Will be finishing university soon and was wondering where i could work in Nigeria with a software engineering B.sc? ...I school in Europe(if this can be a bonus...lol). thanks

Pls which school in europe ar u schooling? I'm lookin for a school in europe where I can do masters in software engineering. Studying SE is good, u jst need to ensure u have enough individual skills added to ur degree, for me ur skills fetch u jobs. I'm bin doing jobs since when I was in my first year till now. All the best though.

Here they don't want to know if you did Software Engineering or you took Computer Algorithms as a course,it boils down to if you can code.Few companies exist here and there are few opportunities in the IT industry.Most jobs require huge experience and technical know how.Few companies still are ready to train newbies.I would rather you border about how much java,c++,php or other languages/technologies you know at this moment.What you can do is google jobs in Nigeria from where you are currently based and see for yourself.All the major sectors of the Nigerian economy import software from abroad.

Lots of international firms with presence in Nigeria recruit Nigerians and then second them to their offices here.
A pal of mine who schooled in Poland and works with IBM had such offers from IBM Nigeria and Google but decided to stay back in Poland.
So try applying to such firms, best of luck .
