freechat: In case you didn't know, UBE Act 2004 only guarantees free and compulsory PRIMARY education. But in Imo, Okorocha has taken it further to SECONDARY and TERTIARY levels.. Which tertiary level? The one in which he issued a cheque of N100k and asked the students to pay 20k for "processing fee" instead of telling people that he has reduced school fees in Imo, so that he will be applauded genuinely, he is deceiving people like you that he has given free education to indigens up to tertiary level.
