Anyways the best time in my opinion to start admission process is during your NYSC year. That time is always free and you have the energy and motivation to prepare for standardized exams.No one can give you universities that offer scholarships because funding scenario change each year and US schools don't really offer scholarships. I would graduate this year with a second class lower in biochemistry and also my sister in banking and finance would also graduate this year with a first class probably.
