Tinubu proposed construction of Lagos Calabar coastal highway and passed it in the budget. As soon as the project is about to start, dangote and other cement manufacturers met and increased the price of cement to 10,000 Naira from 4,500 naira that is more than 100% price hike within few days .

Tinubu summoned dangote to Aso rock and demanded why the sudden increase in the Price of cement, dangote could not give any reason, he blamed the price hike on demand. Tinubu made it known that all the cement raw materials are locally sourced and wonder why they increased the price. Then he advised the price be reviewed.

Till now, no significant decrease in the price of cement and the this affects the price of road projects budgeted by the government.

Now, dangote is calling the Tinubu government to stop importation of refined fuel to assist local refineries and Tinubu turned deaf hears.

My take


Nigeria stop importation of rice to assist local rice producers when bag of rice was 10,000 naira. After importation was stopped Nigerian rice producers increased price from 10,000 naira to 30,000 naira per bag, then 50,000, and now 70,000 naira per bag. If you asked them, they will blame high demand.


Definitely it importation of fuel is stopped, local refiners will hold meetings again and start milking Nigerians with habitrary increase in fuel price.

Should dangote even demand for stoppage of importation of refined oil in the first place? After all he is exporting his refined oil and making money.

Maize yesterday was sold for 110k per 100kg bag and 10k for dehusked dry maize in 3/4 chicken feed bag

I dont know where d country is going, if maize can be this expensive in the village, i can imagine the price in cities

Worst part of it all is that at the current exchange rate maize is cheaper in nigeria that the current intetnational price

With the current price trajectory of dry maize its a waste if you sell fresh maize especially if you planted a good hybrid that has more seed to stalk ratio

This is almost 1 Million Naira per ton of maize o

First, The Holy Spirit will initially to an individual that hasn't fully developed discerning His voice sound and appear like your inner voice. Example when Samuel heard the clear voice of God, he assumed it was his inner voice, then as it persisted, it appeared like the voice of His master.


Now it should be known that The Holy Spirit speaks in stages. The first stage is what I call the initiation stage that He tries to draw the attention of the individual to recognizing His presence. It may begin with name calling or He hints ideas. Many times the ideas becomes things that occurs minutes, hours or days later to prove that the individual has the capacity to hear God and that beyond doubt it was Him that spoke and foretold a future event to draw attention and deepen conversation in the communication. Now everyone struggles at this stage and this stage may take years even up to twenty years to gain mastery of. After the initiation stage that exposes the believer to Him, he then moves to the regular interactive stage.


At the regular interactive stage, The Holy Spirit, He begins to speak with the individual based of things he or she likes. Example of the person is a tailor, he then begins to say things like this design would fit into this fabric bla bla bla. In this period there becomes an inter exchange of ideas between the individuals mind and that of the inner voice. He isn't bothered about the cloth. He is using what is familiar with the vessel to build confidence and capture the rapt attention so that in the fellowship a future building of confidence to hear and sustain His presence is built.



Right after the regular interactive phase is much more intimations. This is where He begins to bring and declare His will. It should be known that like a lover would woo and court the lover to bring them to the inner room that He has worked upon the individuals heart and mind and soul and once confidence has been built what happens next is what is called the Amplification of His presence that belongs the will of God and that declares The Will of God



I will make YouTube teachings. I have noticed a thorough scarcity of teachings on The Holy Spirit in The Body of Christ. All these I have written isn't even anything significant about The Holy Spirit.



One thing for sure is The Holy Spirit loves to communicate alot. Once the initiation stages is fully established He begins to bring The Will of God and things yet to happen and secret things of life to the vessel

Example: sc510 by seedco is 85 days.

Meaning at 85 days, it can be hervested fresh

But a further delay In hervest will start leading to dry down.

Since you are planting and leaving the crops for 120 days, does this mean you will engage in third herbicides application? Because I want to believe that the second herbicides application will wear out when the maize are tasseling somewhere between the 55-60th day from planting. If you will be applying herbicides the third time, would it be the same composition you took your time to write about used for the second that will also be applied for the third application?
