I gave a friend some hundred dollar bills to give to my brother in Nigeria. He called me that he couldn't change them cause they the exchange deport wouldn't accept dollars made before 2006 because bank doesn't accept it from them. How true is that? |

i think its a 10 or 15 year cycle thing. i know a bank has rejected bills that were made in 1996...not 2006 |
