I agree such dances are worldly.
You can see that from the lyrics of the songs that introduce the dances.
Don't dance like that in church.

Yes men take good girls for granted.
Is it fair that you only look for them when you are ready for settling down and won't pay attention to them before then?
And they really expect to find them.
One man who approached me supposedly for marriage suddenly (and expectedly) changed towards me when he saw he couldn't deceive me to comply to his selfish interests with his fake proposal.
May God help good men and women find each other.

Obalagala in igbo would translate to "he has run along!". Would be spelt "Ogbalagala"
