Seems am not the only one who suffered such fate. Constant downloads of applications I didn't sign up for, Popping of ads with reckless abandon, phone seizures when you turn on your data, when you press your minimize button you see monkey test, time service, engrils, and many other rubbish. I tried to reset my phone it didn't stop I did again it still persisted. Not until the 2nd of January, 2015 when I decided to upgrade my operating system from kit Kat to lollipop. Just like the Bible passage : Behold old things have passed away and everything have become anew.
So my sister just upgrade your os and everything will become history. If you don't know how, look for one who knows and pay them.

It is a malware removal for Android device just like for pc device. Try it first and tell me the outcome.


If it doesn't work, then we have to upgrade or flash a fresh rom to ur infinix hot note which I can do.

Hmmm it seems ur phone is infected. Downland malwarebyte from play store and run a scan. It might help detect the apps that's causing the problem.

Pls, how do I do away with engrils app, and stop my phone from installing apps without my permission it's draining my data . I can't even control my playstore it acceses on its own. Any idea pls share or if uve had similar issues
