I will jump on this.
Three reasons why you should never get a Transission[Tecno, Infinix or Itel] device.

1. They assemble the most wack of phone hardwares. Poor display panels and weak rom/ram products.
2. Whatever bug that comes with your device[android is buggy, so you need a company with software developers ready to fix any reported bug] you are never getting it fixed through a software update.
3. You will never get original replacement parts for your device in the event of accidents. Not because there are no original parts available, but because you can't replace an outdated faulty part with an authethic spare and not expect the device to malfunction. The day your Transission device gets opened for fixing, get a new one. Because that one do go.


Are these facts/reasons enough for you or you need video and picture evidence?

Now let's examine the specs one by one to see what he meant

The Vivo y12s is about 56000
The Tecno camon 15 premier is 104000

So yes the camon 15 beats the y12s in a lot of ways
Now take a look at how minute some of these differences are and ask yourself, should the camon 15 premier really cost over 100k?

Now let's put redmi note 8 into the comparison
The only thing about the Tecno camon 15 premier that beats redmi note 8 is the camera
And the 6gb, 128gn version 9f redmi note 8 is just 89000


Now look at it

56000 with much lower specs
To 89000 with much higher specs
To 104000 with a lower processor to redmi note 8


Think about it.....

The Tecno camon 15 premier is pretty much the same as infinix s5pro
So gaming performance will be poor regardless the 6gb ram, that is to say the 6gb ram is really a waste on that processor

So are you telling me that the reason why the Tecno costs more than the redmi is because of a 64mp back camera and a 32mp front camera?

The redmi note 8 has a quad camera set up on the back with a 48mp back camera and a 13mp front camera

And no doubt sd665 is much costlier than helio p35
So now think about do these specs make sense to you?

You do know the 64mp and 32mp on the camon 15 premier was a verified lie and nothing but a 13mp camera sensor from an unknown genetic sensor maker.

And no, other than the popup mechanism on the camon 15 premier which was a misplaced priority seeing the phone was a lowend device which shouldn't cost more than 40k at the time of launch, the tecno camon 15 premier was a huge pile of crap, me and a lot of other people here on nairaland and twitter proved that beyond reasonable doubt.

The vivo y12s 13mp camera lens performed exactly on per with the camon 15 premier if not better.

Based on my community and personal information which I can verify.

I personally bought 11 redmi 8.
2 redmi 9a.
1 redmi note 9.
1 redmi note 9 pro.
1 k20 Pro.

In the space of 1year.

My mum uses redmi 8 after the Tecno T901 I bought for her was my last terrible mistake of buying anything Transission.

My wife uses Redmi k20 Pro.
I use Redmi note 9.

A friend uses redmi 5 plus.
2 neighbours uses redmi 9a.
A colleague uses redmi note 9s.

Your guarantee of 50% Transission device users is officially null and void and in this respite; officially irrelevant.


The 50% users of Transission device in the market consists of those feature devices sold for 3-5k.

No sane person goes to the market and asks for "Tecno or infinix" device.

It's not that Transission devices got better overnight, people on nairaland stopped buying into Transission's deceit and Trash.

I am in a group called "Tecno R7" but at least 20 persons in a group of 66 people uses a xiaomi device.

A tecno group where half of the population uses xiaomi and others uses Samsung, Huawei, Apple, vivo and Realme products. If anyone still uses tecno or infinix in that group, it's those who are yet to change their device since 2014 due to financial constraints.

I should know, I still have the infinix note Pro of 2015.

I use the redmi note 9, at least 5 persons uses the redmi note 9 pro, 2 people uses the redmi k20 pro 8/512 veriant, few other users of redmi 8, note 8, note 8 pro, mi 9 and mi 9T.

The aim was to bring people to the xiaomi truth, it's done. If you feel pained that less and less people are now using the infinix and Transsion devices, go back to 2019 and launch the infinix note 8 for 50k, people will still pick the redmi 8 over it.

Infinix came to their own party too late.

Transsion's biggest mistake was giving room for there to be a need for xiaomi to fill a void.
Nobody goes xiaomi then returns to infinix, Tecno or itel. You go xiaomi, you are done with trash and calculators with touch screen
