Consumer and Business Packages Overview:
– Home Consumer and Business service plans consist of a name and an associated Download and Upload “up to” speed and a maximum monthly download limit with a Fair Access Policy (FAP) in place.
– The FAP policy enables users to download up to 10% of their total monthly data allocation at any one time during a rolling 3 day period (72-hours).
– For example, in the Home 2Mbps plan subscribers can download up to 750 MB at any one time during a rolling three day period.
– This enable users to download much larger files when they really need to, without experiencing speed reductions.
– Amount of Upload data is not counted as part of the data threshold, and unlimited data upload is available in all Home Consumer and Business service plans.
– Download speed is downgraded for a 24 hour period once the download limit is reached.
– Unlimited data download (basic web access, emails) continues at slowed speed once consuming the download limit, but the connection is not terminated. Full speeds are restored faster if the subscriber ceases download activity.
– Full speed restored during Free Zone (1am to 6am local beam time).
– Data downloaded during Free zone is not counted as part of the download limit.
– Once the first 24 hours of a 72-hour period is over, full speed is restored until the total download exceeds the 10% download limitation again during the previous 72-hour period.
– Customers will be able to purchase a token to reset their download allowance to get another 10% reset of their monthly data allowance for the next 72 hour period.

Free zone. A Free zone applies to consumer service plans between 01:00 and 06:00 hours every day. The consumer can use
during that time as much data as he can.
Consumption limits and Notices. Consumer packages have a consumption limit that when exceeded, their speed will be
limited and the user’s traffic will be de-prioritized. FAP policy enables consumers to download up to 10% of their total monthly
data allocation at any one time every rolling 3 day period (72-hours), for example, in the Home 1 Mbps plan, which has a
Monthly Download Allowance of 6Gb, subscribers can download 600 MB at any one time every three days. Consumers can
access a usage meter to monitor consumption. The consumer will also receive a notification when approaching 70%, 85%, and
100% of the daily usage limit.

FAP Tokens. FAP tokens apply to all Consumer Service Plans. The Consumer can purchase FAP tokens in advance. The
FAP token will passed as a credit to the Consumer’s account. FAP tokens do not expire. The Consumer can activate a FAP
