Responsibilities
*Working with existing content and create compelling new content across Vanguard website and other associate platforms
Education and Experience
*Must have a good University degree in English, Communications or any other relevant degree with 2-5 years experience of writing, editing, reporting, blogging, content management systems etc.
Skills and Knowledge
* Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills
*Excellent SEO skills; understanding of traffic analytics
*Proven relationship-building and communication skills
*Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks under multiple deadlines
*Develop, edit and maintain content across all interactive channels including web sites and social media platforms
*Track, update and revise interactive content to improve optimization and well as assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will create content for websites, pod/webcasts, and other electronic media; post and promote content though social media and engage directly with our audience; and lead our content online/mobile presence by understanding the audience.
* Writing and editing news , entertainment, sports, features, etc.
*Creating content in all forms: text, still images (illustrations, photographs, diagrams), animation, audio, video, interactive devices (forums, community, and work closely with print editors, sub-editors etc.
