Please and please I’m trying to decide on which country to apply for student visa. I have gathered a couple of funds and this would be taking my whole fortune. I’m looking for the right country to travel to where I can study and easily get jobs to pay the rest of my tuition, pay bills and still support my parents at home.

Maiden name is an girl surname before she got married and change to her husband name so if she still single she will still put the same sure-name.

I doubt if Home edition is available for IELTS, I think you can only take the tests in designated test centres in Nigeria.

The choice is yours, if you want your money to do the registration and documentations for you get an officer to register, if you want to do it yourself DIY register online.

Thank You but I have heard of people paying online and on proceeding to their office they were told 64 pages is not available and asked to pay for 32 pages seperately.

Hey guys,

I had my capturing today at Ikoyi office and would like to share my experience briefly.

Got there at about 7:48am and by 8:am we were asked to queue up and was called in in batches of 10. Was a pretty quick process though as long as you have a hard or soft copy of your “Appointment slip”.

I got into the premises, was directed to servicom unit by the right soon as you enter through the gate. A file was opened for me here and was then asked to take it to “Long room” for confirmation and approval. Don’t worry, you’ll be directed there.

After approval which took about 30 mins, I then proceeded to the capturing room where I waited in another queue. Not to worry again, the queue moved really fast. We were called in one after the other for our capturing. After which a print out will be handed to you and be informed you’ll get an sms for collection.

1. Please have two copies of each of your documents especially your payment receipt
2. Go with original of documents.
3. Ensure your data matches what’s on your NIN. Very very crucial.

I captured by 11:50 am and left the passport office by 12. Immediately I got home, I tracked my application and it’s already on “Production”.

- Your spouse needs to apply to her school(s) of choice. You’d see more info about the admission requirements (on the school portal).
- If she’s granted an admission, the school might ask her to make a part-payment of the tuition, and possibly request for proof of fund (this could be an bank account statement showing that you have certain amount of money to cater for your basic needs in the UK). N.B: This might not mean all the money you’d need from start-to-end of her study.
- Once provided, the school would then send her CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) and an Unconditional Admission Offer Letter.
- It’s the CAS and other documents she’d then use to process her Visa (as the main applicant) while you also apply as a dependent.

I know this might look brief, but you can use each point to understand the process. Other persons might want to add to the above mentioned points.
