I need to seriously ask if it is abuja u want the office or maybe I should ask if it is abuja metropolis or on the outskirts, cos the last time I checked, the least office space of bout 30/30 sq/m was 450k, u can consider gwags or interior maraba (meaning your looking @ nasarawa state). Well u can also share a lock up shop with any other person with that amount.

What I have in mind is like 3-5sq m in a place like Jabi, Mabushi, not just one of those eye brow area. I just need a base, a contact office for my business in Abuja town, not places like kubwa, lugbe, maraba and the likes.
