1. PADDY RICE PARBOILING AND MILLING PLANT


CAPACITY: 5 tonnes per day of paddy rice

FUNCTION: To parboil and process into good quality graded clean white rice, the local paddy product.

EQUIPMENT: Grains Intakes, Clearing parboiling tanks, steam boiler, steam boiling/Dryers Model No AB/15E, serial No. 88051B, Tested to 200LBS/PSI, Working Pressure 70LBS/PSI High – 6’ Dias – 3’, Conveyors/Elevators, Milling line, Des-toners Bagging and Sack stitching, Control panel, Mini-Accra fill sack filling, Weighing machine, Spares etc.

CONSTRUCTION: Heavy gauge galvanized steel trunking in bolt together sections for all conveyors and elevators with inspection doors. Robust mechanism with sealed for life bearing and TEFC56 motors. Drives by V belt twin or triple belts. All manufactured in UK to BS 5750 standards by Alvan Blanch Dev. Co. Ltd England.

2. MULTI-CROP DRIER FOR SEEDS AND NUTS

Containerized Unit mounted on road going axle suitable for use to be towed from one field to another during harvest season or can be installed in a position.
