

This July 2022 all patriotic NIGERIAN YOUTHS, and concerned WOMEN should rise in unison to vote in a REFERENDUM that will provide a brand new UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION with which INEC will conduct the 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS THAT WILL PRODUCE A PRIME MINISTER FOR NIGERIA!
With a PRIME MINISTER the Nigeria of our dream will emerge and all issues of INSECURITY, POVERTY, INSURGENCY AND TERRORISM will come to an abrupt end.

Politics / The “olule”jinx Brought Out The Worst In Major General Muhammadu Buhari! by z07ion: 9:25pm On Jul 08, 2022
The genesis of Ahmed Tinubu’s emergence as APC’s presidential flag bearer for the 2023 General Elections is traceable to the hop, step and jump failure of retired Major General Buhari in the 2003 2007 and 2011 Presidential Elections which broke the camel's back and shattered the soldier's dream of ever becoming a civilian president!

“OLULE” is a compound Yoruba word (Olu Ile), meaning, “Buhari fell” in the three elections until he Tinubu went to his rescue with assurance that he would win at the fourth attempt in 2015!

Before Tinubu’s tactical intervention, the angry and very bitter Buhari threatened in a television interview to rain fire, brimstones and bloodshed on the entire masses of Nigeria if the 2011 Presidential Election was rigged! He lost and true to his threat his fanatical supporters went berserk, killed, maimed, looted and touched hundreds of vehicles and immovable properties across most Northern cities.! According to Ahmed Tinubu in a statement delivered at a political gathering in Ogun State before the Abuja All Progressives Congress presidential “delegates convention”, he encouraged Buhari and assured him that he would support him to win and become president in 2015, with his (Tinubu’s) succinct support and motivation. He said he also promised to deliver all of the South West votes en-mass to Buhari BUT that at the end of his tenure it would be his (Tinubu’s) turn to rule the nation because he had faithfully served for 25 years without requesting for any favours!

TINUBU SAID BUHARI WEPT ON TV OVER ELECTION LOSSES!

Major General Buhari according to Tinubu wept bitterly on a national television station over his election failures and swore not to contest again but he encouraged him not to give up.
The 2011 Presidential elections was held on 16th April 2011, but two days to that election, retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari who was the flag bearer of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), organised his final presidential campaign at the International Conference Centre, Abuja where he announced that he was retiring from politics at the conclusion of that election. But the move was apparently a manipulation to incense his supporters who would not agree that he should throw in the towel because he was a hero to them!

In his address which was titled, “Creating Hope For the Future”, he said he was encouraged that the turn out was more encouraging than the previous two elections of 2003 and 2007 adding that he was convinced of victory. He also said that the campaign which was the third in the series would be the last one and that he would not present himself again for election into the office of president. However he alluded that in his first two outings he was rigged out and that all his supporters must be present during the counting and collation of the votes and also the announcement of the results.
“Because you haven't done this in all past cases you allowed them to turn your victories into defeats “he concluded with tears running down his face while lamenting over the intractable and multi-faceted problems which confronted the nation! He lost the election and within three days, violence which erupted in the North recorded about 800 deaths and thousands of innocent displaced citizens in the North East, West and Central parts of the country!

IN SPITE OF THE BLOODSHED THAT GREETED BUHARI'S LOSS IN THE 2011 ELECTIONS HE STILL BOASTED THAT “2015 WILL BE BLOODY IF ELECTION WAS NOT TRANSPARENT”!

Buhari complained bitterly about election rigging during his outing in 2011 and warned that should such happen again in 2015 by the grace of God “The dog and the baboon will all be soaked in blood!” In a BBC interview in May 2012 Buhari who spoke in Hausa while addressing members of the now defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), from Niger State who paid him courtesy visit in Kaduna commented on insecurity especially BOKO HARAM insurgency and described the Federal Government under the watch of Dr. Ebele Jonathan as the “the biggest Boko Haram”! He also said, “by 2015, God willing something would definitely happen. They either conduct a free and fair election or they go a very disgraceful way”

However the spokesperson for the Congress of Progressive Change explained that the dogs and baboons statement credited to Buhari wasn't calling for bloodshed but it was a classical Hausa idiom.

He explained that the phrase was an idiomatic expression which does not give the exact meaning when the words are put together. He also said that the reference to soaking dogs and baboons in blood was not calling for bloodshed but an idiomatic expression regularly used in Hausa language!

BUHARI WAS NO DOUBT A DESPERADO WHO WOULD USURP POWER AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BLOODSHED OF THE SAME TALAKAWAS WHOM HE PROFESSES TO LOVE!

It did not take long for Buhari to be exposed that he only wanted to prove that he also could attain or surpass the post- military achievements of his former superior like General Aremu Obasanjo and especially Ibrahim Babangida who ousted him from office as the only Head of State that spent only 23 months in office! In over seven years of BUHARI’S ADMINISTRATION, 2015-2022, CORRUPTION has walked on its head BUT he kept blaming 16 years of PDP maladministration for his own lapses.

We have said it over and over again that Nigerians citizens must be the worst sinners in the world to have been persistently governed by crooked politicians/heartless soldiers who have turned them into 10th class citizens in the own country. Buhari's ambition blinded him to promise Ahmed Tinubu who had been a dubious politician from all ramifications that he would hand over the Nigerian State on a platter of gold to him because of monetary gains which he got in his desperation to become Nigeria's president at all cost in 2015?.
Must Nigerians watch helplessly when when have the solution to rescue this nation from Buhari and his cohorts through a PUBLIC BILL FOR THE ENACTMENT INTO LAW THE INSTRUMENT OF REFERENDUM THROUGH WHICH WE CAN ALL DECIDE

WHAT IS BEST FOR THE NATION?

Buhari's government had been the most insensitive administration since 1999 to date. Buhari and his cohorts took all decisions that promote their hidden agendas of nepotism, tribalism, religious bigotry etc, and never listened to superior arguments from technocrats, professionals and cerebrals that abound among the citizens! There is not one single promise in his manifesto that have been fulfilled to date. The country has no regular power supply, hospitals are mere consulting centres, no portable water for the citizenry and insecurity has kept the farmers away from meaningful farming engagements,. Tertiary institutions are closed for over 140 days because University Lecturers had been on strike and over 15.5 million out-of-school children are roaming the streets! Terrorist and bandits increase by the day and kidnapping had become a lucrative industry in Nigeria.

Buhari government revels in impunity and resists all forms of opposition believing that it is insulated from any form of accountability! His penchant include, GLOBETROTTING, MEDICAL TOURISM AND BORROWINGS FROM INTERNATIONAL BODIES & GOVERNMENTS!

IT'S TIME TO CLOSE RANKS AND JETTISON THE PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT IN NIGERIA FOR A PARLIAMENTARY UNICAMERAL CONSTITUTION AND PRODUCE INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES THAT ARE WELL QUALIFIED TO BECOME GRASSROOT PARLIAMENTARIANS FROM AMONG WHOM A PRIME MINISTER WILL EMERGE IN THE 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS!

Nigeria cannot remain on the chessboard of Buhari/Tinubu Coalition. It was high time that the DUO is challenged before the United Nations and the International Criminal Commission (ICC), at the Hague for quick intervention so that the country will not explode suddenly through the worst corruption at the highest level in government.
THE SET TIME FOR COLLECTIVE ACTION IS NOW! BIPARTISAN POLITICS MUST BE ENCOURAGED TO SAVE NIGERIA FROM POLITICAL PREDATORS!

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Conspiracy For Perpetual Rulership By Corrupt Money-bags Has Hit The Rocks! by z07ion: 3:12pm On Jun 30, 2022
CONSPIRACY FOR PERPETUAL RULERSHIP OVER NIGERIA BY VERY CORRUPT MONEY-BAGS HAS HIT THE ROCKS!

At the conclusion of 16 consecutive years of the Peoples Democratic Party’s administration in 2015, the whole world condemned PDP as the worst government Nigeria ever had because of the intensity of squandimania, large-scale corruption through imposition of oligarchy, non-inclusion, tribalism, nepotism, despotism and institutional impunity that dominated governance at all levels from 1999-2015!
The All Progressives Congress – a merger of Five political parties that defeated PDP promised a drastic change from the past and a focus on the downtrodden who were completely disenfranchised from all sectors of government but that was not to be!
Within a few months of APC administration, the politicians began to jump ship from PDP into the ruling party and in no time the new party swarmed with the failed PDP members and the corruption which was universally condemned reared its ugly head again!

It is therefore no wonder that the most corrupt country and poverty capital of the world has now thrown up Atiku and Tinubu respectively as 2023 presidential candidates of the two major parties and has become a laughing stock among the comity of nations but the story has to change!
Righteous Nigerians are more than the few who had held the country by the jugular all in the name of politics to disembowel the riches/wealth of the entire population for themselves, their cronies and members of their families!
The All Progressives Congress ,(APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are the same set of politicians who had brought nothing but shame and disgrace to a nation that God designated to be The Shining Star of Africa and from which other smaller countries of the black continent would benefit economically to prosper their people but they will not succeed!

A RENEGADE COUNTRY CAN ONLY PRODUCE DUBIOUS CANDIDATES – A TALE OF TWO SUSPECT BILLIONAIRES!

God cannot be deceived, whatsoever a man sows, that he shall surely reap because God has sovereignty over His Creation and Will surely bring judgement upon the Wicked!

APC SUSPECT BILLIONAIRE – ALHAJI AHMED ‘BOLA TINUBU. – (70 YEARS).

Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu according to Wikipedia is a Nigerian accountant and politician who has been national leader of the All Progressives Congress since the parties formation in 2013.
He previously served as the 12th Governor of Lagos State from 1999-2007 and Senator for Lagos West during the brief Third Republic.

EARLY EDUCATION: He was born 29th March 1952 in Lagos. He attended Saint John's Primary School Aroloya, Lagos and Children’s Home School in Ibadan Southwest Nigeria.
Tinubu then went to the United States in 1975 where is studied first at Richard J. Daley College in Chicago in Illinois and then at Chicago State University. He graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
Tinubu worked for the American companies Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, and GTE Services Corporation. After returning to Nigeria in 1983 Bola Tinubu joined Mobil Oil Nigeria and later became and executive of the company.

POLITICAL CAREER: His political career began in 1992 when he joined the Social Democratic Party (SDP) where he was a member of the People’s Font faction led by Shehu Musa Yar’adua, Atiku Abubakar, Baba Gana Kingibe, Rabiu Kwankwaso, Abdullahi Aliyu Sumaila, Magaji Abdullahi, ‘Dapo Sarumi and ’Yomi Edu.
After the results of the June 12 1993 Presidential elections were annulled Tinubu became a founding member of the pro-democracy and national democratic coalition a group which mobilised support for the restoration of democracy and recognition of Moshood Abiola as winner of the June 12 election.
Following the seizure of power as military head of state of General Sani Abacha, he went into exile in 1994 and returned to the country in 1998 after the death of the military dictator which ushered in the transition to the Fourth Nigerian Republic.
In the run-up to the 1999 General Elections ‘Bola Tinubu was a protege of Alliance for Democracy (AD), leaders, Abraham adesanya and Ayo Adebanjo.
He went on to win the AD Primaries for the Lagos State governorship elections in defeating ‘Funso Williams and Wahab Dosumu, a former Minister of Works and Housing.
In January 1999 he stood for the position of Governor of Lagos State on the AD ticket and was elected governor.

CORRUPT LEADERSHIP: Tinubu's political career was embroiled in all manner of allegation of corrupt practices, mismanagement of funds and high-handedness in picking surrogates to fill political offices as an acclaimed Godfather of Lagos politics. During the 2019 election a bullion van was seen entering Tinubu’s residence on Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos and following public outcry he said he could keep money anywhere he wanted!

PSEUDO EDUCATION CREDENTIALS & FRAUDULENT COLLECTION OF TAXES BY PROXY COMPANY – ALPHA BETA CONSULTING!

The most controversial accusations against Bola Ahmed Tinubu have to do with his educational credentials and his involvement in a private tax-collecting firm known as ALPHA BETA (allegedly owned by Tinubu) which collects Taxes on behalf of Lagos State Government in spite of the existence of the State’s Inland Revenue Services!
Alpha Beta is paid monthly commissions which has just been increased in January 2022 from ₦GN800m to ₦GN2.5, billion by Babajide SanwoOlu, the incumbent surrogate Governor of Lagos State in spite of court litigation by a former managing director of the consulting firm!

PDP SUSPECT BILLIONAIRE – ALHAJI ATIKU ABUBAKAR. – (75 YEARS).

Atiku Abubakar was Vice President to Olusegun Obasanjo from 1999 to 2007 but the marriage was not without controversies because of the inordinate ambition of the former to take over reins of power from his principal during 2003 the presidential election.
In the run-up to the 2019 Presidential Election, Atiku who was PDP flag-bearer ranted to everyone who cared to listen that on assumption of office as President of Nigeria he would not only sell the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), to satisfy his whim and caprice and would use the deal to enrich his friends because of his obsessive ideology that “government has no business in doing business.” He also boasted that he would sack the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Governor and replace him with one of his cronies!
During his tenure as Vice President he was the constitutional chairman of the National Economic Council (NEC) and eventually sold almost all critical assets of the Nigerian nation to dubious business concerns under the guise of PRIVATIZATION.
Atiku and an Italian businessman Gabriel Volpi, are co-owners of a business company called Integrated Logistics Services (INTELS), which was strategically positioned at the Lagos/Onne Seaports since the year 1982 to collect revenues for the Federal Government.
Although iINTELS is supervised by the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), this OIL and GAS COMPANY also collect revenue on behalf of the Nation in the South-South Rivers State.
Onne Port which account for about 70% of cargo exports through Nigeria’s waterways is the melting pot for Oil and Gas free zone where iINTELS had for 17 years made billions of US dollars for Atiku and his foreign partner in violation to Sections 80 (1) and 162 (1) and (10) of the Nigerian Constitution!
Atiku was a Custom Officer of 20 years experience to become a Deputy Director and was able to build around himself a wealthy Empire through the Nigerian Ports and in spite of the billions of dollars he accumulated in the process, he still wanted to join oil and gas from NNPC to his wealth! He retired in 1989 and became full time businessman and politician!
It is not certain whether Atiku's INTELS has paid a debt of USD$48million revenue collected on behalf of the Federal Government since 2018 into the Treasury Single Account (TSA), but widely circulated that his major source of stupendous wealth accrued from INTELS which he code-named his “side-hustle” while in paid government service. The company is into shipping and logistics services in several ports in the country and expanded to several African countries.
Atiku claims that his company has been involved in several corporate social responsibility initiatives which included scholarships for technical studies and training of young Nigerian footballers and sponsoring local football leagues.

BRIBERY ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ATIKU!

While in office as Vice President, the United States authorities accused Atiku of a bribery scandal involving William Jefferson, former US Congressman in 2004 and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), officers were drafted to Nigeria to investigate the allegation that he demanded a bribe of $500,000 to facilitate the award of contracts to 22 American Telecommunication firms in Nigeria!
In January 2019, the Federal Government said it had fresh evidence of corruption against Atiku and that he had questions to answer in connection with an alleged ₦GN156 million naira slush fund that he took from the bank through Claremont Management Services account on 13th January 2009. APC’s Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed made the allegation in an interactive interview with State House correspondents!

IT IS NOT A CONSPIRACY THEORY THAT MONEY-BAGS OF BOTH PARTIES HAVE SHAMELESSLY FLEECED THE NATION AND ARE SHAMELESSLY UNREPENTANT!
How could they be so brazen to show their corrupt faces on primaries ballots with the succinct connivance of unscrupulous DELEGATES? They should be under investigation by EFCC in preparation for the courts!
They are in for shocks because 2023 Elections will produce a PRIME MINISTER through a UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION!

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Quadrennial Mad Rush For Permanent Voter's Card (pvc), Is Inec's Albatross! by z07ion: 10:53pm On Jun 25, 2022
Field operations of the Independent National Electoral Commission had always been hampered by inadequate staff strength – majority of whom were usually ad hoc since inception in 1999.
Shortly before the 2019 general elections INEC Chairman recruited ONE MILLION (1 million), ad hoc personnel workforce which he insured to augment its a little over 16,000 staff strength which was most inadequate!
Most of the ad hoc staff were drawn from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), to ensure that the integrity of polls would not be compromised nor elections manipulated by unscrupulous politicians who were always bent on rigging elections in their favour.
Precisely on 28th June 2021, INEC deployed 5,346 personnel to 2,673 registration centres for Continuous Voters Registration (CVR) which resumed nationwide.

To further facilitate smooth registration the chairman introduced INEC Voter Enrolment Device (IVED), and also an online registration portal for the exercise during a meeting with media executives.
IVED - an Android tablet was to be substituted in place of the existing Data Capturing Machine used for CVR in previous exercises.
Previously, INEC had 1,446 registration centres where it registered 14.2 million voters between 2017 and 2018 but eventually doubled the centres, to harvest 20 million registrants and increase the number of registered voters to 100 million before the February 2023 General Elections.

ITS ONE WHOLE YEAR OF CVR EXCERCISE, YET REGISTRANTS RUSH TO AVOID DISENFRANCHISEMENT!

Continuous Voters Registration (CVR), according to INEC's Timetable should stop 30th June 2022 but due to public outcry, pressure from all stakeholders CSO's, NGO’s, House of Representatives members etc, INEC has agreed to extend the EXCERCISE but not for 60 days as being demanded because the Electoral Time Table would be grossly disrupted!!

On 20th June 2022, an Abuja High Court issued an interim order restraining INEC from going ahead with its plan to end the ongoing voter registration exercise on June 30 in view of an application for an interim injunction by the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) and 185 other concerned Nigerians.

WHAT COULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATE MAD RUSH?

According to INEC most Nigerians were usually nonchalant and lackadaisical to respond in obedience to civc responsibilities or being constitutionally-compliant.
On Saturday 11th June 2022, INEC, YIAGA Africa and the European Union organised a concert to encourage Lagos youths to collect their Permanent Voters Cards (PVC), to avoid DISENFRANCHISEMENT in an effort which has sent strong signals to all Nigerian Youths who have greater population!
A population of over 200 million people is so intimidating to the Independent National Electoral Commission Staff strength of ONE MILLION (including AD HOC)! INEC has become overstretched in its constitutional duties to conduct elections all over the country and for this indisputable reason in every FOUR years thousands of thousands running into millions of the electorate are disenfranchised because of lapses in INEC’S administrative organogram and in most cases elections are labelled as inconclusive.
By all International standards Nigeria cannot be categorised as functional/effective democracy because all governments from 1999 to date had , deliberately adapted the Oligharchy system which shut out majority of the people and deprived them of all basic amenities of life according to the unitary Military Constitution bequeathed to greedy politicians all in the name of A CORRUPT PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM!
In spite of Nigeria's annual population growth of 2.61% according to the Nigeria Bureau of Statistics figures, about 36.6 million ( ie.16.8% aged between 15 and 35), are disenfranchised YOUTHS who have been denied basic education and were completely oblivious of democratic realities or dividends!

ALL UNREGISTERED NIGERIAN YOUTHS SHOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE OPEN WINDOW TO REGISTER AND ENSURE THAT THOSE WHO HAVE JUST ATTAINED THE AGE OF 18 SHOULD ALSO REGISTER TO EXERCISE THEIR FRANCHISE IN THE REFERENDUM THAT WILL PRODUCE A BRAND NEW UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION WITH WHICH INEC WILL CONDUCT THE 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS THAT WILL PRODUCE A PRIME MINISTER!

Politics / In Spite Of Modern Technology Electoral Malpractices Dominated Ekiti Elections. by z07ion: 11:30pm On Jun 24, 2022
IN SPITE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY ELECTORAL MALPRACTICES DOMINATED EKITI GUBER ELECTIONS!

The Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), developed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) celebrated its best outing at the just concluded Ekiti Governorship elections on Saturday 18th June 2022 and as a result, collation/counting was accelerated to produce an All Progressives Congress (APC) winner in the early hours of the following day!

Prior to Ekiti, the electoral body had deployed BVAS to Delta and Anambra States in the year 2021 and also to Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in February 2022 in conduct of their constituency, gubernatorial and the Area Council elections respectively. Although the machines performed optimally, complaints from the electorate revealed that some voters experienced delays through malfunctioning. However the Ekiti performance surpassed all expectations.

Thanks to the landmark Presidential assent of the Electoral Amendment Bill of 24th February 2022 which gave more powers to INEC to carry out professional innovations that will improve the electoral process in Nigeria with technology. In time past the legislative arm had brazenly encroached to usurp the CONSTITUTIONAL powers of the Commission in respect of Electoral Time Table and also the Electronic Transmission of Election Results from Wards to INEC Servers at the various State Headquarters!

The coming on board of the Electoral Act 2022 was a divine Intervention which has removed all short comings and discrepancies of the former 2010 Electoral Act!
CLAUSE 3 (3) OF THE ACT PROVIDES THAT ALL FUNDING REQUIRED FOR A GENERAL ELECTION IS RELEASED NOT LATER THAN ONE YEAR BEFORE THE GENERAL ELECTIONS IN ORDER TO PREPARE THE ELECTORAL BODY TO WORK ON LOGISTICS WELL IN ADVANCE OF SUCH ELECTIONS!

The Executive arm of government which had always played the role of the Piper will henceforth through the new Electoral Act relinquished its financial power of appropriation of funds to INEC and place the Commission on FIRST LINE CHARGE in order that it may collect approved funds as at when due without delay to advance preparations of elections.

This year 2022, INEC presented a budget of ₦GN305 billion naira for the 2023 General Elections to the National Assembly out of which it has collected and advance of ₦GN140 billion. BIVAS which now replaces the Smart Card Readers is a transition from the analogue Incident Forms to technology-driven voting process, elimination of multiple voting and ballot box snatching as it ensures speedy electronic transmission of election results from Wards to Local Government Areas and eventually to INEC Servers at the State Headquarters.

Article 50 of the Electoral Act also granted INEC the authority to decide whether election results were transmitted electronically or manually as an independent body.

VOTERS APATHY WAS NOT NOTICED AT EKITI ELECTION.
Political commentators anticipated that there could be voter apathy in the Ekiti election due to the mass shootings of 5th June, 2022, which occurred at a Catholic Church in the city of Owo, Ondo State, which share common boundary with Ekiti State. In the attack, not less than 22 people were killed and about 18 injured during the Sunday worship service!

The election witnessed not less than 75% of voters turnout and the success was adduced to assurance of the safety for participants by the out-going Governor and law enforcement agencies through the deployment of 17,000 security operatives including the EFCC and the Electoral Umpire which promised free, fair, credible, crime-free and peaceful elections. However agents of parties that lost the election claimed that designated polling centres were turned into vote-buying centres and true to that allegation, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), operatives were reported to have arrested some people including five women who were caught in the act of selling their votes.

ASIWAJU AHMED TINUBU ENCOURAGED VOTE-BUYING IN EKITI WHEN HE SAID IN YORUBA: (“TOO BA TEKA, WAA TOWO”) MEANING: EACH THUMB PRINT FOR APC WOULD ATTRACT INSTANT CASH BENEFIT!
Agents of the All Progressives Congress (APC), allegedly bought votes at ₦GN 10,000 naira while Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), paid ₦GN5, 000, and Social Democratic Party (SDP), paid NGN3000!
SERAP CONFIRMS VOTE-BUYING ALLEGATIONS AT EKITI GOVERNORSHIP ELECTIONS AND THREATENS TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF INEC DOES NOT TAKE MEASURES TO PROSECUTE THOSE ARRESTED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS (20-26 June 2022)!
It is now in public domain that Vote buying actually took place during the just concluded Ekiti Governorship election according to Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), a credible social critic organisation that has engaged government at both federal and state levels over fraudulent practices and has won several cases in court over the years.

In a letter to INEC, SERAP urged the Electoral Umpire to probe/prosecute allegations of financial inducement by the three Parties mentioned earlier, including criminal acts of intimidation and ballot box snatching without delay and bring to justice anyone who sponsored, aided and abated them. The group also said that wealthy candidates and their sponsors should not be allowed to profit from their crimes through impunity as it is widely believed in Nigeria that crime perpetrators were rarely brought to justice! SERAP also disclosed that negotiations for prices and payments as well as bags of food stuff shared after the votes were cast happened under the watch of INEC adding that it was time to end the buying of democracy by wealthy politicians and their sponsors.
The letter also claimed other electoral malpractices as follows:
“Agents of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Social Democratic Party (SDP), were reportedly involved in buying votes across the state.”
“According to reports agents of three parties in Ward 007, PU 001, Ado LGA offered voters as high as ₦GN10,000 in exchange for their votes” “There are also several reports of ballot box snatching including in polling units with codes 13/05/06/005 and 007 in Ilawe Ward IV, near Saint Patrick's School.”
INEC was reminded that bribery and other offences undermined its ability to discharge its responsibilities under Section 153 of the 1999 Constitution as amended and the Electoral Act 2022.

WILL INEC PASS THE LITMUS TEST?
It is on record that in March 2017, lNEC issued 202 queries to his staff members in connection with election malpractices in response to the interim EFCC report covering election in 16 States! According to INEC Chairman those who were charged Court for such were interdicted and placed on half salary until proven innocent.

In March 2021 a High Court in Akwa Ibom State sentenced a Nigerian Professor Peter Ogbani to three years in prison for election fraud. The court which found the Professor of Soil Science, University of Calabar and a returning officer in the 2019 general elections in Akwa Ibom north-west district, also found him guilty of fraudulent manipulation of election results publishing and announcing of false results to pay 100,000 Naira fine.

Another Professor Ignatius Uduk of Human Kinetics in the Department of Physical and Health Education University of Uyo was also charged for election fraud in Akwa Ibom State in 2019 and also for lying under oath.
IT WAS THE FIRST TIME INEC PROSECUTED PROFESSORS FOR ELECTORAL FRAUD! WILL THE CHAIRMAN PROSECUTE THE EKITI SUSPECTS AS DEMANDED BY SERAP?
Time will definitely tell as Nigerian citizens and the electorate are watching the activities of this electoral umpire with keen interest as we look forward to THE UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION with which INEC will conduct the 2023 General Elections to ELECT A PRIME MINISTER AND NOT A PRESIDENT FOR NIGERIA!

The true INDEPENDENT dividends gained by the Electoral Commission through the 2022 Electoral Act should be utilised to conduct flawless Governorship Election in Osun State (16th July 2022), and the entire country in 2023 and beyond!

Politics / Nigeria's Presidential System Is Laden With Semi- Literate Leaders ! by z07ion: 10:18pm On Jun 18, 2022
NIGERIA'S PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM IS LADEN WITH SEMI- LITERATE LEADERS WHO ARE EDUCATIONALLY UNFRIENDLY!

Not less than Two Million Nigerian students in tertiary institutions have been shut out of school for more than 110 days as at 16th June 2022, due to the continuous strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU); 18.5 million out-of-school children are roaming the streets according to figures released recently by the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF); while more than 60% able-bodied youths remain unemployed!
And the ASUU Strike may continue for another THREE months if Federal government invokes “no work, no pay” policy!

Heinous crimes and criminalities had increased by leaps and bounds making ineffective all efforts by law enforcement agents to curb the trend! Citizens are unsafe anywhere in Nigeria whether at home, in the marketplace, on the highways or at places of worship.
These negative factors point in the direction of consecutive, ineptitude and very corrupt SEMI-LITERATE LEADERSHIP CLASS!

A School Certificate PASS in any subject was sufficient for any aspirant to be constitutionally qualified to run for elections in Nigeria from local Council to Presidency and the politicians were very comfortable with the provision!
The SCHOOL CERTIFICATE of the incumbent Major General President Muhammadu Buhari was subject to litigation up to the Supreme Court because the opposition contender to his office alleged that the certificate presented to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), before the 2015 General Elections was forged!

And WHEREAS under section 18 (1) of the 1999 Constitution (Educational objectives), (1) Government shall direct it's policy towards ensuring that there are equal and adequate educational opportunities at all levels (2) Government shall strive to eradicate illiteracy and to this end government shall as well as practicable provide (a) Free compulsory and Universal Primary Education (b) Free Secondary Education and (c) Free University Education and (d) Free Adult Literacy Program, BUT Buhari’s APC in SEVEN years failed implementation!

The Nigerian Association of University Teachers founded in 1965 eventually metamorphosed into ASUU in 1978 and HAD since been agitating for good education for all citizens of Nigeria without relenting even during the horrible military aberration in Nigeria. The issues of funding, University Autonomy, Academic Freedom, Earned Academic Allowances, the exclusive University Transparency and Accountability Solution Payment Software and registration of Universities Pension Company, were raised during several negotiations but the Federal and State Governments always failed to implement MOUs!

In 2001 ASUU organised a nationwide strike to protest against the decadence at the tertiary level of education which included lack of basic infrastructures itemized as modern classrooms and libraries with internet facilities, hostel accommodations, state-of-the-art laboratories and also inadequate remuneration/emoluments which had resulted in staff depletion and systematic decay of the educational system of the nation.

The several strikes eventually birthed a Memorandum of Understand (MOU), signed on 24th January, 2012, between ASUU and Federal Government which promised to inject ₦GN1.3trillion naira over a period of THREE YEARS into Federal Universities as follows:
a.₦GN100 billion in 2012;
b.₦GN400 billion in 2013;
c. ₦GN 400 billion in 2014 and
d. ₦GN400 billion in 2015.
As usual, Federal government failed to honour the agreement!

EMERGENCE OF BOKO HARAM IN 2009!

All the abandoned children of school age by the Borno State Governor Ali Modu Sheriff from 1999 to 2007 were gathered to form an Islamic school under the tutelage of one Mohammed Yusuf who took advantage of their illiteracy and successfully indoctrinated them into insurgency and eventually to TERRORISM which is now in its 13th year!

There is no better time than NOW to DEMAND FOR REFERENDUM TO DRAFT A BRAND NEW UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION with which to conduct the 2023 General Elections that will produce a PRIME MINISTER to ERASE THE VERY WASTEFUL AND CORRUPT PRESIDENCY FOR EVER FROM NIGERIA!
MONEY POLITICS HAS REPLACED COMPETENCE IN NIGERIAN TYPE OF PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM!

That the two candidates of the major political parties APC and PDP for the 2023 General Elections are SUPER-RICH BILLIONAIRES is not in contention and that they got their tickets through heavy inducement of delegates with millions of ₦GN naira/thousands of USD$ dollars are undeniable trending news in the social media!

Politics / Tinubu, Atiku ,will Compete For Prime Minister Position In 2023! by z07ion: 10:58pm On Jun 15, 2022
TINUBU, ATIKU AND INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES WILL COMPETE FOR PRIME MINISTER POSITION IN 2023!

In all their permutations and desperation to become the 16th PRESIDENT of the Federal Republic of Nigeria none of the aspirants ever bothered to pause and think that the Capitalist system practiced unsuccessfully over the years should be jettisoned for the cost-friendly Parliamentary System!
Consecutive heavily-monetized presidential debt-ridden Nigerian governments have accumulated trillions of naira/dollars in debt burden that cannot be repaid in many generations to come and the outgoing President Major General Muhammadu Buhari has told those who care to listen that he would continue to borrow until his last day in office!

Political and economic analyst kept postulating that borrowed funds were dedicated to infrastructural programs that would be of immense benefit to Nigeria in the final analysis but the contrary is what obtained so far in 62 years of Independence as a nation.

In seven years of BUHARI’S Administration, ONLY three infrastructures are visibly under construction: 1. Second Niger Bridge, South-East, (yet to be completed); 2. Lagos-Ibadan Express Way, South West, (still under construction); and 3. Refurbishing of RAIL TRACKS across the Six geo-, political zones; (work still in progress) – all projects EXECUTED WITH BORROWED FOREIGN FUNDS!

THE SET-TIME FOR GENUINE CHANGE IS NOW! DEBT- RIDDEN NIGERIA MUST METAMORPHOSE TO VIABLE ECONOMY!

Nigeria is still supposed to be participating to actualize the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), geared toward eradication of poverty and reduction of inequalities through the sustainable development of Nations in more than 170 countries and territories of the world but from all indications the dollar-gulping presidential system practiced by the nation had largely contributed to its non-performance and eventual failure in the program!

UNDP is working to eradicate poverty while protecting the planet and also simultaneously helping countries to develop strong policies, skills, partnerships and very strong institutions so that they can sustain their progress.
In the year 2015 the United Nations created 17 sustainable Development goals and aimed to achieve them by 2030 which all 193 United Nations member states agreed to end poverty, hunger, AIDS and discrimination against women and girls.

The 17 goals are as follows: 1 No poverty. 2. Zero hunger. 3. Good health and well-being. 4. Quality education 5. Gender equality. 6. Clean water and sanitation. 7. Affordable and clean energy. 8. Decent work and economic growth. 9.Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure. 10. Reduced inequalities. 11. Sustainable cities and communities. 12. Responsible consumption and production. 13. Climate action. 14. Life below Water 15. Life on Land 16. Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions 17.Partnerships for the goals.
UNDP says the creativity know how technology and financial resources from all of society is necessary to achieve the SDGs in every contest.

NIGERIA CAN NEVER ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS BECAUSE ITS MALICIOUSLY-CORRUPT PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD!

Nigerians should therefore brace up to vote very soon in a REFERENDUM that will determine drafting of a brand new constitution for unicameral parliamentary system of government from 2023 and beyond. Governor Nasir El Rufai of Kaduna State, Chairman of the 2018 APC Restructuring Committee For True Federalism submitted not less than 12-Point Populist Recommendations in January 2018 (FOUR-AND-A-HALF-YEARS AGO), to Major General President Muhammadu Buhari for very urgent execution BUT it’s sad to say that the documents are still gathering dust on THE PRESIDENT'S DESK!

If he had diligently endorsed the recommendations which included the INCLUSION OF INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES ON THE BALLOT in that year, all socio-political contentions which have now aggravated to unimaginable proportion of mass destruction of lives and properties by non-state actors would have been nipped in the bud!
Nigerians are only requesting for an acceptable egalitarian Society that ensures good governance, justice, equity and fair play to all citizens irrespective of religion, tribe, gender, social or political affiliations.
The campaign for the REFERENDUM has gained the attention of Civil Society Groups, NGOS, Labor Unions, Traders, Market Women, the Suffering Masses living below Poverty Level and most especially THE GREAT NIGERIAN YOUTHS; and a THUNDEROUS “YES” to all recommendations will definitely RE-DIRECT
OPINION POLLS TO THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS IN 2023!

THE 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED WITH A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION BY INEC!

The following cogent reasons are very Germaine in the current type of NIGERIA’S PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM OF HEAVILY-MONETIZED POLITICS which negates EGALITARIANISM!

1) Nigeria is heavily-indebted externally to the tune of NGN44 trillion Naira as at Quarter 2 of year 2022!
2) Inflation rate of goods and services has skyrocketed to over 1,000% digit!
3) Three quarter of annual budget is committed to DEBT SERVICING!
4) An annual Internally-Generated Revenue (IGR), by the Federal Government/States which is less than NGN2 trillion naira per annum could neither support Capital Projects nor pay Workers monthly salaries!
5) The much taunted AGRICULTURAL REVOLUTION has remained in the PIPELINE from the days of the Military to date in spite of 24 hectares of land available to over 200 million Nigerians!
6) Nigeria is most indebted to The Peoples Republic of China to the tune of USD$3,121billion which accounted for 12.28% of the External Debt Stock of USD$27.67billion dollars as at 31st March, 2020, inclusive of debts to the US, UK, EU, JAPAN, UAE, WORLD BANK ETC!
7) Nigerian military and civilian leaders have always ruled with impunity and no amount of protests, agitations or opposition to institutional corruption had ever changed their attitude/orientation from pursuing monumental wastages in administration in spite of the nation’s lean purse!
cool With its small economy, Nigeria's population has naturally positioned it as the African hub and major commercial destination which if handled by prudent managers could have become an economic reference point on the African Continent!
9) Oligarchy replaced Democracy for 62 years of Independence and instead of producing intellectuals and cerebrals, Nigerian Frankensteins have been breeding monsters in the form of terrorists murderers, assassins, kidnappers, who were denied quality education at their formative ages! One shameless politician said recently that UNESCO did not recommend that 26% of African nations annual budgets should be dedicated to EDUCATION and Nigeria’s highest appropriation to the sector was 6.7%!
10) The heavily-monetized presidential system imposed on the nation has been responsible for the do-or-die attitude by addicted politicians who would oppose any form of CHANGE AS THE UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM, though it is the plausible PANACEA to the persistent insecurity and blood-shedding in Nigeria!

JUNE 12 WILL BE REPLICATED IN THE 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS!
The Electorate will replicate the success of June 12 1993, through the Unicameral Parliamentary Constitution with which the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), will conduct a free, fair, credible, peaceful and well-organized 2023 General Elections!

TINUBU AND ATIKU ARE PRODUCTS OF A CORRUPTED DELEGATE DELUGE!

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and All Progressives Congress (APC), politicians have done enough damage to the psyche of the genuine Nigerian electorate and should therefore be rejected by all the masses of the people in the year 2023 for INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES as recommended by the GOVERNOR EL RUFAI’S RESTRUCTURING COMMITTEE IN JANUARY 2018, who will produce a PRIME MINISTER through a brand new UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION which must be produced without further delay by Major General President Muhammadu Buhari!
“With GOD all things are possible!” Amen.

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Nigerian Youths Will Rule The Country In A Parliamentary Democracy In 2023 . by z07ion: 9:10pm On Jun 11, 2022
NIGERIAN YOUTHS WILL RULE THE COUNTRY IN A PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY IN 2023 IN SPITE OF ‘BOLA AHMED TINUBU AND ATIKU ABUBAKAR!

Another septuagenarian should be succeeding Major General President Muhammadu Buhari in office in May 2023, in spite of his promise to hand over to a Nigerian Youth when he signed the Not-Too-Young-To-Rule Bill into an Act in 2018 - BUT GOD WILL NOT PERMIT!
The 1999 Military Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria stipulates that the president of Nigeria has to be at least 40 years old while senators and state governors should be at least 35 years or above.

But on 7th May, 2017, France – a world power produced Emmanuel macron at age 35 as the youngest European President of the century and this development prompted a multitude of Nigerian youths on 25th July, 2017, to protest against age barriers on political posts to the National Assembly Abuja, where they registered their grievances!
It was a smart move for the Youths because President Buhari desperately dresired a second time in office and so it did not take time for the bill which was forwarded to the National Assembly to be passed by both Chambers having fulfilled the constitutionally required two-third of the State Assemblies!
The new age limit was reduced from 40 to 35 years for presidential candidates and state governors and senators from 35 to 30 and the age limit for State Assembly reduce to 25.
Since the attempt to give a fresh opportunity to democracy from 1999, all presidents from Obasanjo to late Umaru Yar’adua, Jonathan and Buhari were all above 50 years at inception, and have collectively kept the Youths in LIMBO FOR 22 YEARS!

BUHARI IN DESPERATION SIGNED THE NOT TOO YOUNG TO RULE BILL INTO AN ACT ON 31ST MAY, 2018 - ONE YEAR AHEAD OF THE 2019 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS!
The Military General was 75 year old when he accented to The Bill that was designed for the participation of young people to contest elections without let or hindrance or MORTGAGED BUT NOW ON THE THRESHOLD OF 80, HAS RENEGED ON HIS PROMISE THAT A YOUTH SHOULD SUCCEED HIM!
Are the proponents of the not too young to run bill going to allow the HIDDEN AGENDA of the old general browbeat them into silence and submission when the right time to speak out and act is now?
*Have they suddenly forgotten that the idea was conceived and pushed by several patriotic Civil Society groups including YIAGA Africa headed by a young lawyer and Human Rights Activist, Samson Itodo; sponsored in the House of Representatives by Tony Nwulu and in the Senate by Abdul Aziz Nyako?
*That on 20th April 2018 the promoters of The Bill met with Nigeria’s vice president ‘Yemi Osinbajo to advocate for the presidency to assent to The Bill and there after approval was sought by the movement for the reduction in the nomination form fee as it was NGN55 million naira and that it was reduced to NGN45 million for youths to encourage them to be involved to become president through the ruling party?
*That 33 Houses of Assembly in Nigeria voted yes over the two-third constitutional mandate figure?

WILL THE YOUTHS MORTGAGE THEIR FUTURE FOR A BOWL OF RED POTTAGE?

There was a vibrant youth from the south-west geo-political zone who was very vociferous and very determined to confront the old brigade of the APC who usurped all powers with his last breath to ensure that Justice was done for the youths but suddenly lost his voice as it was rumoured that he was silenced with some very large amount of money!
These youths should remember that any particular post cannot be gotten on a platter of gold but with great determination by Patriots who are desirous to RESCUE IT AND build a brand a New Nigeria of our dreams.

WE HAVE IT ON GOOD AUTHORITY THAT THE 55-YOUTH-LED ORGANISATIONS THAT GAVE PRESIDENT BUHARI AN 8-DAY ULTIMATUM TO ASSENT TO THE BILL WHICH CAME INTO FORCE ON 31ST MAY 2018, ARE STILL AT RED ALERT TO DEFEND NIGERIAN YOUTH RIGHTS TODAY!

We therefore request through this publication that these organisations should unite to push A Referendum Bill into motion to decide a brand new UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION THAT WILL PRODUCE DILIGENT COUNTY PARLIAMENTARIANS AND A PRIME MINISTER AND NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!

I am, yours sincerely, Dr. David B.A. Olufon, 08130669886, 08080243066. G-mail-dvdolufon@gmail.
Politics / Buhari Should Support Referendum ! by z07ion: 3:46pm On Jun 10, 2022
BUHARI SHOULD SUPPORT REFERENDUM AND LEAVE THE CHOICE OF PRIME MINISTER IN 2023 TO THE ALMIGHTY GOD!

For the umpteenth time WE need to remind the Nigerian masses that retired Major General President Muhammadu Buhari’s antecedent for despotism, dictatorship and nepotism has eventually negated his false claim of being a “reformed democrat” because at the departure lounge of his disastrous two-term office, the choice of a SUCCESSOR has generated an albatross around his neck!

The offensive but ubiquitous Cabal in charge of all policy directions of his Cabinet from 2015 to date have concluded plans to impose their candidate without his imput! Buhari would have been a MESSIAH TO NIGERIA but for his “character code” which had stuck on him like a leech!

BUHARI’S BELATED LAMENTATIONS:

1) We gave governors re-election tickets or opportunity to pick their successes allow me pick my successor.
2) Under my two-term leadership the dividends of democracy were delivered to Nigerians irrespective of their political leanings.
3) The party has grown in strength and capacity to govern true ability to hold consultations and put the nation above other interests
4) We need internal cohesion and strong leadership brand to achieve bigger electoral fortunes as we transit to the 2023 general elections.
5) In this final year of my second term it is compelling for me to provide stronger leadership to the party as the transition process progresses in an orderly manner.
6) Such leadership is required so that the party remains strong and united to retain power at the centre and hold great majority in various legislative chambers and also gain additional number of states at state levels.
7) Smooth succession plans have been successfully established at the state and local government levels where first term governors who have served creditably are encouraged to stand for re-election why second term governors have been accorded the privilege of promoting successors that are capable of driving their visions as well as the ideals of the party.
cool It is time to pick the presidential flag-bearer for the 2023 general elections who should continue as my successor and prove to the world the positive quality of APC regarding democratic principles and culture as well as leadership.
9) Our objective must be victory of our party and our choice of candidate should be someone to give the Nigerian masses the sense of victory and confidence even before the election.
10) And according to established internal policies of the party as we approach the convention, I SOLICIT THE RECIPROCITY AND SUPPORT OF THE GOVERNORS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS (THE CABAL), IN PICKING MY SUCCESSOR who will fly the flag of our party as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2023.

BUHARI NEEDS NO CLAIRVOYANCE! HE IS ON THE WRONG LANE! DIVINE PLAN FOR 2023 IS A PRIME MINISTER - NOT A PRESIDENT!

At the weekend of 2nd – 4th June, 2022, twenty-three aspirants were screened by APC Seven-man Committee; 13 scaled through while 10 were rejected – A VERY EXPENSIVE BILLIONAIRES EXERCISE IN FUTILITY!
And now that it has dawned on the aspirants that a CONSENSUS candidate was being considered by the retired general to eliminate 12 out of the remaining 13!
The All Progressives Congress is in confusion and in disarray and from all indications the entire clandestine plan by the Cabal (which has shot itself in the foot), will soon explode and jeopardize the chances of the party in the 2023
UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS!
What should occupy Buhari’s mind now is the emergence of the ADP, ACCORD NNPP, LABOUR PARTY, SDP etc, and new generation political parties which are more serious and determined to unravel and destabilize the MYTH surrounding the mega APC and PDP from all political calculations with a determined mindset to serve the PEOPLE OF NIGERIA!

POTENTIAL PRIME MINISTERS OF NIGERIA WHO ARE DILIGENT, CEREBRAL, AND HIGHLY EDUCATED AMONG THE NEW GENERATION POLITICAL PARTIES, SHOULD CLOSE RANKS AND SEIZE THIS OPPORTUNITY CREATED BY A CONFUSED RETIRED GENERAL TO SPONSOR THE MUCH – DESIRED REFERENDUM BILL AND INITIATE A BRAND NEW UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY BECAUSE BUHARI AND HIS CABAL WILL NEVER INITIATE THIS POPULAR DEMAND!

Who told General Buhari and his cohorts that they can still retain power at the centre in 2023 when the clamour for grassroot politics is gaining momentum by the day?
The African adage which says, “you can fool some people for some time but you cannot fool all the people all the time”, is already playing out because Buhari and APC would soon be dumped in the history of forgetfulness as Nigeria moves into full steam of new generation politics!

DINNER PARTIES, NOCTURNAL MEETINGS AND PROMISSORY NOTES FOR PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS WHO WILL STEP DOWN FOR BUHARI’S CONSENSUS CANDIDATE!

The bigger picture of all the flurry of emergency political meetings taking place at ASO ROCK PRESIDENTIAL VILLA is unfolding by the day inspite of the fact that President Buhari has requested the governors to allow him choose his successor he still expressed intention to have consultations with all the stakeholders when in fact the party's convention will hold Monday and Tuesday - 6th to 7th June 2022 in Abuja.
Grapevine has whispered to Zion B-BC Newsletter that the NGN100 million naira nomination fee is an investment by each of the aspirant because they were all aware that out of the first 28 of them before the number was reduced to 23, only one person would be picked to run the race for presidency and yet they all paid the humongous fees without much ado and without sweat!

The word of God says the Love of Money is the ROOT OF ALL EVIL and that those who want to be rich will go to any length not minding the consequences of their choice and behaviour in the long run. WAS IT NOT HIGH TIME EFCC CHECKMATED THESE MONEY- MONGERS who have horribly monetized Nigerian politics?

According to their permutations, when one of them is chosen to represent APC as their imaginary President, the others will be given big portfolios by him when he assumes the imaginary position in 2023 like Ministers, Chairmen of Government Parastatals, Foreign Ambassadors, or AWARDED multi-billion dollar contracts, OIL BLOCS, etc.!

All of these will only happen in their carnal imaginations! Their monies will perish with them because the LORD God will move against them to produce a PRIME MINISTER in the year 2023 for Nigeria.
And all the International detractors which indexes had placed Nigeria to be the POVERTY CAPITAL OF THE WORLD, the most corrupt country in the world, the country with the most devastating INSECURITY CHALLENGE and the DIRTIEST and most UNHYGIENIC place to DOMICILE, will now be put to absolute shame!

RETIRED MAJOR GENERAL PRESIDENT BUHARI SCORECARD FROM 2015 TO DATE!

When retired General Buhari assumed office on 29th May 2015, he moved into action against Boko Haram terrorist who had at that time overran 17 Local Government Areas in Borno State and before the end of that year into 2016 he was able to recover all those local government areas and to defeat the terrorist hands down.
Nigerians were very happy believing that the momentum would be sustained and that insecurity of lives and property would become a thing of the past, but that excitement was short-lived!
From 2018 onward there began the escalation of not only terrorism, kidnapping, banditry, but gun and bomb attacks on government installations in all the geo-political zones of Nigeria which threatened the General’s second bid attempt as President! The Independent People of Biafra (IPOB), terrorists were also emboldened to destroy Police Stations and Prisons facilities and DECAPITATED INNOCENT CITIZENS at random!
They also ordered all traders in the South East to sit at home on Mondays as a sign of protest against the incarceration of Nnamdi kanu their leader who is facing trial for treason against the Government of Nigeria.
That order still subsists to the detriment of the Governments’ in the South East Geo-Political Zone which have failed to upturn it in spite of all the security forces at their COMMAND!

The story is similar in Bornu State where government rules side by side with terrorists and bandits who collect TAXES FROM THE PEOPLE!
WHATEVER SUCCESSES THAT BUHARI IS CLAIMING IN RESPECT OF ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE AND POSSIBLY AGRICULTURE ARE MERE DROPS OF WATER IN THE OCEAN! If he must leave a legacy to be remembered for he should quickly abandon the SUCCESSOR PROJECT, forward a BILL FOR REFERENDUM to the outgoing National Assembly, sign it into law ALL IN ONE DAY FOR THE PEOPLE TO DRAFT A BRAND NEW UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION that will produce for Nigeria a Prime Minister in 2023!

ANYTHING SHORT OF THIS GODLY COUNSEL TO THE OLD MAN IS BALDERDASH!

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Abubakar Conducted Elections With New Constitution Within One Year! by z07ion: 9:28pm On Jun 02, 2022
ABUBAKAR CONDUCTED ELECTIONS WITH NEW CONSTITUTION WITHIN ONE YEAR – BUHARI CAN DO SAME WITH REFERENDUM!

Every committed and responsible leadership will always desire to put the interest of its citizens into reckoning and consideration if it must succeed in discharging all constitutional duties predicated on the principles of democracy and social justice.

Leadership must be committed to ensure that sovereignty belongs to the people of Nigeria from whom government through the constitution derives all its powers and authority NOT just on the document but in reality.
The Military Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 states in Chapter II Section 14 (2) (b) that the security and welfare of the people shall be the primary purpose of government and (c) the participation by the people in their government shall be ensured in accordance with the provisions of the constitution.

THE NIGERIAN MILITARY KEPT THE CITIZENS IN BONDAGE FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS AND RULED WITH IRON FISTS!

General Abdulsalami Abubakar the last military leader in Nigeria smartly discerned, shortly after the death of his principal - SANI ABACHA - that Nigerians were tired of the soldiers boots and guns and wasted no time to pack bag and baggage and handed over a DIARCHY which helmsman wore BABANRIGA (big mantle), to identify with DEMOCRACY!
Maximum military ruler General Sani Abacha died on the 8th of June 1998, and within one year of his demise General Abubakar set up all necessary machineries through the Independent National Electoral Commission, conducted elections having assured that a new Constitution was enacted to run the affairs of government when he handed over on 29th May 1999.

REPRODUCED BELOW IS THE UNEDITED PROMULGATION DECREE NUMBER 24 OF 1999 WHICH ENACTED “CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA DATED 15TH MAY 1999 AND SIGNED BY GENERAL ABDULSALAMI ALHAJI ABUBAKAR, HEAD OF STATE, COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF THE ARMED FORCES, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA.

“Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Promulgation) Decree
No 24 of 1999
Laws of the Federation of Nigeria
5th day of May 1999

Whereas the Federal Military Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in compliance with the Transition to Civil Rule (Political Programme) Decree 1998 has, through the Independent National Electoral Commission, conducted elections to the office of President and Vice-President, Governors and Deputy-Governors, Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen, the National Assembly, the House of Assembly and the local government councils;

And Whereas the Federal Military Government in furtherance of its commitment to hand over to a democratically elected civilian administration on 29th May 1999, inaugurated on 11th November 1998, the Constitutional Debate Co-ordinating Committee charged with responsibility to, among other things, pilot the debate on the new Constitution for Nigeria, co-ordinate and collate views and recommendations canvassed by, individuals and groups for a new Constitution for Nigeria

And Whereas the Constitutional Debate Co-ordinating Committee benefited from the receipt of large volumes of memoranda from Nigerians at home and abroad and oral presentations at the public hearings at the debate centres throughout the country and the conclusions arrived thereat and also at various seminars, workshop’s and conferences organised and was convinced that the general consensus of opinion of Nigerians is the desire to retain the provisions of the 1979 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with some amendments;

And Whereas the Constitutional Debate Co-ordinating Committee has presented the report of its deliberations to the Provisional Ruling Council;
And Whereas the Provisional Ruling Council has approved the report subject to such amendments as are deemed necessary in the public interest and for the purpose of promoting the security, welfare and good governance and fostering the unity and progress of the people of Nigeria with a view to achieving its objective of handing over an enduring Constitution to the people of Nigeria;

And Whereas, it is necessary in accordance with the programme on transition to civil rule for the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1979 after necessary amendments and approval by the Provisional Ruling Council to be promulgated into a new Constitution for the Federal Republic of Nigeria in order to give the same force of law with effect from 29th May 1999:

Now therefore, the Federal Military Government hereby decrees as follows:-
1 There shall be for Nigeria a Constitution which shall be as set out in the Schedule to this Decree.
(2) The Constitution set out in the Schedule to this Decree shall come into force on 29th May 1999.
(3) Whenever it may hereafter be necessary for the Constitution to be printed it shall be lawful for the Federal Government Printer to omit all parts of this Decree apart from the Schedule and the Constitution as so printed shall have the force of law notwithstanding the omission.
2. This Decree may be cited as the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Promulgation) Decree 1999.
Schedule

Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999
Made at Abuja this 5th day of May 1999
General Abdulsalami Alhaji Abubakar
Head of State, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
Federal Republic of Nigeria.”

THE LEADERSHIP DEFICIT BETWEEN ABDULSALAMI ABUBAKAR AND MUHAMMADU BUHARI IS UNACCEPTABLE!

And whereas retired General Abdulsalam Abubakar has remained in contention as a man of wisdom who had concern for the welfare of the citizens and is still relevant in CONSECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIONS from 1999 to date, General Buhari - even in government has lost grip to the terrorists who now occupy some local government areas in the North East and are collecting taxes from farmers and all those who are domicile in that region.

In recent times these terrorists give ultimatum to Federal Government to release their leaders who are in the custody of the security forces or face the consequences of EXECUTION OF HOSTAGES!

Major General Buhari’s second term in office has been a complete disaster especially when insecurity has become incalcitrant, social amenities have fizzled out completely, employment of able-bodied 13.5 million youths is in abeyance, about 10 million of school age are still roaming the streets, farmers are being executed in their farms, bandits are still killing hapless citizens across Nigeria, not living out Katsina; the President's home State etc.

And whereas President Buhari has been advised to forward an Executive Bill to the National Assembly for inclusion of REFERENDUM to address the quagmire of the unprofitable presidential system which was imposed on Nigeria and embrace the UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM which will allow greater participation of the population and save the country from bankruptcy which consecutive administrations had embarked on.
But up-to-date the president has turned a deaf ear to the suggestions: and the killings, the sufferings, the poverty, the calamities, the pains and the bloodshed have continued unabated while he continued to globe-trot all over the world at every given opportunity! AND it is now very glaring to the TALAKAWAS that Buhari NEVER LOVED THEM AT ANY POINT IN TIME BUT HIMSELF!

WHETHER BUHARI LIKES IT OR NOT HE MUST BEND TO THE WISHES OF THE MASSES NOW!l

The economical unicameral system of government which will produce a PRIME MINISTER for Nigeria in the year 2023 is the way to go and we enjoin all Nigerians to PETITION the legislative arm of government and insist that REFERENDUM MUST BE PASSED INTO LAW WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY!

The citizens are tired of the prodigality of Buhari's presidential system and of Buhari who turned out to be the CITIZENS' ENEMY on instead of the MESSIAH!
HE MUST ACT LIKE RETIRED GENERAL ABDULSALAM ALHAJI ABUBAKAR AND GIVE TO NIGERIANS A LEGACY OF UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION NOW!
“With God all things are possible.”

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Pmb Supported Referendum In Turkey, Asia But Moved Against Nigerian Proponents. by z07ion: 11:01pm On May 28, 2022
#CAMPAIGN FOR REFERENDUM AND NOT VIOLENT AGITATIONS!

A a flurry of intensive and coordinated agitation for TRUE FEDERALISM gathered momentum in the fourth quarter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), 16 years of consecutive solo administration back to back!
Ex-president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was bombarded with all manner of petitions and requests throughout his six-year tenure between 2010-2015 and he succumbed to the 2014 National Conference which was set up to look at all the issues in contention and suggest lasting solution.

Several of the RECOMMENDATIONS of the 2014 National Conference were included in the All Progressives Congress (APC), Committee on True Federalism submitted by its Chairman, Governor Nasir el-rufai of Kaduna State. He also supported the application of REFERENDUM to hasten results!
The most outstanding was Devolution of Powers from the Federal to the federating States, followed by Resource Control, State Police and Prisons, Independent Candidacy, Mines/Minerals, Oil Fields and Mining etc, and all the recommendations were to go through the FRAUDULENT CONSTITUTION AMMENDMENTS which had never seen the light of the day!

NIGERIAN POLITICIANS KNOW THAT THE 1999 PRESIDENTIAL MILITARY CONSTITUTION AND ALL ITS PSEUDO AMENDMENTS BELONG TO THE DUSTBIN OF HISTORY!
And whereas they also know that the surest and workable solution to all the myriad problems of INSECURITY, POVERTY, HYPER INFLATION KIDNAPPINGS, BANDITRY, PROLIFERATION OF SMALL ARMS AND AMMUNITIONS with which heinous crimes are committed was the option of a UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT! But the wicked politicians prefer A CORRUPTED PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM that gives them opportunity to continue to loot the TREASURY rather than provide social amenities as DIVIDENDS OF DEMOCRACY FOR THE POOR MASSES (TALAKAWAS)!

When confronted with the fact that the application of REFERENDUM was the easiest way out of the debacle, Major General Muhammadu Buhari bluntly disagreed by claiming that it was an Nnamdi Kanu's IPOB plan for a BIAFRA SECCESSION!

AND WHEREAS BUHARI SUPPORTED TURKEY'S REFERENDUM IN APRIL 2017!
According to media reports, Turkish women in a pro-government rally in Istanbul on 5th March 2017, gathered in their thousands in support of a “Yes” Vote in REFERENDUM to boost the Turkish President's power to continue in government after an unsuccessful military coup d'etat against his administration!
And President Buhari congratulated the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for the foresight and maturity of leading his people to the polls to decide on the future of leadership for the country that will further deepen peace and stability.

The Major General also said that the Turkey's REFERENDUM showcased the Democratic credentials of the country and reflected a willingness of the Turkish people to live together and jointly pursue a better future.
Turkey is a country that occupies a unique geographic position as it lies partly in Asia and partly in Europe. Throughout its history it has acted as both a barrier and a bridge between the two continents.

MAJOR GENERAL BUHARI IS AN UNREPENTANT NEPOTISTIC AND A HYPOCRITICAL AFRICAN LEADER WHO BELIEVES IN OLIGARCHY RATHER THAN TRUE DEMOCRACY AND HAS NO PLAN TO CHANGE HIS CHARACTER!

Politics is a game of numbers. We enjoin all well-meaning patriotic Nigerians, the YOUTHS, Civil Society Groups Organised Labour Unions and all lovers of democracy to join this campaign and demand for REFERENDUM that will produce a brand new UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION with which INEC will conduct the 2023 general elections that will usher a PRIME MINISTER!

WE ARE MORE IN NUMERICAL FIGURES THAN THE LOOTERS IN GOVERNMENT!

Politics / Buhari Has No Choice Than To Support Dangote Petroleum Refinery! by z07ion: 9:10pm On May 28, 2022
If Alhaji Aliko Dangote had succumbed to President Muhammadu Buhari’s entreaties and pressures to locate his 3 million metric tonnes per annum Fertilizer Complex and the 650,000 barrels per day Petrochemical Refinery in land-locked Northern Nigeria instead of Lekki, Lagos, the nation would have ceased to be rated as Africa’s country with the highest Gross Domestic Product (GDP), according to international perception index!

The business magnate who had put several years of professional research into the entire project which must be accessed by air land and sea, pursued his ambition to locate the magnificent project complex at Lekki Free Trade Zone in Ibeju, Lekki Lagos, Southern Nigeria.
With great foresight, the first phase of the fertilizer project took off Tuesday 22nd March with the commissioning of USD$2.5 billion dollars Fertilizer Plant by the President and export of the it’s products have begun in earnest.
Foreign exchange earnings through these exports should contribute about USD$ 400-500 million dollars into the economy in view of the great demands with employment opportunities of qualified and able-bodied Nigerians in thousand of thousands!

The massive production should also generate adequate domestic consumption and enhance farmers outputs especially now that the Buhari Administration still believes that it could improve on it diversification to agriculture agenda drive before leaving office in 2023.

THE DANGOTE PETROLEUM REFINERY WHICH IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION SHOULD BE READY BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF THE MAJOR GENERAL MUHAMMADU BUHARI IN 2023.

From conception to actualization the Dangote Petrochemical and Fertilizer conglomerate was a project very dear to the heart of de-tribalized Nigerian and richest man in Africa, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, owner and financier of the conglomerate
Left to Mr. President who doubles as the Minister of Petroleum, the project should have been sited in the heart of Northern Nigeria rather than Lagos, the commercial capital which the shrewd and detribalized Nigerian captain of industry feasibility assessment had adjudged as the most appropriate, geo-physical and eco-friendly landscape in the Southern Nigeria!
Northern Nigeria has been desperate to explore and exploit its entire landscape in search of crude oil in order to prove that Southern Nigeria did not have monopoly of Crude!

During the period of the military interregnum it was rumored that oil was discovered in several States but till date there are no physical existence of crude oil in any part of the region!
In February 2020 when Nigeria's Minister of State for Petroleum Resources announced that ONE BILLION BARRELS {1billion), of crude oil was discovered in Gongola Basin, Nigeria’s North East, it resonated like a comedian’s “April Fool” joke; and for two years on, according to media reports, neither the Federal Government nor the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC),
alluded to the existence of any oil project of such magnitude in
Gongola Basin!

GONGOLA BASIN PETROLEUM EXPLORATION IS BUHARI’S PET PROJECT!

We also have it on good authority that the president had passionately championed the Gongola project in more than 40 years but it was not until October 2019, that NNPC announced that crude oil, gas and condensates were discovered in the Kolmani River region at a border community between Bauchi and Gombe States!
It was also revealed that some 19 Northern States in 2007 won Oil Prospecting Licence in the Gongola Basin for the sole purpose of exploration and exploitation of Crude but with no positive results to date!
Almost all Nigerians believe that President Major General Muhammadu Buhari is the best man to handle the petroleum sector of the nation in view of his “wealth of experience” of several decades!
But under his watch it seems that his lieutenants who should be trusted, tested experts and technocrats in the field of crude oil dredging, exploration, exploitation and exportation for commercial benefits have been compromised in view of the systemic corruption which had produced several portfolio billionaires from the very sensitive sector of the Petroleum Industry of the Nigerian economy!

Have they all been righteous servants? Can they claim innocence in the allegations that 91% of the foreign exchange earner crude was being stolen by some syndicates?
Beginning from his military career days to date the petroleum sector has suffered horrible corruption orchestrated even institutionally by stakeholders and key players to the extent that those oil billionaires in Nigeria have surreptitiously taken over the government and formed a cabal around him!

DANGOTE REFINERY COULD NOT HAVE DEBUTED AT A BETTER TIME THAN THIS!

Dangote Petroleum Refinery is covering a land area of approximately 2,635 hectares which is about six times the size of Victoria Island. The 650,000 barrels per day (BPD) integrated refinery project still under construction in the Lekki Free Zone near Lagos Nigeria is expected to be Africa's biggest oil refinery and the world's biggest single-train facility.

The Refinery will meet 100% of the Nigerian requirement of all refined products and also have a surplus of each of these products for export. Dangote Petroleum Refinery is a multibillion-dollar project that will create a market for USD$11 billion dollars per annum of Nigerian crude. It is designed to process Nigerian crude with the ability to also process other crudes.

The refinery alone has a 400 MW power plant that is able to meet the total power requirement of Ibadan Disco. It is being built at a cost of uUSD$19 billion dollars in Lagos and has 4.74 billion litres storage capacity and that 75% of its products will be moved by sea within Nigeria.
The project has been delayed by several years and the cost has shot to United States $19 billion dollars from earlier estimate of between USD12 to USD $14 billion dollars. The refinery should have commenced in 2013 and finished in 2016 if the projection had been right.
Before now Nigeria was Africa’s biggest oil producer and exporter but depended entirely on fuel imports after allowing it's significant refining capacity of 445,000 bpd to become dilapidated over several decades.

WILL FOSSIL FUEL GIVE WAY TO RENEWABLE ENERGY LIKE SOLAR AND WIND TURBINE?

As soon as Dangote expressed his intention to divert to oil and gas, business gurus faulted the venture which they believed would be grounded in no time in view of advanced technology in solar and turbine, which innovation in developed countries have produced carbon-emission-free vehicles/engines and that
fossil fuel (coal, oil, and natural gas), which was responsible for greenhouse emissions would be analogue!
We regard this position as very uninformed because developed countries are also still using fossil fuels to run their trains the factories alongside other energy sources like gas and electric.

We have said it over and over again that fossil fuel will continue to produce Man’s Energy Needs as long as the Earth Remains and play major roles in the upliftment of human resources and development.

Let's assume that the CLIMATE CHANGE could be supported through renewable energies what about intensified Space Exploration Pollution which deplete the OZONE LAYER faster than fossil fuel emission from the earth?

PERENNIAL FUEL SCARCITY WILL FIZZLE OUT WITH DANGOTE REFINERY!

Although Nigerians are still experiencing fuel scarcity through deliberate artificial manipulation by marketers associations, it is believed that the process is a deliberate plan by government and petroleum dealers to set the stage for Dangote Refinery to break-even when it comes on stream in the last quarter of 2022 and conform with international market forces!
In the third quarter of 2021, the Federal Government mooted the idea of deregulation of Petroleum downstream Sector but quickly reversed the obnoxious policy because Civil Society Organisations, the Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress (TUC), promised to ground the economy and also because the contentious policy was too close to the 2022 pre-election year!
Nigerians should support the upliftment of our oil industry which will boost the economy positively through the DANGOTE GENUINE INVESTMENT AS WE LOOK FORWARD TO A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION THROUGH REFERENDUM AND VOTE FOR A PRIME MINISTER IN THE YEAR 2023 TO DOUSE ALL RESTRUCTURING AGITATIONS FOR TRUE FEDERALISM!

“With God all things are possible!”

Politics / How Not To Be A Nigerian President: Chris Ngige As A Typical Game Player! by z07ion: 11:39pm On May 19, 2022
The three-pronged manifesto of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), of Nigeria from 2015 to date has not changed.
1) Elimination of threat to national security through the escalating Boko Haram insurgency which began in 2009, herdsmen/farmers bloody clashes over the contentious grazing routes, banditry and kidnappings;
2) War against endemic corruption which had become a social norm at all levels of government, private sector and the grassroots; and
3) Deliberate move to tackle the ailing economy through diversification and resuscitate confidence among all citizens.
Opinion polls across Nigeria and the Diaspora as at the close of the seventh year of Major General Muhammadu Buhari in the seat of power is less than 10% of achievements in all sectors – a drop of water in the ocean!
It was believed that the president took his time in 2015 for almost 6 months before choosing his cabinet because he wanted to put the best team on board. In fact among his ministers whom he believed performed creditably well were also appointed to serve in his second term in office from 2019 to date.
Sixty-nine-year-old medical doctor, Chris Nwabueze Ngige erstwhile Minister of Labour and Employment was one of the two-term minister of the Buhari Administration from 2015 and now a Presidential aspirant who believed that he could take over from President Buhari after his second term in office next year.
But he has chickened out from the race having realised that he was a loser from the starting point - a mere appendage among 30 determined and very serious patriotic contenders - judging from his antecedents and pedigree. He had never won an election without power brokers!

MEMORY LANE: ANAMBRA GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION IN 2003!

In 2003, Ngige as a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), candidate for the Anambra governorship election knew that he stood no chance of winning without the support of the godfather of Anambra politics (Chief Chris UBA), who insisted that they must visit the famous OKIJA SHRINE to perfect the covenant of a monthly monetary transfer from State Government treasury to him as benefactor!
Although Chris Ngige “won” the election as planned, he however RENEGED the oath of agreement, the bubble burst and the whole world was entertained to the OKIJA Saga published by Uba with back-up pictures of both men dressed in half-naked shrine regalia within the confines of the deity!
A botched attempt was made to take him out of government house through abduction organised in connivance with police authorities! He served less than one term and was manipulated out of office and was unable to win subsequent elections to the anambra government house ever since.
Ngige served as Senator representing Anambra Central Constituency from April 2011 to June 2015, before his appointment as cabinet minister in Buhari’s APC Government from 11th November 2015 to 2022!

NGIGE'S WITHDRAWAL FROM 2023 PRESIDENTIAL RACE!

In a media interview Dr Chris Ngige was asked if the NGN100 million naira to purchase the express of interest/nomination forms was not too exorbitant for a ruling party which has declared war on corruption and he answered in the affirmative that he believed or thought that it should have been NGN 50 million naira.
However he said that the pressure groups and political associates who were sponsoring him and urging him to contest for the highest office in Nigeria would run around and make up for the increase and true to his word on Tuesday 19th April 2022 he publicly declared his interest to contest having paid the said amount!
But in a political somersault Ngige on 13th May 2022, publicly withdrew from the 2023 presidential election having claimed to have discussed with Mr President and also consulted widely with his family, constituents, supporters and well-wishers.
He further said that he would not participate any further in any of the internal party processes of the said election starting with the primary adding that he took the momentous decision firstly in the overall interest of the Nation in order to enable him concentrate on his job and assist the president and the government to weather the difficult last lap in the life of the administration and secondly for other family reasons.

VALEDICTORY SESSION FOR NGIGE AND NINE OTHER MINISTERS WHO SOUGHT FOR ELECTIVE POLITICAL OFFICES!

Dr. Ngige was one of the exiting ministers at the valedictory meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa on Friday 13th May 2022 but in a twist of events he declared that he was no longer interested in the presidential race!
Political analysts punctured the excuses and the assumptions which Ngige has claimed for withdrawing from the presidential primaries which will be coming up at the end of May 2022 for the following reasons:
On his own volition he purchased the forms, collected and filled them according to one of his numerous statements
Having filled the forms he claims not to have submitted them yet.
APC party guidelines requested for all filled forms to be submitted on Tuesday 17th May 2022.

He also claimed that he had not resigned his position as Minister of Labour and productivity and will be resuming back at his desk.
If he had filled the forms as he claimed Ngige would not be entitled to a refund of the NGN100 million naira which he paid into his party’s coffers.
From the onset of his political career according to his pedigree it had all been desperate drive to make monies from politics instead of his profession as a medical doctor
Before he opted to vie for the highest office in the land Ngige was entangled with the Association of Universities Staff Union (ASUU), strike which was not resolved for over TWELVE WEEKS but he cared less AND now he intends to return to the same job he could not cope with!
CONCLUSIONS: Ngige should be tried for ANTI-PARTY activities and be investigated by the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to ascertain hid donation claim alongside other aspirants and NEVER re-absorbed!
The same treatment should be meted to Abubakar Malami, the erstwhile Minister of Justice and Attorney General for the Federation and all others who have indicated intention to withdraw from the race.

FROM ALL INDICATIONS THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF VYING FOR POLITICAL OFFICES IN A PRESIDENCY SUCH AS PRACTICED IN NIGERIA HAS DEFINITELY CREATED MORE CONFUSION THAN SOLUTIONS BECAUSE OF HUGE MONETIZATION OF THE ENTIRE PROCESS!
Like the TOWER OF BABEL all the monetary structures which have been put up for the highest bidders to further keep Nigerians in BONDAGE WILL ALL CRASH AND BE REPLACED WITH A BRAND NEW UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION THAT WILL PRODUCE A PRIME MINISTER FOR NIGERIA IN 2023 AND NEVER A PRESIDENT AGAIN!

Politics / Buhari’s Presidential Government Is A Tower Of Babel! by z07ion: 8:23pm On May 14, 2022
President Major General Muhammadu Buhari was very reluctant to sign the Electoral Act Ammendment Bill 2022 into law because of the obnoxious Section 84 (12), which states that, “ No political appointee at any level shall be a voting delegate or be voted for at the convention or congress of any political party for the purpose of the nomination of candidates for any election.”
During the ceremony held on Friday 25th February, 2022, the President insisted on a commitment by the legislators that the offending Section would be expunged from the Act and returned to him for a fresh approval but the promise is yet to be fulfilled.
However in a turn of events which jolted Federal political appointees to their feet at the Federal Executive Council (FEC), meeting on Wednesday 11th May 2022, Minister of Information disclosed that the President had directed that all ministers, legislators, special advisers willing to run for elective offices should submit their letters of resignation on or before Monday the 16th of May 2022.
The information minister stressed that the mandate excluded the vice president because he is an elected member of the cabinet. In all not less than ELEVEN, Cabinet will resign the appointments while while all heads of agencies departments parastatals and ambassadors with political ambitions including governor of the Central Bank are also expected to resign their appointments.

Prior to that order majority of of the MORALLY-BANKRUPT appointees were decided to stay put until 30 DAYS before the 25th February 2023 General Elections according to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, Sections 137(1)(g); 66(1)(f); 182(1)(g) and 107(1)(g‼
The most intriguing of all the aspirants is the Central Bank Governor who still remained in office as head of the APEX BANK having shown interest in becoming President of Nigeria without resigning from his position
THE CONTENTIOUS SECTION 84 (12) OF THE ELECTORAL ACT 2020 HAS BEEN NULLIFIED BY THE FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL BUT JUDGEMENT IS OF NO EFFECT!

The Federal Court of Appeal has voided the ruling of the High court that nullified the controversial Section 84 (12) of the electrical electoral act 2022 but the court action is of no effect on any party and therefore void because the main suit was not properly brought before it.

A Federal Court in, Abia State had earlier nullified the controversial section brought before it by one Nduka Edede, whom the appellate court said had no locus standi to have filed the case in the first instance!
The three-man panel also held that Mr. Edede did not establish any course of action that would have given the grounds to approach the court over the matter and it was consequently struck out.

ANOTHER FUNDAMENTAL ERROR DISCOVERED IN THE ELECTORAL ACT 2022, SECTION 84 (cool, BY THE LEGISLATORS!

Emergency plenaries by both Chambers of the National Assembly have been held to amend Section 84 (cool, of the Electoral Act 2022, and passed to allow Statutory Delegates participate in their political parties congresses and conventions.
Statutory delegates include the President, Governors, National Assembly members, State Assembly members, Chairmen and Councillors of Local Government Areas who should ordinarily be automatic delegates but are being disenfranchised and in the wisdom of the National assembly the Section 84 sub section 8 should be amended to accommodate more people who would have been disenfranchised!

CONFUSION OF LANGUAGE BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVE AND THE LEGISLATURE!

The Judiciary as the arbiter between Executive and the Legislative Arms in respect of interpretation of the law has intervened and declared that Section 84(12) of the Electoral Act 2022 is an affront and illegality and therefore null and void!
However the President had employed the BIG STICK as the one who HIRES AND FIRES – so, if the litigation eventually proceeded to the APEX COURT it would ALSO BE A NULITY!
Because all those who were fired from office will remain fired and the current status quo will be maintained because the same Constitution has empowered the Executive President to hire and fire at his whims and caprices!
THE UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT OF PEOPLE WITH COMMON VISIONS, DREAMS, IDEAS AND PURPOSES IS THE PANACEA TO ALL FORMS OF INSECURITY AND VIOLENT AGITATIONS FOR RESTRUCTURING OF A DEAD PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM!

Please join this campaign for CONVOCATION OF A POPULAR REFERENDUM that will usher in a PRIME MINISTER in February 2023 and not a demagogue president!

Politics / Greedy Nigerian Politicians Are The Rotten Eggs Of The Presidential System! by z07ion: 7:58pm On May 12, 2022
GREEDY NIGERIAN POLITICIANS ARE THE ROTTEN EGGS OF THE PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM AND THEY STINK!

The Nigerian government has lived up to it's International index billing as the most corrupt country in the world by shamelessly announcing to the world that 91% of Nigeria's crude oil have been stolen by unknown SOLDIERS OR PEOPLE who will be investigated and brought to Justice!

In June 2012, a foreign ship fully laden with 8.5 million barrels of stolen crude oil disappeared into thin air from the CUSTODY of the Nigerian Navy Niger Delta Region where oil bunkering is the order of the day,!

According to new media reports, first quarter January-March 2022, statistics presented at a meeting in Abuja between the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), Oil Producers Trade Section and the Independent Petroleum Producers Group (IPPG), revealed that USD$3.2 billion (NGN1.36 trillion naira) worth of crude oil was stolen from Nigeria between January 2021 and February 2022!

The worst hit areas were the Bonny Terminal Network, Forcados Terminal Network, and the Brass Terminal Network which is notorious for persistent pipeline vandalisation!

Except for the stack illiterates, Nigerians are fully aware that crude oil theft in Nigeria had always been organised crimes masterminded by insiders in government who are the greatest beneficiaries of the national economic sabotage of the worst kind because crude oil is the only foreign exchange earner produce for the country!
AND WHEREAS NIGERIA HAS FOUR REFINERIES - TWO IN PORT HARCOURT AND ONE EACH IN KADUNA AND WARRI - WITH A COMBINED CAPACITY OF 445,000 BARRELS PER DAY. ALL FOUR REFINERIES ARE NON-FUNCTIONAL AFTER BEING SHUT DOWN IN 2020!

Nigerian taxpayers should take note that while workers of these four refineries were redundant Federal Government kept paying salaries to them.
AND to add insult to injury in March 2021 Federal Executive Council (FEC), presided over by President Major General Muhammadu Buhari approved another sum of USD$1.5 billion dollars for another round of refurbishing the 32 year-old Port Harcourt Refinery.

We have it on good authority that Nigeria has spent about USD$25 billion US dollars in turn- around maintenance of refineries in the past 25 years and these refineries are not refining any crude oil!

An NNPC audit report in 2020 revealed that three of the four refineries recorded NGN1.64 trillion naira cumulative losses between 2014 and 2018. It further stated that the combined losses from the Port Harcourt Refinery and Kaduna Refinery were NGN 208.6 billion naira in 2014; NGN 252.8 billion in 2015; NGN 290.6 billion naira in 2016; NGN 412 billion in 2017 and NGN 475 billion in 2018!

It is a general principle for NNPC to export Nigerian crude oil overseas for refining at great losses to the Nigerian government which in turn has been deceiving Nigerians in respect of phantom Oil SUBSIDIES which amount into trillions of naira annually BUT with no visible dividends for the Citizens other than increased hardship to procure the divinely-endowed natural resource through corruption-induced and persistent artificial scarcity!

Presently the sum of NGN 4 trillion naira is to be spent on fuel subsidy for the year 2022; an amount that was not reflected in the annual budget for the year!

NIGERIA‘S ADOPTED PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM IS CORRUPTION-LADEN AND STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN!

Were it in a sane clime, these set of politicians would all have been arrested and thrown into detention while their president or head of state forced to resigned immediately but that is not to happen in a country headed by military billionaires whose sources of income are shrouded in secrecy and cannot be investigated?

At their whims and caprices consecutive Nigerian Presidents have ENRICHED all of their friends and cronies through personal allocations of Oil Wells, Blocs and Allocations which did not pass through DUE PROCESS and therefore have NEVER be accounted for just like the unconstitutional SECURITY VOTES FOR PRESIDENTS AND GOVERNORS!

Up to the year 2020, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), and its subsidiaries in the upstream, middlestream and downstream sectors of the petroleum economy could not (for 45 years), officially reveal nor publish daily lifting of barrels per day (bpd), from the Oil Wells and as such it has been a free for all comers!

But in that year a PERFORMANCE DATA which included the 2020 audited financial statements propped up since 1977 when NNPC was first established. The data constitute the following information
1) NNPC Audited Financial Statements
2) NNPC Monthly Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) Report.
3) Report on crude oil and natural gas production lifting and utilization.
4) Report on refinery, gas operations, sales and proceeds.
5) Petroleum product supply and distribution report.

WHO WERE THOSE REPORTS PUBLISHED FOR? NIGER DELTA PEOPLE OR THE ENTIRE NIGERIAN POPULATION? ARE THE REPORTS AUTHENTIC? WHO WILL BELIEVE THOSE REPORTS?
Especially when in spite of the three-year consecutive reports from year 2021-2022, the cabal in government was still able to manipulate the oil sector to the extent that 91% of Nigeria's crude oil was stolen without trace?

SO THE QUESTION REMAINS WHO ARE THOSE STEALING NIGERIA’S CRUDE OIL?
If the Niger Delta people in whose domain the oil wealth of Nigeria is domicile, who have suffered untold degradation through exploration and exploitation and after several years of protests and even militant activities resolved to construct their own local refineries to make money out of the “GOOSE THAT LAYS THE GOLDEN EGGS” on their soil, should they not be ENCOURAGED THROUGH LEGAL FRAMEWORK TO BUILD LOCAL REFINERIES AND PAY TAXES TO GOVERNMENT?

IT IS AN OPEN SECRET THAT CONSERVATIVE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENTS SINCE 1999 HAVE DELIBERATELY REFUSED TO BUILD NEW REFINERIES BUT KEPT “REFURBISHING” THE OLD ONES BUILT DURING THE MILITARY ERA TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE CORRUPT OFFICERS AND POLITICIANS TO MAKE ILLICIT MONIES WHICH IS THE HALLMARK OF THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION WHICH PROMISED TO FIGHT CORRUPTION HEAD LONG!

The pre-independence era of Nigerian politics under the watch of the British Colonial Masters did not record massive exhibition of crimes and criminalities which are now festering!

In those good old days petty stealing was not commonplace neither were burglaries nor armed robberies! Nigerians boasted that people forgot bags of monies in public places and returned to pick them up without being tampered with!

But a lot of water have since passed under the bridge and with each passing day of the inflow of CRUDE OIL REVENUE, the inhumans who took over the government shortly after freedom year, introduced brutal force through martial laws into the system and we are in the midst of calamities!

The 30-month-old “Biafra War” (July 1966-January 1970), did not help matters because the proliferation of small arms, ammunitions and weapons took heightened dimension of large scale INSECURITY in which non-state actors who are determined to have their portion of the national cake by force and bloodshed have virtually dismantled Government’s Security architecture!

NIGERIAN YOUTHS WERE PART OF INSECURITY AND MASSIVE STEALING FROM THE TREASURY AS COUPISTS AND POLITICIANS!

All the military coupists, Heads of State, Governors, Commissioners, Ministers and their Civilian collaborators from 1966-1999, who were aged between 22 and 35 years with very few exceptions, left office very rich and wealthy because there was no LEGISLATIVE BODY TO EITHER OVERSIGHT OR CHECK THEIR EXCESSES!

In 1999 when the military eventually handed over reins of government to the civilians another military head of state was adjudged to have won the elections so that the orchestrated fraud should continue to be perpetrated!

From that period onward, Nigerian youths boasted publicly that they would deliberately seek political offices to perpetrate/perpetuate massive institutional embezzlement of government funds and would neither care nor bother if they ended up in prisons provided they would return to enjoy their illicit, looted funds!

ARISE AND SHINE PATRIOTIC NIGERIAN YOUTHS AND CHANGE THE NARRATIVE!

Nigerian youths should take the lead in the campaign for REFERENDUM to draft a NEW UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION and produce for the country a PRIME MINISTER in 2023!

It is very clear to every Nigerian now that the present set of politicians are nothing but WOLVES IN SHEEP SKIN! Everyone of them was able to pay NGN100 million, 50 million, 40 million, 30 million, 20 million, 10 million naira etc, FROM THEIR BACK POCKETS FOR FORMS OF INTEREST for political offices a country where hyper-inflation had turned Nigerians into a people who now struggle to have a MEAL PER DAY!

IT'S TIME TO SHOW ALL CORRUPT POLITICIANS THE WAY OUT NOW BECAUSE THERE WILL BE NO PRESIDENT NOR BUT A PRIME MINISTER IN THE YEAR 2023!

STATES STRUCTURE OF GOVERNORS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMEN WILL BE DISSOLVED INTO CONSTITUENCIES WHERE PARLIAMENTARIANS WILL EMERGE TO FORM A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND PICK ONE OF THEM AS HEAD OF GOVERNMENT!

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Enough Of 13 Years Of Presidential Boko Haram Terrorism! by z07ion: 10:28pm On May 07, 2022
Ex-president Goodluck Jonathan confessed during his six-year tenure in office that there were Boko Haram elements in his cabinet but he failed to mention their names and neither facilitated any arrest nor prosecution till he left office in 2015!
In his words: “Some of them are in the executive arm of government, some of them in the parliamentary/legislative arm of government, while some of them are even in the judiciary. “Some are also in the armed forces, the police and other security agencies. The situation is even worse than the Civil War that we fought. During the civil war we knew and we could even predict where the enemy was coming from but the challenge we have today is more complicated. “Somebody said that the situation is so bad that even if one’s son is a member, one will not even know. That means that if the person will plant a bomb behind your house he won’t know!’
From October 2009 when Boko Haram terrorism debuted in Maiduguri, North East, Nigeria's democracy took a nose-dive into a kind of devastating criminalty with consistent/persistent blood-shedding and this Islamic Jihadist group in very short time became synonymous with banditry, kidnapping, murder, assassinations, arson, raping crimes which enveloped the entire geographic space of the nation like untamed wild fire!

BOKO HARAM IS THE CREATION OF NIGERIAN POLITICIANS WHO OPTED FOR THE MILITARY PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM!

The greed by politicians to amass illicit money for themselves through the Nigerian kind of presidential system increased from 1999 when the military eventually handed over power to the civilians.
Fiscal and monetary policy was defective to manipulate through all manner of dubious salaries, allowances, emoluments including pensions, gratuities – outside of the purview of the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), the constitutional body which fixes salaries of all politicians and civil servants.

The National Assembly (NASS), is the worst culprit among the three tiers of government! They claim all manner of oversight functions which are not enacted in the constitution and apportion salaries, allowances for local and overseas journeys including pensions and gratuity even for a four-year term in office!
At the state level, State Assemblies legislators apportion all kinds of monetary gains to themselves and to their governors who after one or two terms in office become beneficiaries of mansions in Abuja and in their state capitals.

They collect lump sums of at least NGN300 million naira as gratuity are also bought SUVs and luxury cars which are replaceable every four years and are also entitled to domestic servants who the State Governments pay salaries and allowances.
In addition to all these they are also entitled to annual medical tourism with members of their families due to the absence of such facilities which they deliberately failed to provide in Nigeria!
***Allocation of Security Votes to Mr.President and the Governors!
THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA AND ALL STATE GOVERNORS COLLECT SECURITY VOTES WHICH ARE NOT STIPULATED ANYWHERE IN THE 1999 CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA AND DO NOT GIVE ACCOUNTS OF HOW THESE FUNDS WHICH ARE BETWEEN NGN 3BILLION – NGN6 BILLION NAIRA PER TERM!

And whereas the Armed Forces, Police and other security agents are saddled through the Constitution to maintain law and order throughout the Federation while Governors were virtually figurehead chief security officers of their various States!
Is it not curious that these illegal allocations are not stipulated in the defective military constitution of 1999 to governors who could not even order Commissioners of Police or the Military Commanders in their States to carry out any security assignment without the officers first consulting with Mr President before compliance?

The question is why are such huge funds allotted to Governors in the first place if not to embezzle at will while crimes and criminality continue to fester in there various States!

BOKO HARAM WAS ON A REVENGE MISSION TO GET IT'S POUND OF FLESH FOR THE KILLING OF ITS LEADER MOHAMMED YUSUF!

Boko Haram was a motley Islamic group of illiterate children who were abandoned by Bornu State Government to beg for alms between 1999-2007, under the watch of Senator Ali Modu Sherrif!
They were first harmless but when they are leader Muhammad was extra judiciously killed the mobile police force they became violent and have resorted 2 all manners of crimes and criminality from then till date
IF A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT HAD BEEN ADOPTED FROM 1999 TO 2022 NIGERIA WOULD HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE FIRST 20 BECOMING ECONOMICALLY VIABLE NATIONS OF THE WORLD TODAY

Together we can still make it happen if all of us join the campaign for referendum to draft a brand New Parliamentary Constitution that will produce a PRIME MINISTER in 2023.

Politics / “it's Time To Wake Up From Your Coma –‘wole Soyinka, ‘bolaji Akinyemi, Pat Utomi by z07ion: 8:40pm On May 05, 2022
From Independence no single political party was able to form a government at the centre without numerical support from others.
In 1960, the Northern People’s Congress (NPC) formed an alliance with National Council of Nigeria and the Cameroons (NCNC), to form a National Government in which majority Northern Representatives dominated the political space to the detriment of vibrant political ideologies and intellectualism which was the hallmark of the South!

The Action Group, a South-West political party dominated by articulate membership, was sidelined in the merger because it was convenient for NPC to fly with a bird of the same feather!

And whereas what the nation desired was neither the dominance of TWO mega parties nor the proliferation of motley associations but of people of vision, ideas/ideals skills, diligence, innovation, inventions etc, that will move governance and economy in the right directions to the benefit of the masses for egalitarianism.

However, Dr.Nnamdi Azikiwe, Chief Obafemi Awolowo Chief Ladoke Akintola, the Sadauna of Sokoto, Sir Ahmadu Bello, Chief Anthony Enahoro and several other distinguished Nigerians were all founding fathers among several articulate patriots of the post independence period who believed in a bonded Nigeria in spite of its social/cultural diversities, they all decided to accommodate the political scenario/arrangement for what it was worth!

BUT the idea that a supposed Northern demographic majority must always have political dominance over other components of the Nigerian Federation MUST be ɗefeated to call the BLUFF that no Southern President could emerge without the support of the North!

Political pundits have always blamed the imbalance in governance at the Federal level between the North and the South to the deliberate thrust of power into the hands of the North by the British colonial masters in the years leading to and following independence.

There were three cabinets. The first was established in 1957 when Alhaji Abubakar Tafawa Balewa was appointed Prime Minister by the British Governor-General. The second was formed after the General Elections of December 1959 just before independence in a coalition government. And the third was formed after the disputed General Elections of December 1964 and was dissolved after the military coup of 15th January 1966!

Following 13 years of military rule in 1979, another northern politician in the person of Alhaji Shehu Shagari who was the flag bearer of the National Party of Nigeria, (NPN), who narrowly defeated Chief Obafemi Awolowo of the Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN), and held sway from 1979 to 1983 before he was overthrown by Major General Muhammadu Buhari, at the beginning of his second term in office!

The TWO mega parties were relegated to the archives while Buhari tried his hand on some Socialist ideologies before being ousted in another military coup in 1984 by General Ibrahim Babangida!

THE MILITARY PRESIDENT IBRAHIM BABANGIDA AND HIS TWO EXPERIMENTAL PARTIES!

Retired General of the Nigerian Army, Ibrahim Babangida was a Military President of Nigeria from 1985 until his resignation in 1993.
He had to form TWO “detribalized political parties” named Social Democratic Party of Nigeria (SDP), and National Republican Convention (NRC), as part of a democracy project which he foisted through manipulative agenda to further perpetuate himself in office indefinitely but which turned out during the 1993 Presidential Election to be his albatross!

Because the idea of two mega parties was rooted in governance to run national affairs, SDP and NRC were doctrined to be one slightly to the left and the other slightly to the right in ideologies when they were both founded in December 1989 after 13 prospective parties were banned by his administration in order to create room for his new experiment!

He encouraged the youths and radical intellectuals including socialist groups to join the parties which manifesto was precipitated on social justice and an improved welfare package for all citizens!

BUT THE ‘WOLE SOYINKAS, BOLAJI AKINYEMIS, JIDE OSUNTOKUNS, PAT UTOMIS OF NIGERIA NEITHER BELIEVED THE SOLDIERS NOR THE POLITICIANS!

As far as these set of academicians were concerned, Nigerian politics was a dirty game especially when institutional corruption, was always celebrated, election rigging, ballot box snatching, murders, assassinations and blood shedding became weapons of electioneering from campaigns to declaration of results!

So what was their resolve? From one administration to another they watched from a distance. Some of them picked up appointments from the military like Professor Wole Soyinka the Nobel laureate who in 1977 supported the military administration in Oyo State Nigeria to establish the Oyo State Road Safety Corps which made some local significant improvements in road safety and road discipline in the State. Professor Bolaji Akinyemi took up appointment as Minister for the Ministry of External Affairs but others just left everything to fate!

But at the exit of the military which handed over to a retired General Olusegun Obasanjo in 1999 political watchers noticed the insincerity of the khaki boys who still wanted to participate in civilian democracy And true to speculations the cabinets at the Federal and State levels including the legislative houses - the Senate and the House of Representatives - were filled with retired soldiers who claimed to have become Democrats of the TWO emerging parties – Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and All Progressives Congress (APC).

AND NOW a clarion call for a THIRD POLITICAL FORCE to take over power from THE RULING PARTY AND THE OPPOSITION is gaining momentum BUT WE ARE NOT UNMINDFUL THAT THE PROPONENTS are the political jobbers who would rather prefer the status quo to remain!
Presidency is DEAD in Nigeria and should be laid to REST!

TWENTY-TWO YEARS OF PRESIDENCY IN NIGERIA HAS TURNED THE NATION INTO A LAUGHING STOCK LABELLED AS THE POVERTY CAPITAL OF THE WORLD!

For a developing country such as Nigeria a PRESIDENTIAL GOVERNMENT should not have been an option therefore all the intellectuals that have been mentioned in the preceding paragraphs must now wake up to support the campaign for REFERENDUM CLAUSE TO BE URGENTLY INSERTED in the existing 1999 MILITARY PRESIDENTIAL CONSTITUTION so that all restructuring agitations by well-meaning and patriotic Nigerians would be decided by the citizens without rancor or bloodshed and every insecurity will come to an end!

The current crop of Nigerian politicians are very much aware that the only solution to the persistent insecurity in the country is the ADOPTION OF A PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT THROUGH A BRAND NEW UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION which is virtually cost-free but they prefer prodigality in order to squander the God-given resources of the Nation for themselves and their cronies!

A CALL TO NATIONAL DUTY TO THE INTELLECTUALS - FOR URGENT ACTUALIZATION OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS!

A BILL FOR THE ENACTMENT OF A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT TO BE USED IN THE CONDUCT OF THE 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS BY THE INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION (INEC), WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY!

THE NEW PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION (TO BE DRAFTED WITHIN THREE MONTHS), SHOULD BE TAILORED TO OUR LOCAL NEEDS TO EFFECTIVELY ERASE THE PRESENT BICAMERAL SYSTEM THROUGH THE DISSOLUTION OF THE SENATE, THE GOVERNORSHIP STRUCTURE AT STATE LEVELS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IN THE GRASSROOTS.

IT SHOULD IDENTIFY DESIRED NUMBERS OF REPRESENTATIVE PARLIAMENTARIANS TO BE ELECTED FROM THE SIX GEO-POLITICAL ZONES AND FROM WHOM A PRIME MINISTER WILL EMERGE!

A parliamentary system of government is grassroot-friendly and gives opportunity for all citizens from all cadres of life to participate and contribute effectively in the governance of their country. Most parliamentary governments of the world are very successful. Britain, Austria, India, Bangladesh Bulgaria Czech Republic Ethiopia Finland Germany Greece to mention a few practise this system and have been growing and flourishing economically with virtually zero tolerance for crimes and criminality!

Unlike the presidential system, Prime Ministers may be removed from power whenever they lose the confidence of a majority of the ruling party or of the Parliament. The parliamentary system originated in Britain and was adopted in several of his former colonies. It was practiced between 1957-1966 in Nigeria before the military truncated the new democracy!
PATRIOTIC NIGERIANS EXPECT OUR INTELLECTUALS TO ACT SWIFTLY WITH WISDOM AND PRECISION TO ACTUALIZE THE PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM WHICH IS THE ONLY PANACEA TO COMPLETELY ERASE THE PERSISTENT INSECURITY WHICH HAS CONSUMED BOTH THE CITIZENS AND THE ECONOMY OF NIGERIA AT AN ALARMING RATE. THERE IS NO TIME TO WASTE!
“With God, all things are possible!” Amen.

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Visionless Presidential Aspirants Jostle For “jankara” Office! by z07ion: 9:06pm On Apr 30, 2022
The office of the Nigerian President has never had it so bad! Has it ever enjoyed any form of prestige? It has always been coveted and usurped by military adventurists, civilians possessed with inordinate ambitions, and now in the year 2022 being coveted by con-artists/comedians, charlatans, dubious characters with filthy pockets and some who are being investigated for financial crimes by EFCC!
Not long ago the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), announced it’s timetable for the 2022 General Elections and the 18 registered political parties threw open their doors to aspirants who intended to purchase express of interest and nomination forms for various political offices from States to the Federal Constituencies.
Shockingly, the ruling party the All Progressives Congress (APC) sent tongues wagging as it announced NGN100 million naira fee for presidential form of election primaries; Governorship NGN 50 million naira; Senate NGN20 million naira; House of Representatives NGN10 million naira and House of Assembly NGN2 million naira, and without reservations the party defended its decision for rasing the stakes high in order “to get the best candidate?,”
Other Parties, starting with major opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), pegged their presidential nomination forms at NGN40 million, NNPP NGN30 million, SDP NGN35million, while AAC told the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), that forms for all elective positions for the party were free but that membership fee was compulsory while voluntary donations was welcome.
And whereas consensus opinion is that the ruling-party is selling political leadership of Nigeria to highest bidders and money bags even at the cost of disenfranchising the youths though they claim to be fighting CORRUPTION!
AND WHO ARE THE PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS?
Scanning through the list of the political parties presidential aspirants it is very glaring that the same old foxes who have sucked the Nigerian Treasury dry from 1960-2022, are still putting themselves forward to be President, Governors and Senators while the Not-Too- Young-To- Rule aspirants have been pocketed as usual and shut up with illicit money!
They are the same people who are facing court trials for money laundering, embezzlement, all manner of ilicit acquisition of money when in government, oil bunkering, foreign exchange illicit dealers, being recycled all over again to keep Nigeria (if it were possible), in perpetual bondage!
But that is not going to happen this time around because a new set of Nigerians who are patriotic and are determined to salvage what is remaining of the Nigerian project and are prepared to set it on a solid economic foundation now are already campaigning for the drafting of a UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION to be put in motion for the 2023 General Elections through the convocation of a POPULAR REFERENDUM!
JANKARA POLITICIANS HAVE NO PLACE IN THE NEW NIGERIA OF OUR DREAMS WHICH WILL BE HEADED BY A PRIME MINISTER IN 2023!
“Jankara” (courtesy Lagos State), is a metaphor for an existing, all-commers/all-gender market where it is presumed that anyone, any crook from anywhere – any planet - young, old, boys, girls, youth, and the aged conglomerate (in commotion), to do businesses believed to be shady, illicit or criminal, with no-bars- hold !
The solution to insecurity, corruption and all manner of crimes and criminalities rest squarely on the quick implementation of a UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT which will erase the present outdated, criminal and insensitive military presidential system in a developing nation of Nigeria NOW!
In a parliamentary system of government which is not capital intensive, emphasis is not money bags or affluence of people or wealth but on patriotic personalities who are prepared to sacrifice their time, resources, intelligence, education and opportunities to ensure the ESTABLISHMENT OF STRONG INSTITUTIONS that will lift the nation in the right direction of a bouyant economy that will stand the test of time.
The political class in a parliamentary system emerges from among the COMMON PEOPLE who were normally discarded in a presidential system. These set of people are those who creditably handle reins of power and ensure that good administration is spread from the grassroots in a bottom up approach and from among them a leader – the PRIME MINISTER – is elected.
Nigerians should distance themselves from the current charade of of money mongers who, having paid ₦100 million naira, ₦50 million naira ₦40 million naira, ₦30 million naira etc, will get into office and continue the corruption which APC government has engendered through the Love of Money instead of the Love of the People to whom sovereignty of government Constitutionally belongs!
A PRIME MINISTER DOES NOT NEED MORE THAN ₦100,000 NAIRA TO PURCHASE A FORM OF INTEREST TO SERVE HIS NATION DILIGENTLY AND RIGHTEOUSLY!

Politics / Succession To Prime Minister Stool Does Not Require Ngn100 Million Naira Price! by z07ion: 7:30pm On Apr 29, 2022
Buhari’s Presidency MUST be the last in Nigeria! The 56-year-old Presidential System has virtually destroyed the thin line of UNITY IN DIVERSITY for over 500 tribes and 250 languages!

Presidency is not the cup of tea for a developing country such as Nigeria. It’s introduction birthed all manner of social malaise due to inability of successive governments to fulfil their obligations in respect of citizens' fundamental rights – to quality education, employment opportunities, modern health facilities, potable water, good accommodation etc, because the system is TOO EXPENSIVE AND TOO INSTITUTIONALLY CORRUPTED due to monetary attraction!!

THE PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM GAVE BIRTH TO BOKO HARAM TERRORISM WHICH FROM 2009-2022 HAD CLAIMED OVER 500,000 LIVES WITHOUT MILITARY SOLUTION!

The choice of presidential system of government by the military which ruled Nigeria for almost 30 years was a deliberate plan to cover up all military atrocities especially in respect of TREASURY LOOTING!

The Nigerian kind of Presidency has manifested both as bane and curse for the downtrodden Citizens to whom “sovereignty constitutionally belongs” according to the bequeathed 1999.

In the pseudo democratic experiment foisted in 1999, the first President was a retired Military General Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo signalling the fact that a DIARCHY would be the trend!

Ex President Obasanjo neither queried nor castigated retired General Abdulsalam Abubakar who handed over on behalf of past military regimes an alleged foreign debt profile of USD$35billion dollars and infrastructural decay of socio-economic institutions on assumption of office in 1999!

In a well-orchestrated propaganda Obasanjo’s Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was credited to have succeeded in negotiating debt forgiveness from international creditors between 2005/2006 during his 8-year tenure government from 1999-2007! It was said to be debt buy-back with the Paris Club and the London Club.

Nigeria was forgiven USD$18 billion dollars after it paid USD$12.6 billion dollars in tranches.

Who amassed the debts but the military leadership of THREE DECADES?
Therefore, in 2015, after 16 years of governance and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), lost the Presidency to the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigerians were informed that the past administration left behind an almost empty treasury and a total debt burden: foreign debt stock was USD 10.31 billion dollars while domestic funds that was NGN 8.39 trillion!
However by December 2020 it stood at NGN16.02 trillion and NGN19.24 trillion according to DMO statistics.

WHAT HAS MAJOR GENERAL PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI DONE IN 7 YEARS TO AMELIORATE THE PRESENT STATE OF INSECURITY AND ANARCHY IN NIGERIA?

General buhari was believed to be frugal, prudent and a passionate leader who had empathy for the downtrodden known as TALAKAWAS and would be merciless to all those bad and corrupt politicians who had brought Nigeria into disrepute among the comity of Nations.

The expectation of Nigerians was very high in that Buhari being a former military general and commander-in-chief of the armed forces will bring his great experiences to bear on the polity and deal ruthlessly with terrorists who had already gained an upper hand as at the time he won the presidential election in 2015!

The incumbent president is a member of the diarchy which were there in government from the 60s when soldiers overran the Democratic Government and installed themselves in power till date. Therefore it will be thoughtless and fruitless to expect one of the members of the junta to perform any miracle in office as it were!

In seven years Buhari's APC Government has through the rubber-stamp SENATE has turned into an addicted borrower and has been borrowing without any consideration for the future generations of Nigeria.

As mentioned earlier, Nigeria does not produce anything other than crude oil as export for the international market but always spends more than 90% of its revenue annually on debt-servicing alone and having nothing left for Capital projects, always borrowed to pay workers monthly salaries!
According to the debt management office report Nigeria's debt burden is set to peak at NGN45 trillion naira this year 2022 which signifies a dangerous trend in economic management.

LIST OF INJURIES INFLICTED ON NIGERIA AND NIGERIANS THROUGH THE PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT!

1) Nigeria as an independent, evolving and developing democracy in 1960 opted for a parliamentary system of government suited for the new nation but the military toppled the administration of Alhaji Tafawa Balewa in January 1966 in a coup d’état and truncated the nascent democracy!
2) The military wasted no time to install themselves permanently to rule for about 30 years and one of them even assumed the title of PRESIDENT while he was head of state and introduced large-scale corruption, squander mania, stealing and all manner of financial atrocities through military fiat and got away with it? Military Dictator President Ibrahim Babangida is yet to account for the OIL WINDFALL OF USD$12.4 billion made by Nigeria during the 1999 Gulf War
3) In 62 years as an independent nation Nigeria can only boast of one export produce - CRUDE OIL- the foreign exchange earner which had made diversification to agriculture and other mineral natural resources that abound in the country very impossible till date!
4) The Nigerian kind of PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT lays emphasis on building personalities instead of strong institutions, refuses to embrace the policy of HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT but thrives in massive unemployment figures of able-bodied men and women, and nursing millions of illiterate out of school street children – especially the Almajiri group of children who migrate from State to State begging for alms and food!

DO THE NIGERIAN PEOPLE HAVE ANY HUMAN RIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE 1999 CONSTITUTION?

Although the money-gulping presidential constitution listed about 14 items in Chapter IV -Fundamental Rights to the Citizens, ALL OF THE RIGHT FROM 1999-2022 HAVE BEEN MERE PAPER EXPRESSIONS AND HAVE NOT BEEN BINDING BETWEEN THE SUCCESSIVE GOVERNMENTS AND THE PEOPLE OF NIGERIA

RIGHT to life, right to dignity of human person, Right to personal liberty, Right to fair hearing, Right to private and family life, Right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, Right to freedom of expression and the Press, Right to peaceful assembly and association, Right to freedom of movement, Right to freedom from discrimination, Right to acquire and own immovable property anywhere in Nigeria, compulsory acquisition of property, restriction on and derogation on fundamental rights, Special jurisdiction of High Court and legal aid ARE PSEUDO PROMISES BY UNRIGHTEOUS POLITICIANS!

Unlike the United States Constitution which Nigerian political leaders claimed to have copied, HUMAN LIVES ARE PRIORITISED, SACRED AND VALUED In a System that cherishes the establishment of very strong and reliable institutions which out-live all politicians and all presidents!

The diarchy between soldiers and civilians in Nigeria from 1966 to 2022 and the introduction of presidential system of government which is anathema to developing nations has to be TERMINATED WITH MUHAMMADU BUHARI’S REGIME!

Nigeria will produce a PRIME MINISTER IN 2023 WITH A BRAND NEW UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION!

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Yemi Osinbajo Is An Intellectual Game Changer – Not A Desperate Political Jobber by z07ion: 10:12pm On Apr 21, 2022
Presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress eyeing the prestigious number one position in 2023 claimed they were not surprised that Vice President 'Yemi Osinbajo had joined the race because they saw it coming.

In an interview with Channel’s Television President Buhari revealed that he had an anointed candidate but would not disclose his identity so that he would NOT “be killed before his time!” However, Osinbajo is not Buhari’s SECRET CHOICE!

Vice President Osinbajo on Monday 11th April 2022 declared via internet portals that he had decided to join the race and become the next president of Nigeria if voted by the citizens but the content of his submissions is difficult to verify as truth and nothing but the truth – being an accomplished academic he was subtly PARADOXICAL!

OSINBAJO WAS ACTING PRESIDENT (7th May - 19th August, 2017.

It is historical record that in the past SEVEN YEARS, President Buhari had spent not less than 214 days for health challenges which kept him away from office at different times while his vice president acted as president and performed creditably in spite of the fact that the Cabal had no respect for his instructions even during challenging times of two economic recessions almost back to back!

The Vice President as constitutional Chairman of National Economic Council, (NEC), commissioned the Economic Recovery Growth Plan (ERGP), and wasted no time to confront and overcome the economic downturn that could have embarrassed the nation abysmally!

He also functioned effectively as Chairman Governing Body of National Emergency Agency (NEMA), Chairman National Boundary Commission/Border Communities Development Agencies, the Niger Delta Holdings Company - a limited liability company owned by the three tiers of government and his brainchild, the Special Intervention Programs (SIP), which comprises the Trader Money Scheme, and N-Power/School Feeding Programs and others with professionalism and dexterity.

BUHARI’S HIDDEN AGENDA OF DECEIT AND PENCHANT FOR NEPOTISM EXPOSED IN THE SECOND TERM

When President Buhari eventually assumed office before the 2019 General Elections, he showered encomiums and praises on his Vice and described as a faithful Son but shortly after the victory according to the prophecy of the Servant of God in Zion, President Major General Muhammadu Buhari showed his true colour as a tribalist and religious bigot who only believes in ideologies proffered by members of his old Clan and Cabal.

In August 2019 he disbanded the Economic Monitoring Team (EMT), chaired by the Vice President and commissioned a new economic team christened; Economic Advisory Council (EAC), “with a view to achieving quicker implementation and eliminate bureaucratic bottlenecks in his second and last time” but surreptitiously stripped Osinbajo of his constitutionally assigned duties.

The new body was to sideline the Vice President and report directly to the Major General on economic policy, fiscal analysis, economic growth and a range of internal and global economic issues in collaboration with relevant cabinet members and head of monetary and physical agencies.

However EMT under Osinbajo’s watch performed creditably well in spite of the self-inflicted economic recessions forced on the nation by the failed Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), corrupt and woeful maladministration of 16 years, but with Buhari’s clandestine move, the new EAC was to claim all successes of the Economic Sector to further discredit the Vice President and alienate him from any ambition of succeeding his principal in 2023!

In addition to the Vice President’s debacle and disrespect to the Number Two Citizen, all the welfare programs previously under his purview and supervision were transferred to the newly created Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Management and Social Development
and not less than 35 personnel in his office were transferred to Ministries, Departments and Agencies with a view to crippling the smooth administration which had gained attention of members of the AGGRIEVED PUBLIC who flooded his office with DIVERSE PETITIONS!

It should be recalled that ex-President Aremu Obasanjo in the year 2000 in a PRESIDENTIAL FIAT gave a window of opportunity to SEEK REDRESS for all forms of INJUSTICE perpetrated against CITIZENS throughout ALL MILITARY DISPENSATIONS and many PETITIONERS were duly redressed during his eight-year tenure.

However, successive Administrations shut the door against all forms of petitions – OLD OR NEW – in spite of the claim that GOVERNANCE IS A CONTINUUM – until Vice President Osinbajo created fresh opportunity for PETITIONERS!
BUT THE IDEA DID NOT GO DOWN WELL WITH MAJOR GENERAL BUHARI WHO COMMITTED THE WORST HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES DURING HIS SHORT ADMINISTRATION OF 22 MONTHS AND HE HAS SUCCESSFULLY STIFLED THE FRESH OPPORTUNITY!

THE PROVIDENTIAL EMERGENCE OF OSINBAJO!
The emergence of Osinbajo as Buhari’s running mate in 2014 was providential because he and Buhari met for the first time shortly before Osinbajo’s name was forwarded to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), as Buhari’s running mate, a few hours to the closure of submissions! And Buhari was told that Osinbajo’s wife, ‘Dolapo, is a grand-daughter of the late sage and political heavyweight, Chief Obafemi Awolowo of blessed memories!

From all events of the past seven years it is very glaring that Buhari had never been comfortable with such a cerebral for an assistant especially when he was accused by the opposition of possessing a forged school certificate which he presented as his educational qualification to INEC!

The cabal with which Buhari surrounded himself always by-passed his Vice President at every given opportunity when he Buhari was outside of the country for medical treatment! They would rather travel to meet Buhari on his sick bed in London to append his signature on crucial documents rather than pass them to Osinbajo for signature!

AND AT NO TIME DID BUHARI SEND THE CHARLATANS BACK TO HIS VICE PRESIDENT WHO WAS ACTING ON HIS BEHALF BECAUSE HIS HANDLERS TOLD HIM THAT HE COULD RULE NIGERIA FROM ANY PART OF THE WORLD!

But in spite of all his travails OSINBAJO BLUNTLY REJECTED TO BE LABELED AS A SPARE TYRE!

OSINBAJO IS ON THE PROWL TO KEEP PREDATORS IN CHECK!

Vice President ’Yemi Osinbajo is an erudite scholar, a cerebral - at different times in his 65 years existence on planet Earth - was Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Lagos State, he is a professor and teacher of law, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), he is a Pastor, an accomplished family man and presently the second in command to President Muhammadu Buhari for the past seven years of APC Administration.
‘Yemi Osinbajo had deliberately thrown his hat into the ring to increase the Fireworks! ‘Yemi Osinbajo is not interested in becoming the President of Nigeria - at least NOT NOW! ‘Yemi Osinbajo did not state in his declaration speech that he was PRESSURED by anyone or group of persons! He has no notable political structure across the nation!

ANALYSIS OF VICE PRESIDENT OSINBAJO’S DECLARATION SPEECH!

In his opening paragraph, he described General Muhammadu Buhari as a true Nigerian patriot, a servant of the nation in war and peace and a man of integrity. True or false? FALSE!
*He said he has garnered enough experience from the incumbent to take over the number one seat having worked together and focused to secure the country, provide infrastructure and growing the economy. True or false? FALSE!
*He has served the government in several capacities represented Nigeria in sensitive high level International engagements; Has practically been to order 774 local government areas of the Federation and had listened two divers experiences and yearnings of the downtrodden. True or false? TRUE.
*Has visited Nigeria’s gallant troops in the northeast, the various IDP Camps idp camps people devastated and victims of violent country conflict terrorist attacks flooding fire and other disasters has been to the homes of many ordinary Nigerians in various parts of the country and have spoken too small and large businesses. True or false? True.

*The Vice President also said that if given a chance he will ensure that he completed what he started with his principal by radically transforming security and Intelligence architecture in order to be able to actualize other social promises which included reform of justice system, advancing infrastructural development especially power roads, railways and broadband connectivity, agricultural revolution through mechanization and enhancing Social Investment Programme (SIP), as a full scale social welfare scheme.
Feasible or not? Not feasible under the current SEIGE OF INSECURITY!

*He also promised to complete the lifting 100 million Nigerians out of poverty within the decade, ensure that all Nigerians attend school, reforming the educational sector and completing the task of all universal health coverage, strengthening State and Local Governments to deliver on their respective mandates but above all to ensure provision of jobs for the young people.

GENERAL COMMENTS:

Well said Prof but how do you intend to carry out all these highfaluting promises because the entire declaration is bereft of how you want to tackle the intransigent insecurity situation that the 36 States of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory are grappling with.

It seems that you and your principal have run out of ideas or that he did not listen to you as usual because he is a Major General and believes he has monopoly of warfare and solution to the kind of hit and run tactics which the terrorists and the criminals are adopting on daily basis!

You are seeking support of all Nigerians, young, old and those in the diaspora to support you and work with you so that a collective “Nigerian Dream could materialize in a few short years with much speed, intentionality and perseverance towards the vision of a prosperous stable and secure nation.”

Let me ask you one question Prof. you have been in government for SEVEN YEARS without solution to all the nagging security and other social issues most importantly CORRUPTION of the worst order; what now makes you think that Nigerians want to be governed by a former Vice President who has failed to fulfill his party's manifestos and promises? CAN YOU WALK THE TALK PROF?

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Buhari’s (2019) National Security Strategy Document, Is A Paper Tiger! by z07ion: 7:31pm On Apr 16, 2022
Nigeria’s Security Roadmap Document is a strategic policy paper usually published by the Office of the National Security Adviser to the President every five years to improve administrative thrust in all areas of national development, investment growth and prosperity in spite of the persistent offensive security challenges!

When President Major General Muhammadu Buhari assumed office in 2015, he wasted no time to entrench his manifesto which was predicated on three planks: First, assurance of adequate and very tight security against all forms of insurgency terrorism vandalism kidnappings etc for citizens will dwell in safety.
Second he emphasized war against corruption in all its ramifications and Third he laid premium thrust on the economy to boost local and foreign investment portfolios by encouraging ease of doing business to eradicate poverty.

However, in spite of the fact that in his first four years in office, institutional corruption was aggravated, Buhari still won the 2019 Presidential Election to serve a second term according to prophecy of the Servant of God in Zion.

TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL (TI), SCORED NIGERIA VERY LOW IN THE YEAR 2020.

In the year 2020 transparency International corruption perception index ranking which scored Nigeria only 25% did not surprise social critics political watchers and patriotic citizens at home and abroad because it was very glaring is that all the noises made by the major general before the 2015 elections was all braggadocio!

In that year Denmark and New Zealand topped the index chart with 88 points while Syria, Somalia and South Sudan came last with 14, 12 and 12 points respectively.
Nigeria scored 26 points out of 100 in the 2019 corruption perception index reported by TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL but between 1996 and 2019 Nigeria's scores hoovered between 26 - 27 while the ratings were 144 and 146 out of 180 countries of the world – a report which underscores the fact that the country never woke up from the stupor of corruption both in the military and civilian administrations!

DAMNING WORLD BANK REPORT ON HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT, RECESSION, POVERTY AND INSECURITY IN NIGERIA!

In another damning report on the overview of Nigeria's economy the World Bank stated that Nigeria made some significant progress in socio-economic index in recent years but its human capital development remained weak due to under investment and that it ranked 152 of 157 countries in the World Bank's 2018 Human Capital Index.

This assessment was no doubt predicated on the seemingly insecurity challenges of the nation which also mentioned that if International crude oil price slided below USD $50 dollars Nigeria would go into recession and that by the year 2030 at least 30 million Nigerians would have become the poorest of the poor globally!

THE REVISED NATIONAL SECURITY STRATEGY OF 4TH DECEMBER, 2019 UNDER THE WATCH OF PRESIDENT BUHARI.

Undaunted by those negative reports President Buhari who vowed to further enhance social security said that the new document was a product of painstaking and rigorous contributions by relevant stakeholders which was committed to achieving a safer and more secure Nigeria from internal or external threats.

He believed that the new document would revitalise the previous document which was last reviewed in 2014 and confessed that the plethora of security challenges confronting the nation, especially the insurgency, could become the albatross to all his strategies and called for an assessment of the society and all elements of the national power to embrace and support the new initiative.

During that launch which is over two years, the President specifically addressed efforts at ending the insurgency in the North East and laying the foundation for sustainable peace and development in the region, the conflicts between the farmers and herders and also banditry!
He revealed that the document elicited contributions from security, Intelligence, law enforcement agencies, armed forces including ministries, departments and agencies MDAs and the civil society adding that overall security entailed unity of purpose because it was “a bottom to top operation” which must not suffer failure at any level.

RETIRED MAJOR GENERAL BABA GANA MONGUNO IS CURRENT NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISER TO MR. PRESIDENT.

The NSA disclosed at the occasion of the presidential launch of the security document that a comprehensive approach to address poverty, healthcare delivery challenges and out-of-school children particularly the Almajiri system - were all embedded in the new strategy document. He stated that the document also captured current and future threats and has proffered appropriate strategy for government to address them holistically especially the security implications in respect of out-of-school children to safeguard the fast-growing population of the youths because the issues of poverty and illiteracy were synonymously linked.

The following are quotations from the NSA’s Statement at the launch:
“These innocent children must be afforded opportunities of free and compulsory early education - Islamic and western - simultaneously as provided for in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, Chapter II Section 18, but ,(“not as and when practicable”) to stimulate their intellectual capabilities from tender ages. “They should also the given opportunities in vocation and technical studies exposed to land cultivation and basic entrepreneurship at secondary levels. (It is their inalienable rights).
“Government should remember that illiterate Street youths who were easily manipulated by some Quranic religious turncoats formed the nucleus of the Boko Haram terrorist group, which scars have formed indelible marks on the nation's socio-economic identity.
“Aggressive pursuit of internally generated revenues (IGRs), through the combined efforts of Federal and State Governments should occupy the front burner of the economic thrusts while wastages in government through illicit acquisition of wealth at the expense of free education must cease.
“Corruption with impunity should be discouraged as righteous leaders take the lead from henceforth! It is common global knowledge that eradicating poverty in all his forms had been the greatest challenge that faced Africa which accounts for 80% of the people living in extreme poverty and that in spite of efforts by the United Nations and International donor agencies to redress the ugly situation through the platforms of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs, 2000-2015) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2015-2030), no nation could boast of having achieved 3% success in that direction - though the social goals were quite honorable and achievable!
“Nigeria must not allow the World Bank or IMF predictions come true by quickly taking the above analysed intervention steps very seriously and religiously.”

ANALYSIS OF BUHARI AND HIS NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISER’S SPEECH AT THE SECURITY DOCUMENT LAUNCH.

It's tantamount to criminal negligence for an administration to make promises without fulfilling them as it is said that talk is very cheap and that's exactly what happened when the president launched a fresh national Security road map document on Wednesday 4th December 2019 to revitalize the previous document which was last reviewed in 2014.

Up to the time of this publication the Almajiri out-of-school children are still roaming the streets in their thousands of thousands and like every other social commitment which government reneged in the past two and a half years – the Covid-19 Pandemic and Boko Haram insurgency had been blamed for failure to deliver!

Insecurity in the North East has spread to the North West, North Central, in fact there’s insecurity everywhere in the country.
State Governments depend on the feeding bottle system of collecting monthly allocations from the Federation Account which holds remittances from the crude oil sales without bothering to aggressively pursue IGR's according to the document's recommendation.

The Sustainable Development Goals, (SDGs) 2015-2030 is not being implemented by the organizers in any direction and nothing has been done to debunk the World Bank prediction that by year 2030, 30 million Nigerians will become poorest of the poor globally!
Free and compulsory education whether Islamic or western is not being practiced anywhere in the country except by private educational bodies etc, etc.
HAS BUHARI’S APC GOVERNMENT FAIRED BETTER IN THE WAR AGAINST CORRUPTION INSECURITY OR IMPROVED ECONOMY IN THE PAST SEVEN YEARS OF HIS DESPERATION TO RULE NIGERIA? NO!

The president once said that he has done his best which means the presidential system of government in Nigeria has no more solutions to the myriad of demands and agitations by the citizens for a better administration.

Therefore he should quickly support the demand for REFERENDUM to quickly resolve all contentious issues in respect of the future of this great nation by constituting a Constituent Assembly which will draft a brand new Unicameral Parliamentary Constitution within the next three months to address the 2023 General Elections and produce a PRIME MINISTER!

The only miracle for peace and stability for Nigeria is this Parliamentary Constitution which will make provision for INDEPENDENT CANDIDACY and douse all tensions being created by the two disreputable major parties the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party.

The brand new constitution will destroy the inordinate ambitions of all renegade politicians who want to become Presidents, Governors and Senators from the next dispensation of Nigeria’s true democracy!

THE ZEAL OF THE LORD WILL PERFORM THIS MIRACLE SO THAT INNOCENT NIGERIANS WILL NOT CONTINUE TO DWELL AS SLAVES IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY AMEN!

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Nigerian Youths Have Better Opportunity In A Unicameral Parliamentary Government by z07ion: 9:57pm On Apr 09, 2022
NIGERIAN YOUTHS HAVE BETTER OPPORTUNITY IN A UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY GOVERNMENT IN 2023!

The-Not-Too-Young-To-Rule Bill introduced to bridge non-inclusion was vigorously pursued between 2017 to 2018 and was forced down the throat of President Major General Muhammadu Buhari who signed it into law for desperation to serve a second term in 2019!

Buhari never kept his promise but still romanced the old brigade as cabinet ministers and appointees.
Police brutality especially from the notorious Special Anti-robbery Squad Unit (SARS), terrorism, commercial kidnappings. brigandage, insurgency, vicious attacks on government institutions and installations increased by leaps and bounds and there was panic all over the land!
Farmers and herders clashes intensified because another Fulani man was a president?

THE YOUTHS RESPONDED WITH #ENDSARS ENDPOLICEBRUTALITY STREET PROTESTS!

For 13 consecutive days 8th-20th October 2020 well-organized Nigerian Youths held peaceful street protests across the federation – such as had never been witnessed in recent times.
With one voice they demanded for justice, equity, and fairness in the discharge of security obligations to all citizens from whom government derived its power and authority to function.
However parallel government sponsored touts and thugs countered the advocacy of the protesters and unleashed mayhem upon innocent civilians all over the land in order to portray the youths as hooligans!

Although it has now become an historical event, the 20th of October 2020 at the Lekki Toll Gate, Lagos, was a day no Nigerian youth will ever forget in a hurry because on that day the soldiers who were dispatched to quell the government-orchestrated riot turned their bullets upon the innocent youths and many of them were killed and injured but the Federal Government denied that anyone was killed especially at the Lekki Toll Gate Plaza, Lagos.

EXECUTION OF THE INSTRUMENT OF REFERENDUM IS THE PEACEFUL SOLUTION TO ALL CONTENTIOUS ISSUES OF RESTRUCTURING NIGERIA!

However to achieve this feat between now and the 2023 General Elections all youth organizations must come together and join the campaign for referendum and not violent agitations through the sponsoring of a Bill at the National Assembly for the insertion of the choice of REFERENDUM through which citizens could decide all contentious issues in respect of restructuring Nigeria as a true democracy.

During #EndSars protests the youths displayed good intentions and did not embark on violent agitations in spite of the fact that they were the aggrieved, traumatized and brutalized in all of the new political arrangements by those who should protect them!
The arrowheads of the #End SarsEndPoliceBrutality protest are should rise in unison and join OUR CAMPAIGN TO JETTISON THE VERY CORRUPT PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM AND ESTABLISH THE UNICAMERAL PARLIAMENTARY!
They should reject the divide-and-rule tactics of Buhari administration who's security operatives have harassed them into silence and forced them to complete dumbness!

The smokescreen tribunals that's where supposedly set up across the entire Federation from Lagos to Kano from Sokoto to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), have revealed the insincerity of the current generation of very senile politicians against Nigerian youths!

Now is the appointed time of DELIVERANCE FOR ALL NIGERIANS!
Please give wide publicity to this National Campaign that will provide a brand new UNICAMERAL CONSTITUTION AND PRIME MINISTER FOR NIGERIA IN 2023!

Politics / Amaechi Choose Free Daura University Above Rail Tracks Security Gadgets! by z07ion: 10:16pm On Apr 07, 2022
President Buhari’s two-term Transportation Minister Rotimi Amaechi has blamed the unfortunate fatal attack on the KADUNA-BOUND TRAIN on Monday 28 March 2022, to the absence of the integrated security surveillance and monitoring gadgets which acquisition was delayed through administrative bureaucracy!

What the Minister said was a mere cover up for his miscalculation. He should not be talking about official bureaucracy in the year 2022 when in actual fact the Chinese contractors of the railway tracks offered in 2018 to build a free Transportation University at a cost of USD$50 million US dollars or NGN18 billion naira in appreciation of winning the railway contracts!

If Amaechi was a true patriot he would have requested the contractors to secure all completed rail tracks with the integrated security surveillance and monitoring gadgets to prevent any form of attack by bandits or terrorist in view of the insecurity state of the country with that kind of money!

Instead of him to support the building of strong institutions and not strong personalities in the country, Amaechi opted for the building of a Transportation University in Daura, Katsina – the home town and State of his principal, Major General Muhammadu Buhari which had been under construction since 2019-2021!

ROTIMI AMAECHI MUST BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS AND COLOSSAL INFRASTRUCTURAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE RAILWAY CORPORATION!

The dastard attack which was carried out with military precision was definitely masterminded by trained operatives who knew their onions.
Professional surveillance on all the stretches of the railway tracks had ascertained non-telecom coverage areas for ample advantage to strike and exit without confrontation!

Terrorists were privy to the absence of integrated security surveillance and monitoring solution on the tracks and were able to lay Improvised Explosive Devices (IED), effortlessly just as they had seamlessly vandalized rail lines at random across the country without hindrance!

In October 2021 suspected bandits blew up rail tracks with explosives while other relatively and similar incidents occurred on the rail lines giving signals that it would only be a matter of time before a major attack would occur!

Luckily the fully-loaded train of October 2021, heading to Abuja did not derail but was able to maneuver and to reach destination! Amaechi promised the nation that urgent steps would be taken to avert future occurrence!

AMAECHI NOW SHEDS CROCODILE TEARS!

The devastated minister lamented at the scene of the attack that it could have been AVERTED IF PROCESSES OF ACQUISITION OF THOSE GADGETS AND DRONES WERE SHORTENED and those lost lives could have been saved!

Eight precious lives were lost, hundreds were inflicted with gunshot injuries, 46 hospitalized and unspecified numbers were abducted within a period of almost THREE HOURS as 362 validated passengers were at the mercy of the terrorists without counter external intervention!

He bemoaned that his Ministry had taken proactive steps to forestall such an attack through the purchase of drones and helicopters to monitor the tracks though the process had been tedious.

He also said if technology was deployed, drones would have detected armed people walking around the tracks while cameras would have complemented the drones by identifying illegitimate activities several kilometres ahead of the moving train adding that the railway corporation would also need helicopters to complement the drones when provided.

NIGERIANS KNOW THAT SOCIO-ECONOMIC FUNDS WERE ALWAYS DIVERTED INTO PRIVATE POCKETS!

Nigerians can no longer be deceived by the antics of politicians who would rather resort to blame game in the face of national calamity rather than own up for their shortcomings!
They aggrandize themselves in office with the succinct support of Mr.Predident who perhaps pretends to be unaware of the depth of misappropriation and large-scale corruption within his cabinet!

For SEVEN YEARS, under Rotimi Amaechi’s Watch, he had failed to give priority attention to the Railways and had been unable to secure the tracks! HE SHOULD BE SACKED AND CHARGED FOR MURDER AND OTHER ANCILLARY OFFENCES!

BELATED LAMENTATIONS ARE THE HALLMARK OF BUHARI’S ADMINISTRATION!

It has become customary for President Buhari’s Cabinet and All Progressives Congress (APC) Legislators to “lock the stable gates after the horses have bolted” and lament profusely in a cacophony of voices without meaningful or positive actions!
Whom does Rotimi Amaechi, Minister of Transportation think he could deceive through his tantrums of transferring blame to either the National Security Adviser (NSA), to the President or some officials at the Ministry of Finance and National Planning whom he claimed did not process an approved NGN3 billion Naira to purchase digital gadgets that could easily monitor the railway tracks to detect any anomaly ahead of the engines!
Amaechi is one of General Buhari’s favorites who dismissed public outcry against the sitting of a Transportation University in the Katsina State of the number one man and even boasted that his next major project would be sited in his Ikwerre Village in Rivers State!

SIMULTANEOUS DARING ATTACKS IN KADUNA AXIS WHERE AT LEAST 15 MILITARY INSTALLATIONS ARE SITUATED!

On Saturday 26th March 2022, bandits attacked the airport when they breached the perimeter fences in broad daylight at about 1 p.m. shot dead a security guard who was patrolling the area at the unfortunate time.
Military installations were also not spared in Kaduna State during the same period but security operatives from the Air Force Base heard gunshot and moved in to repel the bandits from gaining access into the major airport complex.
AND THE MOANING CYCLE CONTINUES!
THE PRESIDENT COMMISERATES WITH BEREAVED FAMILIES.
SECURITY CHIEFS ARE SUMMONED TO EXPLAIN REASONS FOR LAPSES.
CASUALTIES OF DELIBERATE OFFICIAL INEPTITUDE BURIED WITHOUT FANFARE!
OVER-STRETCHED SECURITY OPERATIVES ARE GIVEN MARCHING ORDERS!!
WEEKLY WEDNESDAY UNCONSTITUTIONAL FEDERAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (FEC), CONTINUES WITH IMPUNITY!

LEADERSHIP DEFICIT REMAINS RECURRENT DECIMAL IN NIGERIA!
GOING ROUND IN CYCLE!
***CANCELATION OF NIGERIA’S WASTEFUL PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM AND THE ADOPTION OF A UNICAMERAL LEGISLATURE THROUGH THE CONVOCATION OF REFERENDUM IS THE SUREST SOLUTION TO THE CURRENT IMBROGLIO!***

Nigerians are aware that the train attack was an inside job with collusion from disgruntled retired or sacked military personnel and security operative who are determined to have their pound of flesh from the Federal Government at the expense of Innocent citizens

Let us imagine that from 1960 to 2022 the treasury of Nigeria had not been looted by both military and civilian robbers, all the pains, sorrows and woes that citizens are going through would have been avoided.
From one administration to another these enemies of Nigerian downtrodden had always flaunted illicit stupendous riches and wealth before poverty-stricken citizens who can hardly make one meal per day and have given wrong signals to the international communities which believed that Nigeria’s insecurity situation might prevent the 2023 election from holding.

In July 2021 director Commonwealth and development office in the United Kingdom said that the 2023 general election might not hold due to mounting insurgency, rising cases of insecurity, incessant gun attacks and atrocities perpetrated by Boko Haram and other bandits across all states of Nigeria!
The diplomat however believed that if injustice and impunity, proliferation of small arms and weapons and weak Justice institutions could be eliminated from the Nigerian political system, all contentious agitations and complex conflicts in respect of restructuring of the country will be amicably resolved.

BRITAIN SHOULD SUPPORT A PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT IN NIGERIA,

The Westminster Parliamentary System of the British Government had produced stable effective and very diligent administrations for centuries in the UK and one would have expected that the former colonial Masters would suggest or recommend to Muhammadu Buhari to adopt the system in view of several agitations for the restructuring of Nigeria instead of crying Wolf where none existed!

Britain should support a popular referendum or plebiscite through the drafting of a Parliamentary Constitution in Nigeria now as we have always advocated to douse all political tensions for stakeholders of the Nigerian project to broker peace for the establishment of unicameral government that will resolve contentious issues and produce a PRIME MINISTER from the 2023 General Elections!

VOX POPULI VOX DEI! “The voice of the people is the voice of God.”

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Politics / Nigeria Does Not Need An Arab Spring But A Popular Referendum . by z07ion: 10:52pm On Apr 02, 2022
#CAMPAIGN FOR REFERENDUM AND NOT VIOLENT AGITATIONS!

NIGERIA DOES NOT NEED AN ARAB SPRING BUT A POPULAR REFERENDUM TO RESOLVE RESTRUCTURING AGITATIONS!

The country of Tunisia was the first to taste the bitter pills of Arab Spring people’s uprisings galvanized to force social reforms and eradicate generational bondage of oligarchy which existed in all North Africa/Middle East Arab nations in the early 2010s! And till date (March 2022), the country is still in political crisis in respect of acceptable leadership!

The Arab Spring was a series of anti-government protests uprisings and armed rebellions that spread across much of the Arab World. It began in response to corruption and economic stagnation and then spread to five other countries: Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Syria and Bahrain.
In the process, Arab rulers were overthrown, exiled, deposed and in extreme cases killed!
The large-scale conflict in those Arab countries created great economic setbacks still smoldering in civil wars, insurgencies and armed crisis which have decimated their oil and mineral wealths, peace, tranquility, which they now have to grapple with for many generations to come!

NIGERIA WILL NEVER GO THE ARAB SPRING WAY!

Palpable fear and jitters gripped Black Africa in those years especially sit-tight and very corrupt PDP leaders in Nigeria who were sore afraid for their safety and lives!
However, since Nigeria is neither an Arab nor Islamic State, patriotic citizens NEVER OPT FOR A REVOLUTIONARY OR BLOODY UPRISING BUT A PEACEFUL, AGREEABLE AND CONCENSUS RESOLUTION TO CONFLICTS.
Citizens are demanding that the INSTRUMENT OF POPULAR REFERENDUM was the only avenue to redress authoritarianism, kleptocracy, political corruption, human rights violations, unemployment, hyper inflation, poverty etc.

The ruling APC Government of President Major General Muhammadu Buhari and his kitchen cabinet are also aware that the peaceful resolution to the current INSECURITY
PREDICAMENT LIES IN REFERENDUM FOR ALL CONTENTIOUS ISSUES AS FOLLOWS:

Legislative processes must COMMENCE NOW to establish ( 1) State Police in all 36 states of the federation according to one of the 13 Recomendations of the 23-Member El Rufai Restructuring Committee of January 2018 which is now 4 years old! ( 2 ) Derivation Principles (3) Fiscal Federalism and Revenue Allocation (4) Devolution of Powers (5) Resource Control (exploitation and revenue sharing of resources from oil minerals (6) Local Government Autonomy (7) Independent Candidacy which will preclude CITIZENS from being forced to join any political party!

THE CONTENTIOUS NIGERIAN SENATE MUST BE SCRAPPED NOW!

There can be no better time for patriotic introspection by Nigerians to achieve political emancipation and break the yoke of mercenaries in government of their necks through a collective decision to sack the Senators and shut the Chambers to pave way for UNICAMERAL LEGISLATURE before the 2023 General Elections.
We still maintain our advocacy that the National Assembly (NASS), is the MAJOR DRAIN PIPE of the Nigerian economy and has outlived its usefulness! In this age of technology the House of Representatives requires only 74 members ie. Two from each state of the Federation and two from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with the compliment of digital-compliant civil servants, to handle (at the Federal level), legislative duties and adequate numbers from all CONSTITUENCIES IN A PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT.
ALTHOUGH LEGISLATORS CLAIM THAT THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR REFERENDUM AND INDEPENDENT CANDIDACY IN THE 1999 CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA ; (AS TRUE AS THAT MAY BE), THE PROCESS FOR THE CONVOCATION OF REFERENDUM IS THE POPULAR DECISION AND PREROGATIVE OF ALL PATRIOTIC CITIZENS!

Please join the campaign for REFERENDUM AND NOT VIOLENT AGITATIONS FOR ALL SOLUTIONS OF RESTRUCTURING OF THE NIGERIA PROJECT!

Politics / Elite Rouges Are Responsible For Nigeria's Persistent Economic Woes! by z07ion: 7:14pm On Apr 01, 2022
In the year 2004 a high-ranking senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria castigated some of his colleagues whom he claimed to be criminals and forgers who should not be sitting in the Red Chambers!

He recalled that during his stint as a police officer he had prosecuted some of the people them who later became senators.
Retired Deputy Inspector General of Police, Nuhu Aliyu was forced to withdraw the statement following serious threats to his life and his family.
Elite rogues have been identified among the civil servants the executive branch, the legislative the judiciary and also in the private sectors of the Nigerian economy at the Federal, State and the Local Government Areas because they corruptly enrich themselves through the award of phantom contracts!

They also falsify accounts and steal monies from the treasury through annual padding of budgets to accommodate their illicit desires!

So far no Nigerian Head of State or President has been successfully accused, prosecuted and jailed for corruption during their tenures but many state governors, ministers legislators local government chairman have been cut red handed and have been successfully prosecuted and sent to jail!

NIGERIA’S MAJOR FOREX EARNER SINCE INDEPENDENCE HAS BEEN CRUDE OIL!

Nigeria can boast of thousands of thousands of billionaires who have benefited from illicit exports of unspecified barrels of crude oil, allocation of oil wells at the pleasure of the president and his cabals while the few indigene peasants who refine crude oil through locally built modular refineries in the South-South Creeks are hunted down and all their products destroyed and burnt!
And whereas, through crude oil earnings, successive Nigerian governments have refused to diversify to agriculture and solid minerals extraction full scale but have depended on sharing proceeds of oil among the 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory on monthly basis!

State Governors, members of their cabinets and economic teams went to sleep without bothering about Internally Generated Revenues (IGRs), the lack of which resulted in social infrastructural deficiencies and failure to deliver on their promises of dividends of democracy.

And in spite of Nigeria's position as the most populous country in Black Africa and also the country with the largest Gross Domestic Product, (GDP), the nation had in 22 years of scandimania of proceeds from the only mono- product brought upon itself negative international indexing like: the poverty capital of the World, the most corrupt nation, the dirtiest and most dangerous and most insecure country to domicile!

THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT CANNOT CONFIRM DAILY BARRELS OF OIL LIFTED FOR EXPORTATION!

Through organized crime of oil theft from the military and through to the current democratic engagement, Nigeria has lost trillions of dollars to the cartel that has perfected the illegitimate business of great dimension with international collaborators!

Local thieves at the lower wrung of the downstream sector who do not possess the expertise, temerity and sophistication associated with their high-wired counterparts always resort to bursting PMS oil pipes and scooping as much refined products as possible to sell in the black market as their own share of the National Cake without any iota of care for their lives in case of fire outbreak!

OF WHAT USE IS TONY ELUMELU'S OIL THEFT LAMENTATIONS TO NIGERIAN TALAKAWAS?

What can be described as dividends of democracy in Nigeria is the by-product of the crude oil in the form of PMS which is known as petrol, kerosene and diesel oil
All of these refined products have become indispensable household essentials which the poor masses of Nigeria will covet anywhere it is found even under a fallen petrol tanker that cool catch fire at any given time please these downtrodden Nigerians risk their life to scoop free petrol to use for their trades for cooking and also to sell in the black market to make some money for themselves it is as bad as that in Nigeria.

Mr Tony elumelu is the PDP minority leader in the House of Representatives in a series of tweets recently lamented over the worsening electricity, hike in prices of diesel and petrol and its effects on businesses in the country.
Elumelu who is also an economist and Chief Executive Officer of Heirs Holdings said that businesses were suffering under the situation and Nigerian citizens are groaning in view of the resultant inflation on food items as well.

The legislator also posed series of questions and comments as follows:

1) “How can a country so rich in natural resources have 90% of its citizens living in hardship and poverty?”
2) “Nigeria cannot meet its OPEC production quota due to oil theft.”
3) “Businesses are suffering. How can we be losing over 95% of oil production to thieves? Look at Bonny Terminal that should be receiving over 200 thousand barrels of crude oil daily, instead it receives less than 3000 barrels leading the operator @Shell to declare force majeure.”
4) “Why are we paying taxes if our security agencies can't stop this? It is clear that the reason Nigeria is unable to meet its OPEC production quota is not because of low investment but because of theft, pure and simple!”
5) “Meanwhile oil-producing countries are smiling as their foreign reserves is rising. What is Nigeria’s problem? We need to hold our leaders more accountable!”

COMMENT: Is it truly possible to lose a whopping, 95% of Nigeria’s oil production to thieves? We expect the new NNPC to corroborate Elumelu’s claims and clear the air as the Federal Government's Agency in charge of the oil sector of the economy!

OIL WINDFALL ACCRUALS MUST NOT BE MANIPULATED!

Rumors are rife that the Buhari’s APC out-going Administration plans to muddle, mutilate and manipulate oil accounts/figures from February 2022 in spite of Our demand that a TASK FORCE be established to compute and monitor all monetary and financial transactions for as long as the conflict and oil prices escalate and subsist!

We still maintain Our Stand that the oil windfall MUST be directed to succor the plight of the 90% of very poor and downtrodden Nigerians in the areas of the Economy to reduce threats of recession through hyper inflation of goods and services! Education, Health, Employments, Motorable road networks, Industry, Manufacturing etc

OIL PRICE BENCHMARK AS APPROVED ON 22ND DECEMBER 2021 BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY WAS ANCHORED ON USD$62 PER BARREL!

Although President Buhari while proposing to spend NGN16.391trilion naira as budget estimate for 2022, the international oil price benchmark was pegged at $57 per barrel but the lawmakers increased it to the current $67 dollars. However due to the Russia-Ukraine War international oil prices skyrocketed to between $100 to $120 US dollars!
The legislators retained the oil production target of 1.88 million barrel per day including condensate production of between 300000 to 400,000 barrels per day for the purpose of its revenue calculation in 2022.

Oil exports account for around 80% of Nigeria's foreign exchange Revenue. Nigeria has however battled with a sharp drop in revenue and made a drop in production according to NNPC.

If what Tony elumelu has claimed above can be asserted to be correct then what will happen to the fortunes of Nigeria if the oil theft cannot be stopped for the country to benefit from the massive WINDFALL which other nations are currently enjoying?

Will it be that the Legislator was incorrect in his assertions and that as a Nigerian leader was trying to pass the BUCK to others instead of taking part of the blame for the current position of helplessness that the nation’s leadership team have wickedly placed Nigeria?

Whereas President Buhari's apologists who were silent on oil thefts had begun to calculate and to permutate daily accruals of the multi-dollar windfall and how it would be expended to PAY OFF FOREIGN DEBTS! Barawo!

THE PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE ELITES WHICH GULPS DOLLARS AND NAIRA LIKE PREDATORS MUST END WITH PRESIDENT BUHARI!

The solution to the insecurity, inflation, banditry kidnappings and all forms of agitation for the restructuring of Nigeria will be solved with the introduction of a parliamentary system of government from 2023.

It was high time for the drafting of a brand new Unicameral parliamentary Constitution that will eliminate the Upper House (the Senate), which MUST BE SHUT without further delay to eliminate all forms of WASTAGES IN GOVERNMENT

Nigerian politics had been heavily moniterized for too long. Following the 2023 INEC's Election TimeTable announcement the money bags have thrown their hats into the ring and have begone to fight dirty with all illicit and stolen monies.
All candidates want to become President of Nigeria others want to be Governors many want to be Senators, Legislators, Local Government Chairmen etc, all with one intention to steal from the treasury in a presidential system!
That will not happen again from henceforth! Nigerians should collectively demand for the convocation of a Constituent Assembly that will draft a new constitution for the General, States and Constituencies elections in 2023 that will usher a PRIME MINISTER INSTEAD OF A PRESIDENT!
Let us rise together as We the People of Nigeria, the patriotic citizens and get a government that will take care of our needs. We must not allow this opportunity to pass us by!
“A stitch in time saves nine!”

[WATCH OUT FOR A NIGERIAN PRIME MINISTER – NOT A PRESIDENT IN 2023!]

Foreign Affairs / The Difference Between President Sall Of Senegal And Buhari Of Nigeria.. by z07ion: 10:25pm On Mar 26, 2022
#CAMPAIGN FOR REFERENDUM AND NOT VIOLENT AGITATIONS TO RESTRUCTURE NIGERIA.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRESIDENT MACKY SALL OF SENEGAL AND MUHAMMADU BUHARI OF NIGERIA!

President Macky Sall of Senegal at the beginning of his first term in 2012, was confronted with myriad of social problems including regular annual flooding of Senegal's Capital, Dakar and suburbs and also a very lean treasury! He was however very quick to confront the challenge by identifying financial wastages in government - especially the Senate!
And in keeping with his campaign promises to the citizens to ensure socio-economic dividends, he wasted no time too quickly canvass the support of the Members of Parliament to shut down the Senate consisting of 100 members who were earning gargantuous salaries and allowances!
The president got overwhelming support from the MPs who voted to abolish the Senate and divert funds which should have been allocated to the Upper House to address flooding across the country. He saved about $15 million US dollars and dismissed critics who accused him of trying to weaken the opposition! The Congress also abolished the post of Vice President!

Senegal has long been considered as one of Africa's model democracies for maintaining stable government and civilian rule which has thrived for centuries in spite of the fact that its economy is based mainly on agriculture and from monies sent home by Senegalese citizens in the Diaspora. .
The President also proposed the reduction of presidential term from seven to five years to set an example within Africa where many leaders cling to power beyond their allotted term. The proposal won approval in March 2016, through the con avocation of REFERENDUM!
Senegal has been devoid of any form of insecurity be it terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, human trafficking etc. but has instead enjoyed peaceful political environment across religious, cultural, tribal and ideological beliefs.

PRESIDENT BUHARI IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF MACKY SALL!

President buhari who served as a Military Head of State between 1983 and 1985 after retirement made frantic efforts to become a democratic president by throwing his hat into the ring on three different occasions but failed.
As providence would have it, on the fourth occasion he won presidential election in 2015 to become the 15th Executive President of Nigeria.
He complained that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which handed over to him after 16 years of maladministration bequeathed an empty treasury which jeopardised his smooth take off.
President Buhari realised that the presidential system of government was too expensive to run for a country like Nigeria where corruption was the order of the day!
He had the option of shutting down the Senate and reducing the 360-member House of Representatives to 74 in order to save costs of running the government but he refused to do that!

THE RETIRED MILITARY GENERAL PREFERS OPULENCE OF PRESIDENCY,!

Instead he continued to run government on borrowed money and the Debt Portfolio of Nigeria as at 18th March 2022 was NGN39 trillion Naira.
In the past seven years of Buhari administration, debt servicing has taken a large chunk of every budget and in addition every annual budget had been criminally inflated by National Assembly legislators in billion of billion running into trillions of Naira!
But president buhari wants to leave some legacy behind! Our advice to him is that he should follow the foot steps of the Senegalese President:
1. Shut the Senate; (2) Convoke a Constituent Assembly; and (3) Draft a Brand New Unicameral Parliamentary Constitution that will reproduce a Prime Minister in the year 2023!
All of the above will produce two outstanding results (1) Every agitation for restructuring of Nigeria through violent means will come to an end and (2) The name of Muhammadu Buhari will be written in GOLD!
The very wasteful Presidential system of government in Nigeria MUST end with the Muhammadu Buhari All Progressives Congress (APC), Administration!
THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT MR PRESIDENT.

Politics / Apc Is Nigeria’s House-hold Enemy – But Can Buhari Change The Narrative? by z07ion: 9:49pm On Mar 24, 2022
In a desperate bid to end 16 years of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), maladministration in Nigeria three biggest opposition parties merged and founded the ruling party known as All Progressives Congress (APC), in February, 2013. It did not matter then whether they were strange bedfellows, the major concern was to unite and “first chase the Fox out the poultry and later return to brood the Chickens!” (Courtesy of an African Proverb).

The Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), Congress, for Progressive Change (CPC ), the All Nigeria Peoples Party ( ANPP) faction of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), and the new PDP – a faction of the then ruling People’s Democratic Party received approval from the Independent National electoral Commission (INEC), on 6th February 2013 to operate as a Political Party.
Subsequently INEC withdrew the OPERATING LICENCES of the three major opposition parties that merged to form the APC but it is ironic that the three parties are still operating on divergent lines as they could not agree on how to share the SPOILS OF WAR after winning both the 2015 and subsequently the 2019 general elections!
Things have fallen apart and the centre could no longer hold because right from 2015 they were all operating like opposition parties within the ruling party and have been unable to establish the socialist inclined form of government which Muhammadu Buhari and party's leader Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu posited the people.

In fact, APC joined the Socialist International (SI) which is a worldwide organisation of political parties which seek to establish democratic socialism. SI consists majorly of political parties which seek to advance democratic socialism. It consists of democratic socialist and labour political parties and other organisations which believe in social democratic philosophy.
APC’S membership was perfected to impress and manipulate Nigerian Electorate of its good intentions for a true and radical CHANGE which was their campaign slogan!
But from all indications the Action Congress of Nigeria and Congress for Progressive Change virtually dominated the others because they had large followership from Southwest Nigeria and the core North West largely dominated and influenced by Fulani/ Hausa interests in the Kano Katsina, Niger, geographic areas and all Socialist articulations frittered into thin air!
Horse trading for political appointments became the major concern of the APC gladiators who totally forgot their allegiance to devote greater energy to completely eradicate corruption, stop the terrorist boko haram restore security and also ensure social justice equity and fair play in every decision to be made by government at all times.

DEMOCRACY AND POLITICS ARE HEAVILY MONETIZED IN NIGERIA!
From the beginning of the new democratic experiment from 1999 money politics had been the order of the day. The highest bidder takes the lion's share and smaller contestants are left in the lurch so how can there be fairness equality fairplay in Nigerian politics .
It was deliberate that Nigerian Presidential system was culturally and corruptly modelled to suit the whims and caprices of the money bags (political jobbers), so that they can permanently keep the poor peasants in poverty which is a social crime completely against international fundamental human rights of every country.
The attraction to politics in Nigeria under BUHARI’S WATCH has not reflected any departure from the PDP's regular awards of phantom contracts/institutional nod for payment of large sums of money to Party’s lackeys! In fact Buhari had made more Portfolio Billionaires than all other administrations put together – a complete departure from socialist ideologies!

BUHARI DELIBERATE ACT OF SABOTAGE ON THE POOR MASSES OF NIGERIA.
As the agitation for Restructuring of Nigeria by the masses gained momentum from 2015 during Buhari's First Term, the Government set up a Committee to make good its campaign promises prior to the 2015 elections that it would promote true federalism in the federal Republic of Nigeria according to Article 7(ii) of the 2014 APC Constitution.
The parties manifesto also promised to adopt HONEST CONTRACT with Nigeria to create a federalism with more equitable distribution of national Revenue to the States and local governments because that was where grassroots democracy and economic development must be established. Governor El-Rufai of Kaduna State was chosen to lead a 23-Member Committee to visit all states of the Federation and collect inputs from CITIZENS between 2016 and 2017 and his report had been submitted to President Buhari since 14th January 2018 with very good recommendations which if they were implemented, the kind of bloodshed, destruction of lives and property unleashed all over Nigeria could have been averted but UNFORTUNATELY those documents have been lying on Buhari’s table for over FOUR YEARS without Executive attention!

Nigeria has lost innocent souls in their thousands because the agitations took new dimensions as the citizens believed that Buhari had a Northern agenda a Fulani agenda to continue to dominate other tribes and would care less if the entire country got engulfed uncontrollable insecurity!
IT IS FOUR YEARS AND OVER TWO MONTHS SINCE EL – RUFAI’S COMMITTEE’S RECOMMENDATIONS ON TRUE FEDERALISM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO PRESIDENT BUHARI BUT HAVE BEEN GATHERING DUST HIS TABLE!
Instead he supported the legislators to continue to amend the military constitution which is an abomination to democracy because it was deliberately planned to keep the Nigerian over 200 million masses in perpetual and permanent state of poverty for several generations to come!
No constitutional amendment has been successful since 1999, instead the exercise had been a conduit pipe through which legislators siphon illicit money from the treasury and have been living in opulence to the detriment of the Electorate!
President Buhari and the legislators know full well that the major solution to Nigeria’s insecurity problems is a UNICAMERAL LEGISLATURE that is cost-effective to block all deliberate INSTITUTIONAL WASTAGES.
A SYSTEM that will produce representatives of the people directly from among the grassroots, in their CONSTITUENTS AND ALSO PRODUCE A PRIME MINISTER AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL FROM AMONG PARLIAMENTARIANS IN 2023!
But since that system will not produce billionaires that will be sponsoring all manner of elections that continue to drain the meagre resources of the Nation, President Buhari and his cohorts refuse to adopt a parliamentary system of government

It is a shame that the APC government is still in power in spite of all the atrocities that they have deliberately committed against the people of Nigeria! Governor El – Rufai in addition to the recommendation for devolution of powers from the federal to the federating States also recommended INDEPENDENT CANDIDATURE IN ORDER TO DEFLATE THE ARBITRARY POWERS OF POLITICAL PARTIES OVER POLITICAL CONTESTANTS!

Governor El Rufai also recommended that REFERENDUM AND NOT CONSTITUTION AMENDMENTS should be engaged to arrive at all contestations for amicable resolutions!
NOW THAT PRESIDENT BUHARI HAS CUT SHORT HIS MEDICAL VACATION IN LONDON, HE SHOULD DO THE NEEDFUL AND SALVAGE THIS NATION FROM FURTHER BLOODSHED!
President Buhari should urgently communicate a BILL FOR THE CONVOCATION OF REFERENDUM TO SORT OUT THE FOLLOWING:
1. Drafting of a brand new unicameral parliamentary constitution that will meet all the needs of the suffering masses once and for all.
2. Total elimination of the Presidential system of government through the shutting down of the SENATE.
3. Establishment of a Constituent Assembly of 74 House of Representatives Members who will take care of the Transition Period that will usher TRUE DEMOCRACY of a Parliamentary system.
The President can still write his name in GOLD if he could muster the political strength to carry out this very simple assignment and return to complete his medication with greater satisfaction that he has accomplished what others failed to do! He should not allow himself to be manipulated any longer by the MIXED MULTITUDE!
PRESIDENT BUHARI WILL CLOCK 80 YEARS OF LIFE ON 17TH DECEMBER 2022! WILL HE CHANGE THE NARRATIVE AND BEQUEATH AN UNBEATABLE, EVERLASTING LEGACY FOR HIMSELF AND HIS FAMILY!
“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.’' (Prov 29:2)
