this was infact beyond my imagination as i found my tecno w3 dead. After 5days of non-stop enjoyment with some downloaded app. (banking app., games, e.t.c). All i could see is backlight with nothing to show off.

Brief spec. Of tecno w3
RAM: 1gig
ROM: 8gig
processor: Quad-core
OS:android 6 mashmallow.
I was advised to take it to the nearest Tecno office but i insisted that the dealer must change it for me. This issue had transpired some brawl between us. Pls what chances do i have to get a healthy phone with no defect

op I would have advised u blacklist the name of company selling the phone for tecno . I had almost d same issue many ago wen I bought my first adroid phone which was tecno. No network ,hotness of the phone even though I am not using it ,the battery discharge on time and in the end I took it back to where I bought it the , u was told it was there fault that every 20 phones they buy two would fault . Every attempt to get a replacement from them prove abortive . Please blacklist the abeg .

YEAH IM SNAPPING COZ I'VE HAD ENOUGH....this morning i locked the flat went down and come out of the gate no knowing he now knows where i stay GUESS wgat he attacked me again and i'm bleeding once again..AS USUAL. HE took my bag took my phones and slapped me....his last words I WILL DISTURB YOU TILL U DIE NO ONE LEAVES ME AND GETS TO MOVE ON IN PEACE.........well even while still married to him i never did find peace,but he wouldn't know coz he spent most of his nights out with friends, even christmas days were for him and his s***S .......IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME ,AT LEAST YOU ALL KNOW NOW.......my kids will grow up without a mother,,,,,and yeah i did try the police and got zero help from there i guess it true what people say the police only act when there's a dead body. I guess SOON MY FAMILY WILL BE UPLOADING FUNERAL#NONHLE'SFUNERAL.
