Analytics are important when registering names, but how often does names like that drop on ED? Most of the names with the analytics you mentioned are always backordered.
How does one succeed in domain flipping if you have to wait for 1 month or more to find a name that fits the analytics you mentioned. Even when you get one, it's not guaranteed to sell.
I also read that domain flipping is a game of numbers. How do you grow your portfolio if you don't register names frequently?

you are on point bro. most my sold domain name are hand reg. And those with good metric are still steering at me in my portfolio.

In this business , anything can sell. I'm not against good metric etc.. one should sticks to what works for him.
