Hello Justwise and everyone. My husband submitted his application on friday and he was sent a mail yesterday by UK visas that his application was received; he got a mail again today that a decision has been made. My question is, has anyone experienced this? I'm thinking it's an automatic refusal?

I suppose it's a bit stronger to say "I have a registered business" than "I have a business," but if your case is otherwise strong, it shouldn't matter. Hello visa officer. I want to try my luck for a US visa but i don't know if it's a must that i register my business before applying? I only have a shop and i'm a frequent traveller to dubai but i've never thought of registering my business as i do pay my tax. Do i stand a chance or can i use my tax certificate instead? Thanks
