Omg! Excess sugar alert!
One of the major culprits of weight gain and diabetes spotted.
That is a very bad eating habit which is hard to stop.

If she can cut that out and replace it with freshly
extracted juice (oranges, watermelon, pineapple...) Her health (and weight) will be better for it. Or she could just eat fruits whole to make things easier. (My style)



In addition to this , cut ginger into small bits , add it to a sizzling cup of tea bag, drink at night after dinner , it would help.
