guy arrangements has been made for all this you compalins ..I am a presiding officer in one of the states in s/w....as long as you have a genuine PVC ,u will vote..albeith you will avve to fill some forms..so no shaking...you are been too pessimistic

Please be informed. INEC has explained this incident form thing.

If the card reader on that election date records for example say 100 PVCs with correspnding 80 finger print match, the number of incident form for that polling booth that will be submitted will not exceed 20. so if the card reader reads your card ok and identifies you but cannot capture your finger print, only then will you be given an incident form to fill to enable you vote
