No. To obtain a residency permit so you can perform the work you got in Japan, you need a COE. A COE must be applied for while outside Japan and received in your country of residence. It is then exchanged at the airport when you come in. Being a tourist in Japan does not equate to being able to apply for a COE. Applicants cannot apply for a COE; an organisation does, gets the COE and sends it to the applicant to apply for a visa.

A tourist visa cannot be exchanged for a work permit. A COE is mandatory for that purpose. Without a residence work card, aka Zairyu card, you cannot work in Japan.

If you can legit get the residence permit of either of the countries, then you can apply after just 4 months of issuance. Before your AD, the six months would have been met. Benin republic issues AD every month, but it's limited

There's no letter , even from your university's vice chancellor that will make them consider you if you don't fall under Category A. When the waiting time was less than a year around 2021, people did send such emails and it worked. Right now, they won't even reply to your email. I'll advise you source for Benin republic Residence permit and continue your enrolment, after 4 months, you can apply for visa. Before your visa is due, it will be 6 months.

Option two is to finish enrolment then apply for the Deutschlandstipendum. Unfortunately, you won't have a transcript

Humber College, Toronto but i requested for it before the 10th day of class starting for that particular semester which was paid for if not it wouldn't have been refunded and they took $100 administration fee from it.

Sponsor was my Uncle in my first application.
I didn’t really submit enough documents cos I didn’t know much about it then so i decided to recall bk my tuition fee deposit from my school, it was refunded i now calmed down and researched more about it before I reapplied again this year after i felt i have gathered enough information and documents.
My admission is for Winter 2024 (January 2024) and its a 2year diploma.

If you are resuming in January 2024 you can still make your payment after your deadline but you most complete the first semester fee required from your LOA before you travel to Canada.

A friend of mine did the same thing even he paid 3 days before his flight and gotten his acknowledge payment receipt while his on transit before landed, upon landed no officer was asking him any single thing.

Note: make sure you pay your first semester tuition fee as required from your LOA before you travel to Canada .

You can email the school and inform them how difficult you are facing through your bank to make the payment to school.

Trust me that's what a friend did and they responded that they are aware of that and he should make sure he pay the fee before travel to Canada inorder to avoid officer query at the Airport..
