I'm thinking retailing of Attic produce, like poultry and other stuff like that, but in a clean and presentable environment for expatriates

What do you think

Things like that are possible only when you have work permit.

That's what I just quoted for you Above about work permit,
talk less of resident permit they do not give to foregniers even you marry here they do not give even stay 45 years they will not give, and more over to make things worst , both in working permit AND resident permit, as a Nigeria citizen forget about it is very hard cause they see Nigeria over here as a cone men, drugs dealers, so when applying for documents here as a Nigeria it is very difficult, let me tell you the truth the whole truth,

Mind you before you can get work permit here is a hell, in fact you might not get it, cause the requirements are very hard, And more over even if you get the requirements you still need upper hand to push it to come out that also cost lot of money, but in all it is a hell getting it, cause without the working permit you can not do any business here, and moreover it is very difficult more harder now to get it. Cause of their new Cs who just took office, ...

All you neeed is Board a bus from Nairobi and land here in Kigali.

There is no business you do that is not good here. Yeah Uber biz is cool too.

Embassies here are so empty that ordinary few documents can get you a Canadian Visa.

Dollars account opening is just 3 mins. Please nobody should ask me anything again Biko. Lazy Nigerian youths buy ticket and come see things for yourselves.
Thanks very much @Kaffy4tope when I come over I will update you. .

Boutique & Bar Businesses

With $150 you can rent a nice shop and stock it with goods. Having just a shop is automatically 1 year resident permit.

But least I can say, ama advise you to come see things for yourself.
Thank's very much @ kaffy4tope I am in Kenyan at present but Kenyan is not a place to be at all their system towards foregniers is very bad.
I will be coming over to Rwanda soon

I wish you had posted here a week ago, I would have asked you the kind of business you have in mind and I would have checked for you. I am not sure of going there any time soon.
All the best.
Thanks very much sir for the Advice, more wisdom to you,

Once you have evidence of a business with relevant documents, you will be given 14 months residence permit. I don't know about getting it by marriage.
10,000$ is something for a Rwandan to start a business. I am not sure if it is enough for a foreigner. You need to rent a space, at least in a good location, and this may consume all what you have. I think a small scale business will do, but it is reserved for Rwandans and East Africans. I didn't really check much about doing business there. I was there for conlsultancy. People with business knowledge/experience will still come and advise you. You can check www.rra.rw and google irembo for more information on business and registration.
That's why I decided And thinking of partnering with a Rwandans too, if 10,000$ will not be enough for a foreigner.

I have just finished my assignment in Rwanda. I think if you have enough money, you can do business there. I don't know much about partnering with a Rwandan to start any business in Rwanda. You have no reason to be afraid because Most Rwandans are very honest. You won't find it hard to get who to partner with after doing your due diligence. If I were you, I will first visit and see things for myself. Know at the back of your mind that you need money to start a good business there.

thanks so much@Agbaletu for the perfect Advice more wisdom to you.
I have more two questions sir.
1. I will like to know sir, about their residents permit if it is possible to get it ? And what can one do before getting it like how is the process for One to get it is either by marriage or other process sir?
2. With 10,000$ dollars can it be enough to get one a reasonable business there?
I will so much appreciate more of your Advice of your wisdom sir, thanks in Advance...

Good morning house. The issue have been resolve, the school have, different account number, for the payment of school fees. Different from what I saw from their website. I am the one run the two admission for the start before, cause my guy Benjamin is not on narialand he did not know acadollar either, so that was why I am very careful for everything about him paying the school fees into any other account num. That his different from the school directly. Cause if there is any mistakes I am the one that is family will hold responsible cause they do not know acadollar direct it is me, and they will hold me for the money, which is there about ($3,000) if there is any mistakes, so that was why I was careful and to me sure, that everything is correct. So I use this opportunity to plead to the (House), that am sorry for what happened. Just I was been very carefully about my guy paying money into the right place, .. And to my oga (Acadollar). I am very sorry for what happened. It was confusion about the different account num. That makes me think so, but now I have found out it is real and genuine account. You are honest And I hold your reputation highly for this. Even as I was not giving admission and my guy alone they gave, am not angry just that I want everything to go correctly And no mistakes. Thank you all for your understanding. GOD bless us all.

I have even be asking him about the admission update he will said still waiting to hear from the school, whereas that information he forwarded to my guy email, was send to him on the Feb 3rd. On is email, and he send it on Feb 10th to my guy email. Whereas I have been asking him before feb 1st, and he came and give me the information on Feb 11th, on WhatsApp, EVEN after saying he is still waiting for them suddenly he said are you there you are not giving admission only you guy. BUT the information was send to you on feb 3rd. But on the feb 11th you send to my guy, but meanwhile I have been asking you before then you will be saying not yet had from school, who is fooling who.

AND you said it is someone you gave the admission process to help you do that is what you told my guy, Whereas you personally to me you are the one going to the school direct and stand as a ganrantor, for us. Now you come on Narialand and be saying it is someone else, who is fooling who now. I think is like you forgot you told me you are the one doing it yourself even going to the school by yourself. That the school even know Too. now you are opening your mount right. Want to talk when you even tell my guy you are not the one doing the Admission when he called you to know what happened. My fellow brothers of Narialand I greet you all. This guy (Acadollar), is a Crooked human. He told me he can help me get Addmission in south korea. I gave him $400 including the house contract fees, and is Charges. For doing it. After receiving the money, he told me that Deahan university, have problem with immigration, over in South Korea, that if they issued me admission, that at the Embassy in Nigeria will not grant me Visa, alright i told him to send me back my money, he said he can apply for another school for me, I agree, And also bring in one of my Guy too to apply through him also, my guy also gave him $400 too, later he started bring out issue of problem documents, both me and my Guy too, saying our document is not okay. Then we try and make all our documents okay. And the ones he required from us too, Both the one needed to be done in court too. After all the process, he told me that they refuse me Admission, both they have giving my guy Admission, we later found out that the Admission letter which he send to my Guy email was (FAKE document). Everything was Diffident from the Real school information (Kyonggi University). Different : phone num, email address, And Diffrent school Address, Also Diffrent bank account num. Everything was different which he send to my Guy email, that he should pay school fees, And which is wrong account num, Different from the Original school account num. Pls house bear my long typing, but I just have to expline so you all get it better, Before he will be saying different thing to you people painting him self good as the most Saint in Heaven on Narialand, Whereas is Heart is darker than the pit of Hell. Am letting the house to know this cause of others people that will want Or may be doing anything with him should be (careful), not to fall prey. Cause he is not what he paint him self to be. HE IS A SCAMMER. A (wolf) under a sheep clothing. That is who he his.
