@ poster. You say you want to treat,prevent or control blood pressure without seeing a doctor? You will only get your fingers burnt if you do that and by the time you realise it ,it maybe too late. There are various causes of hbp and you need to know what causes your own. Only a specialist can tell you what causes your own. He has to do it by constant monitoring. I am a sufferer and it took my doctor 1yr to find the most effective way to control mine and ever since we did life has been better. So please see you doc immediately and work together.Do a lot of research too I wish you all the best |

What kind of engine does your camry have? If its an I4, then check that the engine 'sitting', has not gone bad. The Job of the engine sitting is to absorb some of the vibration which comes with an idling engine. Its usually located on top of the engine and below. The one on top looks like a figure 8 piece of metal with rubber fittings inside. Check that the rubber part has not sheared from the metallic part. Ask your mechanic to check the others which are located below the engine. I believe this will help you in solving your problem. Good luck |

Two weeks ago,I took my 73 yr old aunt to the general hospital in Onitsha and the old woman was made to pay through her nose for the services rendered. I could not believe what I saw. If the government of Anambra cannot provide free health care for the elderly what else can they boast of? It was a very worrying occurence. If you guys have experienced such lately please feel free to share it in this forum. |

Mutiny is a serious offence in the army. Soldiers dont have the same previledges as we civilians do and they all know that. Their Laws are different from ours and they all knew that before they protested. I feel sory for her and hope she wins her appeal. |

Those of u who seem to be supporting the wantom distructions of oil facilities should bear in mind that all the monies presently being used by the Governments (Federal, states and local government), to put basic infrastucture on ground through agencies like NDDC, and the Ministry of Niger delta, comes from how much crude oil we pump. The much touted 13 percent derivation also comes from there. If production continues to decline at the rate at which it is going, I fear that we may not achieve our objective of providing the basic amenities to the residents of the Niger Delta. Each time I hear of a pipline being sabotaged it makes me feel that we just shot our selves in the leg. Dialogue is the only solution. JTF has show that they have the capacity and capability to end all unrest in the Niger Delta. The Government has waved the olive branch and I think we should take it. |
