My advice is quickly get Gce form before it closes cause the Waec result might be cancelled or come out bad.....forget the Waec result face Gce

Guy I had same experience years back it showed held when I first checked but later on they cancelled it i.e the whole result but thank God I aced my Gce Same year.... So kindly register for Gce for your own Good.

It is no longer news that the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has introduced new measures for the 2016 admission. Different reports abound on the internet, however, not many are true of the new system.
Here are 11 things you should know about the 2016 admission:

1. Post-UTME examination has been cancelled by the federal government.

2. JAMB did not instruct any institution to make use of point system as admission criteria. The institutions are given the freedom to develop their screening models which must not be in form of examination.

3. JAMB adopted 180 as the cut-off mark for 2016 admission into universities, polytechnics and colleges of education.

4. JAMB would no longer issue any admission letter to any candidate as directed by the minister.

5. Even though the board will not offer admission letters, it has been mandated to provide admission list and album to the institutions. [i.e, JAMB will offer you admission subject to screening by higher institution] You can check your status HERE.

6. The 2016 admission by higher institutions will be based on the 3 admission pillars of Merit, Catchment Area and the Education Disadvantaged Areas.

7. The admission quota as stated by Head of JAMB’s Media and Information Unit, Dr. Fabian Benjaminis: 45 per cent for merit; 35 per cent for catchment area and the 20 per cent for education disadvantaged areas.

8. Universities have been handed the authority to issue admission letters individually.

9. The Federal Ministry of Education and other stakeholders in the tertiary education sub-sector have agreed on N2, 500 as the maximum fee for the post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.

10. Ahead of next year’s admission, the Computer-Based Test, CBT, have been cancelled.

11. JAMB has announced November 30, 2016 as the closing date for 2016 admission. [i.e no institution can offer you admission or admit after this date]

Hello Jambite, I am an aspirant/jambite for the prestigious University of first choice Unilag and Thanks to God I have been posted To study my choice of course which I won't mention, I just want 2 list out Reasons most jambite haven't been posted.
Low score;
We all know most jambite score between 180 and barely made 210 and they expect 2 compete with candidates that scored 250 and above, logically speaking those with high score will be considered most.
High competitive course:
I think this is related to high score because since most candidate choose a particular course jamb is likely to consider those with high score by competitive course I mean courses like medicine, law e.t.c
Bad subject combination:
I believe jamb realize that we don't have much slot for candidates in our tertiary institutions so those with wrong subject combo for a particular course might not be posted or might have his/her course changed.
Corruption:
This deserves to be on the list I won't say anything on it so guys let move on
They are posting federal institutions first:
Guys I think jamb are occupying spaces in federal institutions with candidates after that they move on to state Universities then to polytechnics then college of education.
Lastly Catchment and merit we all know jamb stated in it admission guidelines that admission will be given to candidates by three pillars which includes merit(high score) Catchment(ethnicity) and ElPS(areas with less tertiary institutions)
I hereby drop my pen at this point and I call on all to send this to affected candidates as you don't know who might gain from this.

Guys I think y'all shouldn't be in a hurry cause I have a reason to believe they are posting candidates on the day they wrote the exam.... As we all know jamb started on February 27th earlier this year and I asked most jambite that did on 27th they confirmed they have been posted while on the other hand I asked those that did late they haven't been posted.
So jambite chill.

Infinix is a major phone manufacturing company in Africa but I keep hearing complains online like;
1.Battery life
It battery life is a big turn off some even said it battery gets hot while charging and discharge it self fast on standby mode. Moreover some also speculate that it battery swell up after three months of usage.
2.Charging point
It not a mystery to anyone anymore as we see numerous thread on it phones like hot note and zero 3 saying that either it stops charging or it indicates charging but doesn't add any percent to the battery.
3.Gradual depreciation of Camera
Although this might be a rumor but I still kinda believe it true cause most Chinese companies use low quality materials to make their phones.
I stand to be corrected with all this said I hope y'all will have ideas to drop hence don't mind my grammatical blunders.

Hello guys I am contemplating on buying a phone with the follow spec:2gb ram 5 or 5.5 inch at least 3000 mah buh I don't know any particular brand that has the specs and cheap......
