hello friends..i just got a dell with windows 8.1 ever since I signed into the microsoft account it always tells to me to update and shut down or update and restart and I don't understand is it a problem and when I click on update and shut down it starts installing and then updates before shutting down..pls how do I stop this and should I be worried?

to ur issue, from what u said I think I experienced something similar with my 9810, d earphones u use are dey of 3 rings or 2 rings?

som times when am praying music with the earphones the volume keys stop working and it starts showing me voice command screen...so I don't know what the issue is...happens when I insert the earphones...tried other ear phones and the issue still remains

hello!...pls what is the best 3rd party media player for q10..my music player keeps acting up when ever I try using the earphones to play music...sometimes volume key stops functioning untill I pull out the earphones...(the earphones are the ones it came with)..other times it leads me to another screen...that's the screen it leads me to..pls anybdy know what the course is? And how to fix it?

Looks like glo wants to ban us bb10 subscribers from there bis sub...my q10 keeps saying can't verify apn like 4 times a day...and when it does network goes off, I have to switch off my network before data services comes on again...who else experiences this development?

Don't waste ur time looking for YouTube downloader app on bb10, here's wat dt other dude was trying to explain to u, dats wt I use too,its d bomb n it's easy. Go to ur browser n search d video u want on YouTube, wen u open d page of d video, jst edit d url and add "ss" before d "youtube......", it'll take u to anoda site, wait for d video to cache, look on d right, u'll c d diffrent formats available for dwnload for dt video, jst pick d one u prefer(preferably mp4) n start downloading. Here r pictures to guide u. Notice d red markings...
