The landlord must be ready to accept 1 year and total package must be between 450k to 500k.

@ Sholagafar, Do you remember that i was at Agbonyi Estate on Monday(having to take excuse off work) to inspect the house you advertised on NL and you told me that you were in the exam hall and you weren't sure if the houses are still available. You asked me to wait for you at an unknown place in Estate bus stop and promised to round off your exam(paper) in 30mins. After the 30mins, you never bothered to call or PING me to apologise for the inconvenience(even as at writing the mail). I find that very unprofessional and unethical. Please do the right thing

300k for 1yr,agency fee and agreement base on 2yrs,plus caution fee 50,000 the total is 470,000 not 490.sorry it a mistake.
