Do you know that the causes of any health issue are just two:

-Toxins
-Nutritional deficiencies

You can call it any name.

What are toxins?

Well, if you are at all concerned about your health, you would want to know as much information about toxic things that affect your health. This page helps you determine some of the things that aren't that great for your body and can actually be causing your to gain weight.

Toxins are broadly defined as a poisonous substance produced by living cells or organisms. Toxicant is a more appropriate term for artificial or man-made substances, which is what we are more concerned with when it comes to your body and health.

Toxins are small molecules, peptides, or proteins that can cause disease on contact with or absorption through body tissues interacting with enzymes or receptors in the cells. They can vary greatly with severity ranging from minor to deadly based on the type of toxin.

To understand what are toxins and how they affect your body, you need to know the types of toxic and how they interact with certain body functions and systems. Body toxic are the leading cause of disease, weight gain or loss, and overall bad health. When looking for perfect body health, you want to rid your body of all toxic that are causing your health to degrade then avoid ingesting or absorbing more toxins into your body.

HOW TOXINS GET INTO YOUR BODY:

1. much of the meat you eat is loaded with toxins produced by an animal's body as it goes through the crude killing process in our abattoirs

2. proteins consumed, as well as alcohol consumption generates acidic waste in your body. when this accumulates over time, they thicken your blood and may predispose your body to degenerative diseases like cardiovascular disease and cancer.

3. water boiled at 100 degree for sometime is depleted of oxygen and natural minerals, and become dead water. worse still, if the water contains chlorine, boiling temperature changes the chlorine into a toxin form.

4.the vegetable, fruits and grains you eat may have been grown with fertilizer and treated with pesticides; not all their toxins residues may have been removed by the time you buy them

5. of the packed foods, fast food , and cola/fizzy drinks you consume contains preservatives, flavors and coloring; most of which are artificial chemicals that your liver is not designed to eliminate effectively

6. the air you breathe in s laded with heavy metals and other by-products of fuel combustion.
imagine how much of those toxic products that are generated by all the vehicles, motorbikes, power generators around you

7. the medicines you take in are poisons that have toxic by-products. which is why they produce side effects

8. most cosmetics/beauty products may contain parabens, a group of chemicals known as xenoestrogens which are now know to be closely associated with fibroid and breast cancer in women and prostate enlargement in men.

and many more

SO WHAT IS THE SMART THING O DO?

ANSWER: DETOXIFY YOUR BODY from time to time. At lease every two months
detoxification is even more important to longevity than good nutrition.
even so,detoxification supported by good nutrition is a double win.
