Won't removing the tyrods make the ceiling fall off since that's what's holding it, it's true this kind of process exist but that's always done at the beginning of ceiling process not on an existing one.
Bet he's still going to need the help of a carpenter to nail the ceiling directly

D 20k satin emulsion is how many litres? I would have advised u use same amount to get silk... U would have love it best

According to them, yes you can
Just mix soap and water with a clean cloth then gently scrub it away

With what I'm seeing here, i don't think the changes won't be noticeable after completion.

So far so good, I bought more materials for the POP ceiling which are:
POP cement (half) = 3,600
POP paint = 3100
Extra labour = 13,000
Miscellaneous(beer) = 400
Total= 20,200
Total w/ others= 70,600 + 20,200 = 90,800

More...

So far so good, the POP ceiling is on construction as the ceiling is being torn down
So I've paid them for the painting job;
I also bought extra items and I'll add it to my cost

The screeding is done and time for the painting but I've decided to POP the ceiling so that it'll look standard enough

Since you already have POP cement and paint...

I will advise you take out the tyrods of your ceiling. That is those borders of the slate. It is something you can remove yourself.

Once it is out, your ceiling would be a flat surface with just the wooden edges exposed. Proceed to fill it up with the POP cement. Then paint with white emulsion paint.

If you want, you can add POP light or just leave it bare.

Screeding your walls and painting it won't give you the desired look if you ignore that ceiling and if you decide to fix the ceiling later, the process would ruin the walls.
