Job Title: Facilities Manager Job Objective(s) • To ensure the adequate provision of facilities and services towards the fulfilment of a good office environment • To provide efficient services to the company in the areas of estate management/maintenance, travel services. Process Group • Plan and Manage Enterprise Process Unit • Procurement and Facilities Reporting Relationships Roles Reports To: • Business Support Head (Transition) Supervises: • Administrative Officers • Requirements Planner • Asset Manager • Support Service Provider • Transactions Processor • People Manager Responsibilities Requirements Planning • Identify/determine organisational requirements for office facilities. Equipment, materials etc. • Review service levels and compares with Service Level Agreements Asset Management • Manage Structural Facilities, Fleet management and Perform Insurance Liaison. • Provide Facilities security Support Service Provision • Oversee the distribution of office supplies. • Provide Office services and facilities. • Identification and protection of assets • Manage the provision and sustenance of Office supplies • Manage all inquiries and issues concerning office support services e.g. events management, general travel co-ordination Transactions Processing • Check and match all invoices from the utilities e.g. NEPA, NITEL, Water Corporation etc People Management • Appraise direct reports based on set KPIs See attached RACI sheet for related processes. Financial • Provision of facilities/supplies/ services within budget • Average cost of / expenditure on new equipment • Average start up costs at new locations • Maintenance costs as a percentage of total operating costs • Preventative maintenance spend as a percentage of total maintenance spend Customer • Average no. of complaints regarding facilities/supplies/services (per time period) • Percentage of customers satisfied with process unit services Business Process • Average time to resolve inquiries • Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Availability x Performance x Quality) • Level of pilferage • Condition of office facilities • Measurement of process violations Innovation & Learning • Measurement of skills against functional requirements • Number of successful initiatives to maintain and track company assets Functional Competencies • Asset Management • Vendor Management • Negotiation • Cost Management • Supply Chain Management • Administrative Processes and Policies • Coaching • Office Support Operations Organisational Competencies • Oral Communication • Written Communication • Leadership • Organisational Awareness • Customer Orientation • Industry Knowledge • Work Planning Attributes • Teamwork and Collaboration • Innovation & Creativity • Integrity Qualifications & Experience • At least 6 years relevant post-qualification experience. • University 1st Degree Internal: • All Staff External: • Vendors and Suppliers • Contractors. • Relevant Government Parastatals and Agencies i.e. NEPA, NITEL, Local Government etc Pls send your CVs to rufinaa@resourcery.com |
