El Rufia step should be encouraged in order for the future generation to do away with tribal and ethnic sentimentalism.

As long as one is a Nigerian, he/she is qualified to seek for an elective in any state he/she is residing.

I dream for a Nigeria where the governor of Oyo state will be an Igboman, governor of Enugu an Hausaman and governor of Kano a Yorubaman.
