The University of Lagos online registration for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into ALL UNDERGRADUATE COURSES/PROGRAMMES for the 2024/2025 Academic Year, will commence from Monday, 5th August to Friday, 23rd August 2024.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

Candidates who made University of Lagos their first choice in the 2024/2025 UTME and scored 200 and above are eligible to apply for Post-UTME Online Screening. In addition, candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.

Only candidates who must have uploaded their O/Level results on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) on or before 9th September 2024 will be considered for admission.

Candidates, who will not be sixteen (16) years of age by 31st October 2024 are not eligible and need not apply.

Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME Online Aptitude test will not be considered for admission.

Former students of the University whose admissions were withdrawn on the basis of poor academic performance or absence status could re-apply on condition that the new admission shall be for a new programme/course different from the former programme/course.
Any student expelled from the University cannot be offered fresh admission.

Click on Admissions
Click on Post-UTME Application
Login with UTME Application number as username and surname in lowercase as password
Generate and print payment advice
Proceed to any commercial bank to make payment or pay online
Return to the University portal to complete the screening form
Print Post-UTME Examination Pass
POST-UTME TEST (ONLINE)

Post-UTME On-line Aptitude test will hold from Monday, 2nd September to Friday, 6th September, 2024.

A millionaire property developer has been cleared of raping a teenager after claiming he accidently tripped and fell on her.

Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46, was accused of forcing himself on an 18 year-old-girl who had slept on his sofa in his Maida Vale flat after a night out drinking.

The businessman had already had sex with the teenager’s 24-year-old friend, whom he already knew, in the bedroom and said his joystick might have been poking out of his underwear when he fell on the teen.

The young woman said she had woken up in the early hours of the morning, with Mr Abdulaziz on top of her, forcing himself inside her.

He claimed he had gone to see if the young woman wanted a t-shirt to sleep in, or a taxi home. But he said she pulled him on top of her and placed his hand between her legs.

His semen and DNA was found inside the young woman, but he said it was possible he had semen on his hands from having sex with the 24-year-old earlier.

In the evidence, Mr Abdulaziz showed how the girl had put her hand behind his head to pull him towards her, which is how he says he fell.

He said: “I’m fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened.”

n All Progressives Congress stalwart, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, and a former Governor of Oyo State, Adebayo Alao-Akala, have met over possible partnership ahead of the governorship election in Oyo State on March 9, The PUNCH has learnt.

Alao-Akala, who is running for governor on the platform of the Action Democratic Party, confirmed this to one of our correspondents on Wednesday.

He, however, asked The PUNCH to give him 24 hours to make a formal statement.

“It is true. Both of us have been meeting and we will continue to meet. I will call you in 24 hours to let you know the state of things,” he said.

Top sources close to the two politicians told our correspondents that Tinubu initiated the meeting after the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, won the presidential election in the state.

A PDP candidate, Dr Kola Balogun defeated Governor Abiola Ajimobi’s who contested the Oyo-South senatorial election.

A source close to Tinubu said Ajimobi’s defeat showed that the people of Oyo State could vote against the APC candidate, Adebayo Adelabu.

The source said, “Tinubu and Alao-Akala met on Tuesday. Tinubu asked Alao-Akala, who has many supporters in Ogbomoso, to collapse his structure into that of Adelabu. We know that if Alao-Akala was in our camp, there was no way Atiku would have had such a good outing in Oyo State, especially Ogbomoso.

LOGICAL REASONS TO BE ON NYSC BATCH B STREAM 2

1. If you choose ( Borno, Adamawa, Yobe), it is most likely that you'll be in stream 2.

You'll be deployed for camping to neighboring states like Jos, Taraba etc. So it is only logical that those that is originally posted the those states go to camp ahead of you.


2. First 45% to register from each school.

We all know that NYSC didn't have the resources to mobilize 2016 batch b, when they ask every school to cut down the numbers of their PCM but later succumb to pressure by allowing schools to upload all. This criteria could be used once again.


3. If you choose 2 or 3 of the highly demanded states like (Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Kaduna,Enugu, Oyo, Akwa-ibom, etc) after the 5th day of registration, you might be part of batch B stream 2.

If you registered late and choose the least demanded states, then you might go with stream 1.

4. Finally, Some are saying that it's only first come, first serve basis which I doubt but it could be another criteria too.


All these possibilities are just possibilities, I AM NOT SURE. it's just reasoning based on fact
