PROCEDURE:
6.1. Buyer and seller signs and seals contract and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.
6.2. Buyer return with Bank comfort letter without disclaimer, seller will order his bank to raise a letter of performance to the buyer
6.3. Seller conform Bank comfort letter and move cargo for agreed point for QnQ.
6.4. Buyers pay for the products and all commissions as recorded in the contract Agreement to all concerned.
6.5. After confirmation of payment by all concerned, seller releases documents to the buyer.
