We are an engineering consulting company, focused on rendering the following services: Technical Training, Recruitment of technical Personnel, Outsourcing of Technical Personnel and rendering engineering consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, etc. We are seeking to fill a vacancy as stated above Job Responsibilities Recruitment & Selection Responsibilities • Spearhead all recruitment & selection projects • Writing Job Descriptions & ensure the right candidates are interviewed & eventually employe • Negotiate with both parties (Clients & Candidates) regarding the salary & close the agreement with theagreed amount. • Ensure transactions are properly documented • Scheduling & Conducting Tests & Interviews for prospective candidates • Project & Database Managements • Provide support for Clients & Candidates before, during & after the hiring process • Help to develop & implement Recruitment & Selection plans, tactics & strategies Clients’ Management Responsibilities • Build & nuture strong personnel relationship with clients • Process individual needs of the clients • Liaise between clients’ & their account managers • Sometimes act as clients’ account manager • Assist the sales team & other departments to process clients’ needs • Manage & update clients’ files with complete information • Provide complete information about the company’s services to clients • Supervise clients’ services & respond to clients’ inquiries Outsourcing Responsibilities • Handling the outsourcing process for the company from the initiation stage to the close of the process • Managing the business relationship between AETI & our outsourced clients • Interfacing between the outsourced personnel & the Clients as AETI Internal Human Resource Responsibilities • Help to develop & implement HR plans, tactics & strategies • Supervise staff performance & attendance • Forwarding staff request to appropriate quarters for necessary actions • Manage & control departmental expenditure within agreed budget • Performing other duties assigned by AETI Skills • Supervisory, Team Building, Analytical, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Effective Communications and Stress Management Skills. Requirements • Minum of a first degree of its equivalent from a recorgnised tertiary institution • Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment and outsourcing organization. • Relevant professional certification such as CIPM will be an added advantage • Energetic, attention to details and ability to multi-task Qualified and interested candidates should send their applications and CV as an attachment in MS Word or PDF format to: aetinigeria@gmail.com, stating the position and the job reference code as the subject of the e-mail address.
