Ovinuel:I picked mine from the post office closest to the address i gave. You could check your or go to customs office at the airport. |
Ovinuel:I had called NAHCO, EMS, NIPOST.....these people hardly know what is going on. I got a contact to a clearing agent (one of them boys), his first question when i told him my item was a mobile device was if it is an Iphone. It seems like custom guys have a hardon for Apple devices. NIPOST had claimed that NAHCO had backlog but i took the liberty to check your tracking code and it is still 'with customs'. I advice you go over there and see for yourself the reason for the delay before all trail to it vanishes. |
zsch:I picked up my package today. N23,700 for 1 mobile device. if i weren't aware of the ridiculous fee from this thread i would have removed shirt for them at the office. They still asked for N500 transport fare and 'lunch money'. If i can help it, never again with NIPOST, the custom fee is ridiculous, the ripple effect is the accompanying increase in sales price. The staff were all too happy to tell me about a man that came earlier today to pick up a package and was billed N65,000 but refused to pay such an amount for a N17,000 item and asked that it be returned to the U.S. |
justi4jesu:Yes. Their system was down- as usual (I don't think their server is EVER up) so she checks some site on her mobile phone, tells me 'No update' and only after some prompting from me did she take down my details and promise to call or I could check back on Wednesday. NIPOST..... Never again if I can help it. |
Can anyone please tell me how long it would stay with customs before I can pick it up. I've been waiting for a call from NIPOST. Cc aieromon

Ovinuel:Did you go to the nearest post office to retrieve your package yet? |

lolaxavier:What is your review of the 09 out lander- fuel, parts, cargo space, 3rd row seat, customization etc. I used to drive the 2004. A little feminine, excellent fuel consumption, great cargo space but when it started giving problems, na die. Please be as elaborate with your review as you can. |
Do you repair s6 edge? If yes, how much? |

Kushbaba:Hi kushbaba, were you able to find this? |

Tradex:The third image of the brown box, how much do you sell it for as I'm in need of a few dozens. No i won't call you to find out the price, quote me with the price or ignore me. |
igorekpengmail:Are your plans affordable and do you guys offer a portable mifi solution? |
Can you create and edit videos? |
Nigeria's power problem requires infrastructural deployment and a strategic dismantling of invested cabals. It is not a mandate you hand to a lawyer. It is like asking a medical scientist to consult on constructing an airship. It also speaks poorly of Me Tunde Fashola that he accepted a mandate he should have realized was beyond his skillset to execute. Our power problem would go away in a single day but we can start tackling it systematically not by throwing money at it and hiking power bills. |
Galaxy note 4 (4G) for swap with iphone6 32-64gb |
presidentpikin:Do you read before you write? He has a complaint regarding the quality of service they rendered and you are extoling the brand and blaming the Government. So, it's the Government that will log into UPS Nigeria mail, acknowledge and send appropriate feedback to the OP? It's also the Government that will pick up UPS Nigeria customer service phone and call the OP to tell him they are working to resolve the issue and he should give them xx amount of days to hear back from them? You are just a typical Nigerian. Unbelievable in how you make excuses for mediocrity. |

First of all, you posted in the wrong section, this is the "Auto" section meaning content for automobile sales (since you own a blog, I'm making the assumption you can read, can't you?) Next, your subject says "...see HOW Jumia dispatch rider was killed...." then your post goes on to regurgitate old news and an excerpt of Jumia' CEO statement. Why waste our time with your poorly written content? |
Just one question,, Are Governors and political office holders ever owed salaries? |
It is PMBs right to contest again, it is however our right to vote him out. What would give me immense pleasure is if we band together and ensure a landslide loss for APC and PDP come 2019. These parties are predominantly made up of the same people carrying a stupid ideology of North-must-rule over 'may the best man rule'. I'm tired of their sh*t and wish the lot of them bag a life imprisonment sentence right here in Nigeria. |
I respect you OP. I need friends like you in my life, I'm not kidding. |
Very valid piece. I learnt of Audu Maikori' arrest on Twitter and in the early days, influentials carried the news as if he was abducted by the government. The retweets and quotings were numerous but that was before it came to light that he did disseminate false news which was not as good as carrying a headline screaming for human right (I'm not arguing the abuse of the sanctinty of safety in this case, just stating fact). "Coke and Benzoic Acid" Bloggers were quick to draft "Coke shipping toxic level of benzoic acid to the Nigerian Market". Virtually every article I read described how Nigeria is a failed state as we don't have effective governing bodies to checkmate corporations and how we must steer clear of Coca Cola drinks till "they can prove the claim baseless. What they forgot to mention is that Benzoic acid and its salt are used as preservatives, that " benzoic acid react with ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in some soft drinks, forming small quantities of benzene, which causes cancer and other illnesses. Benzene is a "notorious cause" of bone marrow failure". There was virtually nothing useful by means of scientific facts contained within any of the publications, just sensationalizing. No investigative journalism contained within articles. Even typos gets copied and pasted and personal opinions ripe with individual emotions are shoved down readers throats. Talking about the giant media houses, a good number of them run with baseless stories off blogs too. One has to wonder what one can do to get unbiased, factual news. |
You have been advertising this car for sale since 2015. Perhaps the problem is your price. |
A bit pricey for a 15 years old car. I'm looking at c200s for best beals |
Innoson' problem is leadership. If they had capable leaders at the helms of affair they would not suffer half the issues they do. A friend of mine works for an environmental agency with heavy government connection, they were looking to purchase about 100vehicles and reached out to Innoson. They travelled over there to attempt to broker a deal. They returned to Lagos and a week later had not received an invoice. Eventually the invoice comes in, it had numerous errors and didn't even have the name of the company spelt correctly. In comparison One of my offices is located in a private office complex. The complex houses the hq of of the building's owner business, they had some problems with some of the huge TVs they had purchased and reached out to the dealer - from Holland. The next day, TV company sends a PR rep and engineer from Holland to Nigeria. Lodged them for 2 days to fix a problem the man said look less than 10minutes. A Nigerian business located on the island of Lagos would more likely tell you living in Surulere that your warranty has expired and recommend a new set for purchase. Now you see why we have very few companies in Nigeria that has been in business since the 90s till this very day? This is why Innoson will largely remain that brand that Politicians will refer to only when they want to brag about what Nigerians can do to foreigners. |
