I've received several emails stating that someone would like to send me a PM but because I'm not connected, I should reply via my email. What does this mean

Well, I'm not comfortable responding to peeps via my email account so I've often disregarded even though I think it's rude

Why can't you enable PM's on here so whenever a user logs in, they can respond via such? Or am I supposed to do something to get this facility?

I had the same concern I recommend using an email address that is not too personal.
