As long as it is Indians that own Dana the situation will still remain the same. What i think they should be doing now is to tell us how many of their old planes they've changed instead of trying to do as if they are the victims here. |

Just wondering if ADC,Sossoliso and Bellview still have skeleton of aircraft left let alone aircraft. Dana gave me a memorable trip to Abuja in 2009 in company of my partners from Thailand, I would have love them to be unban but with 150 lives lost its going to be hard to bring them into business. |

Bur seriously, does seizing the license and grounding of whatever airline involved in any accident change anything Seriously If it does, air mishaps shoulda stopped with Bellview's. Methinks. Mur like a charade of a solution tew a deeply rooted problem! 1 Like |

I dont understand this. Does the FG ban only airlines that have experienced aircrash? Is that the solution to prevent future aircrashes? As long as airlines with faulty planes doesnt crash they are good to go. |
Re: Dana, ADC & Sosoliso Ban: Airline Operators Want Ban Lifted by Reptyle(m): 7:33pm On Jul 26, 2012 |
otokx: if they were in Jail where they rightly belong this insult would not have occured. Send them to jail on what charge now? Our government set an age limit of 22 years for aircraft operating the nation's airspace. The crashed DANA plane was 21 years old and the nation's regulator confirmed that its maintenance was up to date. So which crime did the airline commit |

WHEN THEY BRING BACK THE LIVES OF THE NIGERIANS THEIR USELESS FLIGHTS HAVE TAKEN, then the ban can be removed OR lifted. |

Most of us are still traumatized by the incident!!! But let's be realistic; for the sake of the staffs and other good reasons; they should be unbanned after their aircraft must have been thoroughly inspected and they up to dat on their maintainance!!! Yes the loss is tragic but if accidents do happen!! The people that should be punished are the engineers that were supposed to maintain the plane! |

it's only in 9ja da planes crash, our govt will wake up frm der slumber and ban dem. it sucks. abeg free dem to start flyin again cos our airline industry will collapse soon. des dayz is rare 2 see planes flying over my roof, unlike b4, des few ones flying now r being stressed and dat means disaster. afterall, our roads kill more dan dos flyin coffins. . why haven't dat secor been closed till eternity. abeg, adamu, get my horse ready, we r goin for a ride ......... govt should set up a serious agency to look into dis mess, like NTSB(national transport safety board) and leave corruption alone for once |
