The Organizers of the Event have sent a letter to the US Consulate with the list of everyone attending the Summit who have applied and submitted their event form

Applicant can now make their request for the expedited appointment with the consulate

The Reason for the expedited action must reflect the following:
1) Date of Event
2) Reason for request:
*You have no prior knowledge of this event because it is not an annual event.
*information about this event did not reach you enough

NOTE:You DO NOT need to upload any document.

The consulate willget back to youwith new schedule and you will be interviewed individually.

On the issue of Visas for Nigerians interested in attending the summit, the group has already entered into agreements with the US embassy and consulate in Lagos and a day has already been set aside for bloc interviews for those who want to participate.

So as long as you're a GENUINE BUSINESS MAN you would be issued a visa.

If you need help with hotel booking, contact us via email and state the number of nights you'll like to stay,using "Hotel Booking" as the subject.
For early arrivals, there will be a special VIP reception for US company CEO's and delegates from Nigeria at the residence of the Ambassador/Consul-General in Atlanta at 7pm on Monday 20th. This is pre-event cocktail.

A special post event tour is being arranged for delegates that are interested to visit the Hartfield International airport, Atlanta and Marta (Atlanta Rapid Transit/Light Rail Company) on Thursday morning. Please plan your schedule accordingly if you are interested.

Yes!no one can guarantee visa,but the organizers of the Event has already entered agreement with the US consulate in Lagos,so if you're a genuine businessman with the right document,you can be sure of getting the visa.
would also like to inform you that the organizers of the Event are not liable for the provision or non-issuance of Visa. The US Consular holds this prerogative.
