So guys. I finally got a response today. And attached is the reason for refusal. Can anyone pls help advice on the next step to take? And possibly explain? Because I am confused and frustrated currently. Thank you.

VISA ALERT

First refusal in July 2022, major issue was that VO wasnt satisfied that my economic circumstance could accommodate my vacation.
Re-applied in August and stated clearly that VO did not consider my dorm account in arriving at a decision.
Bio-metrics: August 18th
Travel document dispatch mail: October 25th
Passport received: October 26th
6 moths visit visa granted.....first timer and no travel history.

It is actually a frustrating situation for me at this point and I would kindly like to be updated on the current situation with this application, as it is already 3 months since submission of application and biometrics.

I await your swift response in this regard.

Send another paid mail. This time around, let them know you have made previous enquiries with no response from them till date.

Remind them of the enquiry you made and how they failed to get back to you within the stated 5 working days timeframe. I’m sure you will get a response.

Make sure the content of your email is fierce, though not too fierce, because you only want to let them know of your disappointment towards their service and not to create further problems for yourself.

no response yet. Today makes it six days since the paid mail. Only response was the mail has been received and that they would aim to respond within 5 days.

And exacalated the issue. But no concrete response. The paid mail I didn't get a response. And when I call they say they can only excalate further. Fill the passenger locator FORM and order your test kit. It's no more pcr but lateral flow test now . When is your flight? Read they are cancelling pre departure test from today. Don't forget to hold your fresh bank printout of your statement of account and CAS. Just Incae they ask at the point of entry

2. For the visa application at what point does one need to upload POF? is it requested for later or you upload with other documents while applying?

3. If my husband transfers POF to my account for both of us, does he need to write a letter that he is the one sponsoring me?

4. If in the course of application, pregnancy happens, will that hinder my application? and for tb tests can i still do an xray or better to do a sputum test?

My first question is: is that 50% a condition to be satisfied for your offer to become unconditional? If yes, without paying it your offer won't be made unconditional and you wont get a CAS which you need for your visa application. However, if it doesn't affect your unconditional offer/CAS issuance and is just the enrolment or 1st instalment deadline, it won't affect your visa if you apply before that date as you would not yet be in default (the answer to your question). You will also need to consider entry before the default date because if you attempt entry after that date and have not paid, that's a problem. This begs another question...when is your start date? Relevant because you can't enter until a month to start date.
Lastly and most importantly, assuming you can get the visa and enter, will you be able to pay by Sept 3rd?
