Recently dumped my Nokia E72 for a Samsung galaxy sl. I read reviews online that kept lamenting on the poor quality of s-lcd to super amoled and inferiority of sl's gpu to galaxy s and s2, they also complained about d lack of indicator light and camera flash (both of which were present in the E72)...anyway, I made my way to the shop with lg optimus black on my mind...unfortunately, I didnt find any of the phones I could have bought (the lg, s and s2. I dont dig sony ericson/sony). so, I got an sl, the battery is great (1600mah even if some say its to compensate s-lcd power consuming factor when compared with sgs super amoled and sgs2 super amoled plus), display is great and works almost perfectly (froze for three days at a go initially, I almost died). I use the phone as I used my nokia (brutally) and I'm happy to say its 1 month old and still in one piece.

I usually change my launchers and so far haven't seen any point in rooting (can anyone give a reason to root)

Save from MTN (and sometimes Glo) every other network sucks. I dont understand why i have to migrate to a data bundle for Etisalat and Airtel, ?

Pls, who knows how i can access Airtel's 3G, do they even have 3G?

day 6 and NLC/TUC caved in and the morale of every protester crashed by at least half. Where next for Nigeria as i dont see another Nation wide strike being as successful

surely you know this protest isnt all about subsidy. I wont preach again on info you can find online bt the presentt Government is wasteful and if they really cared about the country they governed, subsidy funds (which analyst have proven to never exist and affect the 'masses') would have been deducted from government salary/bonuses before creating this chaos for 9igerians.
Be that as it may, we are fighting for transparency in this government, and possible resignation of Ministers who have proven to not know shit about the Govt parastatals they head.
