Well, We got married around 2017 but has been trying to conceive. We tried a lot of things but to no avail.

Few months back, I was diagnosed of having varicosities. I had the surgery (bilateral varicocelectomy). Three months later, this happened.

NOTE: There was no change of sperm count (same pre surgery count) but there was a noticeable increase in motility. Since the Surgery, I have not used any medicine.

In all IT IS GOD THAT DID IT. To Him be all the glory

But we don't know the next step after pregnancy has been confirmed.

I was diagnosed of that too. So I scheduled and did the surgery recently. It took me around 70k @ Trauma Center, Ondo Town.

If she was ovulating at d time she went for d scan,don't think anything will really b detected... It may be a cyst which may be caused by an infection.

My fiance has been having this abdominal pain for a while just around her pelvic region.

We went to hospital and after a scan, they said nothing was found.

People suggested massaging which she did and had temporal relief.

But now, the pain is back n bigger. She insists that she won't go to any hospital again (maybe cz we spent alot d last time).

Who has experienced this before either as a patient or a medical practitioner?

I am from a family of three guys and I am the youngest. Almost 30 years now.

Done with school and set up a biz in the town I did NYSC. I met a girl I love so much and wish to marry her (start d marital rites in few months and tie the knot by December or so.

But my Dad was soo pessimistic about getting married now because of two reasons:

1. I want to pull my money and my wife to be's money to invest in a new biz. He believes that a woman's money should not in any way bring a man up as it will make d lady proud in future.

2. That far away in the village, we need to build another house for more accommodation. This I promised him won't be a problem if I set up d new biz in partnership with my fiancé.

He is just at d middle. He isn't saying yes and not saying no either.

The timeline I set is getting close and I feel I am being slowed down unnecessarily.

My dad is this: Nooo don't. U cant. U shouldn't hv. Wait small. Etc.
