What is the difference in taste? I can't tell the difference. Some people will say Turkey have more nice taste than Chicken, while some also disagree.... How true is this guys?

I prefer turkey anytime anyday. Because it is firm with lots of meat. Chicken, especially buying small to medium ones is just plain bone! |

There's really no difference apart from the fact that turkey is softer than chicken. Turkey is also more expensive and preferred by a lot of people but chicken is more popular while lizard is the sweetest . 20 Likes 1 Share |

Op the difference is clear but don't know how to describe the taste, if am sleeping & they put both meats in my mouth i 'll surely differentiate between both. Turkey > chicken |

Turkey has much more dense muscle fibers, and is a bit (and just a bit) harder so therefore requires longer cooking/baking. As for the taste, well, I can't tell the difference either. |
