Is This The Year That Mikel Obi Finally Scores For Chelsea? by BizBooks(m): 3:08pm On Aug 29, 2012
Is this the year that Mikel Obi finally scores for Chelsea? The answer maybe "Yes" and here's
why: It appears that Roberto Di Matteo has finally given Mikel the freedom to join the attack
whenever the opportunity arises. That is what Mikel has been doing at least in their first 3
matches of the season. If he continues in that direction, he will definitely score before long.

Chelsea's new attacking system is yielding dividends with 3 wins in their last 3 games including
a victory against Newcastle which beat them twice last season. Some people may attribute
Chelsea's resurgence to the signing of new players. But the truth is that apart from Eden
Hazard, Chelsea's squad is basically made up of old players. But then again Hazard appears
to be a world class player in a league of his own. He has scored or provided the assist for
most of Chelsea's goals this season.
