Where did you request for your BRP to be sent? if it is your Uni do inform your International office about this so they are aware and confirm they will issue your brp to you

I believe you can come with just the visa vignette.
Can you screenshot and print out all the evidence to log this complaint either through UKVI paid mail or this link above just incase you need it at POE

Top of the morning guys. I got admitted for a program in university of Salford for Jan 2022(16 months duration). The actual fee is £18990 then there's the energy Scholarship that's £5000 and the Fee payable is £13990. Please I'd love to know if paying in instalments is welcomed over there?

I sent an email to iomlagosmedicalbooking@iom.int. attaching my passport data page.
I got this email from the website and it's for Lagos booking.
I then called different numbers I got from their website and one of them picked. I spoke with someone who asked if I had sent the email before calling. He booked me immediately and I got the email with my booking while the call was ongoing.
I hope this helps.
