Plan A costs ₦79,000 ($512) per week. On PCs, Your ads will be shown on every page of Nairaland. On phones, your ad will be shown 33.3% or 40% of the time.

Plan B costs ₦39,500 ($256) per week. Your ads will be shown 50% as often as ads on Plan A.

We only accept banner ads with the following specifications:
- Resolution of 154 by 95 pixels exactly.
- A solid, dark-colored, single-pixel border all round.
- 24-bit uncompressed PNG image file format only.

The winning designers listed on this gallery of banner ads can create beautiful and effective ads that satisfy our requirements.

We offer a discount of exactly:
- 4% on ad campaigns that cost 79,000 - 157,999 naira ($512 to 1023)
- 6% on 158,000 - 315,999 naira ($1024 to 2047)
- 8% on 316,000 - 631,999 naira ($2048 to 4095)
- 10% on ad campaigns that cost 632,000 naira or more ($4096 or more)
Please note that these discounts are not negotiable.

If your product/service is suitable for promotion on Nairaland, we'll send you our payment details.
After we've been notified of your payment by our bank, we'll schedule your ads to be shown as soon as possible.

How can I be sure that advertising on Nairaland will be effective?
The success of your ads on Nairaland depend on many factors:
(1) The nature of your product: A product or service that appeals to a large fraction of Nairaland members will do much better than a niche product.
(2) The quality of your ad: banner ads with appealing graphics and a clear messages will do much better than average ads.
(3) The conversion rate of your landing page: If your website is not optimised, you may get a lot of visits from Nairaland but no sales.

As a result of the complexity of the above factors, it is impossible for us to predict how well your ads will perform on Nairaland. The only way to find out is by running a campaign for 1 week on Plan C. This costs 19750 naira only, so it's a very affordable way to test the performance of your ads on Nairaland.

Can you come to our office? Can we chat with you on phone?
We do not provide phone or in-person support except in emergencies. However, we strive to provide excellent email support to our customers.

Do you support animated ads? Which ad formats do you support?
No, we do not accept animated ads in any format: flash or gif. We only accept 154 by 95 pixel never-compressed 24-bit PNG files with solid single pixel borders. We do not accept the following formats: jpg, gif, flash, bmp, tiff, or any size or format apart from 154 by 95 pixel 24-bit PNG format.

What kind of ads can not be advertised on Nairaland?
We will reject ads for any type of business that we would not encourage our friends and family members to patronize, for example: HYIPs and other risky investment schemes, retail FOREX trading, online betting, multi-level/network marketing, and prostitution. We accept all other types of businesses, provided they are legal.

Can we use Nairaland to promote our Facebook pages and Twitter accounts?
Yes, but we advice against this because many Nairalanders who click your ads won't be logged-on to Facebook or Twitter. Your landing page should be a page on your official website, a thread on Nairaland, or one of your profile pages on Nairaland.
