Job Outline:
To lead marketing teams and 3rd Party agencies in insight based brand development and market domination strategies. • Proven ability to lead marketing teams in brand activity planning, achieving brand targets, and providing fact based, actionable evaluations. Excellent brand propositions and strategy formulation capability is key.
• Minimum of 8 years proven experience in the brand development/marketing function of a FMCG or a reputable agency/company
• Strong communication skills, delivering presentations at Board Levels.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, or MBA from a reputable institution.
BRAND MANAGER
Job Outline: To develop, execute, monitor, and evaluate brand activity plans. Implement above and below the line programs such as consumer and trade promotions, events, design and production of POS materials and merchandising. • Proven ability in brand activity planning, achieving brand targets, and evaluations.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the brand management/marketing function of a FMCG or a reputable agency/company.
• Strong communication and strategic marketing skills, good presentation skills and solution-minded personality.
• Minimum of BSC/HND at least 2nd Class Upper from a reputable institution.
RESEARCH MANAGER
Job Outline:
To support brand decision making through the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide actionable insights. • Proven initiatives and ability in production of brand performance reports, competitor analysis, consumer attitudes and trends
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a research manager in the marketing function of a FMCG or a reputable agency/company.
• Strong numeracy and communication skills, effective presentation skills and solution-minded personality.

Job Outline:
To lead cross -functional teams in development of new brands, product variants and re-development of current brands from brief to launch plan, on budget and on time. • Proven ability in converting consumer insights and market opportunities into profit

My first thoughts about this vacancy were of a potentially genuine advert, considering the language in which it is written and the physical address supplied.

However to make certain about it, the moderators bothered to do a few checks on the user's history and the company and it appeared to check out at the point we came across its background and contacts pages.

We expect anyone interested would do same before applying, even to any other agency or employer these days where there are so many dubious people taking job seekers for a ride- as the Internet is a lot more accessible now too.

I included my current and expected remuneration in my resume as described above. However, I now see similar posts on other career websites, stating that remuneration and job position should have been the subject of the mail.

Hope my "Job Title" as the subject of my mail doesn't invalidate my application?
